I got a lot of help from the smogon pages of each individual Pokémon and even copied some of them completely, I would appreciate some suggestions and a rating of 1-10 for Individual Pokémon or the whole team :). I am also pretty new to the forums and this is my first post so sorry if what I wrote for the descriptions are not indepth enough.

Heracross-Mega @ Heracronite
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 240 HP / 136 Atk / 132 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Pin Missile
- Rock Blast
- Substitute

Mega Heracross is a Pokémon I mainly used to fill in the missing spot which was previously occupied with Mega Diance. Its Skill Link ability allows it to use the stab move Pin Missile 5 times to a total of 125 Base Power which is extremely effective against the many Psychic Pokémon I encounter. Rock blast is also used against those pesky Flying type Pokémon and have no trouble getting rid of most Flying Type in 1 go. Close Combat is also extremely useful against normal, ice and metal type Pokémon which may not be as common but are still threats when utilised properly. Its main use is to take down Psychic, Flying, Ice, Metal and Normal Type Pokémon

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 244 HP / 8 Def / 200 SpD / 56 Spe
Careful Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Roost

Gliscor does not need much explaining, Using 1 Sword Dance pretty much sets up for a sweep with Earthquake. If a Pokemon with Levitate or Flying Typing comes out I use the Knock Off which is even more powerful than the Earthquake if they still have an Item. Roost is just there to heal in desperate situations and Poison heal + Toxic Orb doesn't need much explaining. It's there to mainly sweep teams if setup properly and its my go to second Pokémon to send out.

Mew @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Taunt
- Soft-Boiled
- Will-O-Wisp
- Knock Off

Now this is one of the Pokémon I don't think needs much change. The main purpose of Mew is to cancel out setups by using taunt then will o' wisp and knock off. Soft-Boiled helps Mew keep up and keep going. I even have a replay of Mew surviving 47 rounds and severely crippling the enemy team. (http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-406129970) I have tried to max out its speed without giving it a choice Scarf which pretty much out speeds every setup Pokémon I have encountered so far. It is always my go to starter Pokeémon and I always send it out first.

Volcanion @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
- Steam Eruption
- Fire Blast
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Now Volcanion I just copied and Pasted from Smogon (like a couple other) but needs a drastic change. I mainly put him down for a Fire Typing Pokémon after realising after tests that I need one. Please Suggest other Fire Typing Pokémon I can use for the team. It usually always gets KO'd after the first turn due to how slow it is and I would like to fix it when I am depending on Volcanion.

Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast
- Taunt

This Gengar's main purpose is to get rid the Fairy and Ghost type Pokémon. It has its speed completely maxed out so that any other Gengars that get sent out can be swiftly dealt with. Taunt is also effective against other Pokémont that try to set up with either Sword dance or Calm mind (or other popular stat boosting moves) that can't be KO'd in 1 hit. Life orb allows it to max out its SpA so that it can deal with Poké in 1 - 3 turns.

Kingdra @ White Herb
Ability: Swift Swim
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rain Dance
- Hydro Pump
- Draco Meteor
- Protect

This Pokémon I originally paired with Zapdos which, used thunder, in doubles and was a great pair up. I start off using Rain dance to utilize the extra 50% damage of the stab move Hydro pump which does an incredible amount of damage even against those who have resistances to water and also to give it the double speed with swift swim to almost always outspeed the opposing Pokeémon. Draco Meteor is a great high damage dealing stab move and the white herb allows me to use it once and keep using Hydro Pump or Use it again without losing SpA. Its main use is to get rid of mainly Rock, Fire and Ground type Pokémon which are ever so popular in OU

Hello Bolzer, welcome to the RMT community! That is a fine looking team you have yourself there, but there can be a few changes to make it even better looking. Your descriptions are fine by the way, I had no trouble finding out each Pokemon's purpose on your team. Lets dive in to the nitty gritty of your team. Per your request, I will rate each Pokemon out of 10 and then give recommendations.

First off, I would give your Mega Heracross set an 8/10. Your moveset on Mega Heracross is good already, though I prefer running Bullet Seed to hit Water types (bulky and non-bulky) such as Keldeo, Rotom-Wash, Manaphy, and Azumarill, Pokemon your team struggles to break through right now. Alternatively, you can run Swords Dance instead of Substitute to set-up when your force out a switch. As for your EV spread, I would recommend removing some Speed EVs until you have 100 Speed EVs. Only 92 EVs are required to outspeed an uninvested Rotom-Wash, and I like to put in a little extra in case your opponent wants to be a little sneaky and speed creep 1 or 2 stat points. If you decide to run the 100 Speed EVs, I would put the extra 32 EVs in either Attack to deal more damage, or Defense to take less damage from some Physical hits. Also, you should never use Mega Heracross as a Psychic check/counter. It is outsped by most viable Psychic types and is OHKO'd by most Psychics.

Next, onto your Gliscor. Gliscor makes a wonderful partner for Mega Heracross, resisting the ever-so-popular Flying type attacks. Mega Heracross in return, can deal with the Water types that plague Gliscor with Bullet Seed. I would rate your Gliscor set a 0/10, because I want to replace it with something better :) . Not only is
Tyranitar a great partner for Mega Heracross, resisting pretty much the same things as Gliscor, it has a more offensive presence and is not pretty much OHKO'd by a +2 Sharp Beak Brave Bird from Talonflame. Tyranitar also provides Stealth Rock support, and can hit both Flying, Fire and Psychic types with Stone Edge and Crunch respectively, dealing with most of Mega Heracross' weaknesses. You can also run a Choice Scarf variant, if you wish to have a more offensive presence on the field.

Now onto Mew. Mew is a very unique Pokemon, learning almost every move in the game, which creates it's niche: its versatility and unpredictability. However, when compared to other Statusers and Utility Pokemon, it falls a little short in my opinion. I would rate its current set to be about a 7/10, but I think you would be better off replacing Mew with
Whimsicott. Whimsicott is arguably the better Utility Pokemon when compared to Mew, as it has a very good Speed tier and the ability Prankster. Whimsiciott can set up Priority Tailwind, allowing Heracross to outspeed most threats, hitting 422 Speed with the 100 Speed EVs I suggested. Whimsicott can also generate much needed momentum with either U-Turn or Memento, the latter allowing Mega Heracross to come in and either set up a "free" Swords Dance or Substitute as your opponent switches out. Whimsicott also gets Priority Stun Spore which can paralyze set-up sweepers.

Your Volcanion seems a little slapped onto the team, so I will switch it out per your request again. Your current set is about a 4/10, but thats irrelevant as we are changing it out :) . I would replace Volcanion with
Heatran. Heatran gives the Fire coverage that you desire, and it also can act as a Stallbreaker, being able to wall the ever-so-scary Clefable with it's Steel coverage. Heatran gets access to multiple support moves like Stealth Rock, Taunt, Toxic, and Roar, and can hit hard with moves like Lava Plume, Flash Cannon, and Earth Power. Heatran also resists the Flying type attacks that hit Whimsicott and Heracross hard.

Your Gengar set is a 9/10 right now, but to make it a 10/10, I would run Focus Sash instead of Life Orb. Thats it for Gengar :)

Kingdra is a strange Pokemon to use, and is not really viable in OU anymore without Politoed or a Choice Item. Instead of Kingdra, I would suggest
Keldeo. Keldeo hits harder than Kingdra, can take out more threats, and is faster than Kingdra without the rain. A Life Orb Keldeo is a scary Pokemon to face, because it has virtually no safe switch-ins.

Make sure you check out the sets I recommend below!

Alright, thanks for all the help. It helped me out alot and I won much more battles with this set. :)

Hello I recomend giving Mew defog to deal with hazards as they hurt Volcanion and overtime they can be the difference between surviving an attack or not
