Approved Make Folders for Rooms

Make a function where you can sort rooms you are in into folders. Some users like me are in many rooms and use them all with somewhat regularity. Being able to sort rooms into folders would be very helpful so the top of our screen isn't filled with rooms. For example, having a folder for meta games, for room games, for chat rooms, etc. would be very helpful for a lot of people.

I talked to Zarel about this and we are actually interested in implementing this in the Preact client/Rewrite but only after we completely replace it with our current client.
