Would a Rash nature with 252 Atk EVs and 164 SpAtk EVs be better for Magmortar's mixed set? It hits 289 Atk and 359 SpAtk compared to 293 Atk and 349 SpAtk with the current spread (so 10 more SpAtk points but 4 less Atk); it still does 43.2% - 50.9% to Max/Max Def Chansey which is a sliver away from a guaranteed 2HKO after rocks (the lowest damage roll on both attempts to not KO) - a chance worth taking for the extra SpAtk?
