Manectric is a potent Choice Scarf user thanks to its high Speed letting it outspeed sweepers like +1 Silvally formes and Choice Scarf Sawk, great Electric + Fire coverage, and Volt Switch. Additionally, it brings a valuable Electric immunity thanks to Lightning Rod letting it absorb Volt Switch from Rotom formes. Overheat provides coverage for Electric-resistant foes like Rotom-F, Ferroseed, and Tangela. If Manectric's high Speed tier isn't needed anymore, it can use Switcheroo to cripple special walls such as Audino, Clefairy, and Rhydon.

Manectric is a great choice for VoltTurn teams looking for a revenge killer and Electric immunity. Additional VoltTurn users such as Uxie, Articuno, Wishiwashi, and Alolan Persian are appreciated. The aforementioned ones are especially great,(AC) as they can sponge hits for Manectric, making up for its lackluster bulk, and wear down Ground-types such as Silvally-Ground, Galarian Stunfisk, and Piloswine. Physical wallbreakers like Basculin, Centiskorch, and Sawk can take advantage of special walls that Manectric forces in and pivots against with Volt Switch. Entry hazard support from partners like Garbodor, Ferroseed, and Qwilfish benefits Manectric by letting it take more advantage of Volt Switch and guaranteeing OHKOs against Tangela and Ferroseed.

Manectric is a powerful Choice Specs user thanks to its great offensive stats and Electric + Fire coverage, which let it threaten common defensive cores like Articuno + Qwilfish + Galarian Stunfisk. Choice Specs-boosted Volt Switch whittles down special walls like Clefairy, Ferroseed, and Cryogonal while retaining momentum. Overheat allows Manectric to OHKO threats like Flapple and Rotom and break down Ground-types such as Silvally-Ground and Galarian Stunfisk. Flamethrower is an alternative that doesn't drop Manectric's Special Attack, which makes it more spammable, but it does not break down Volt Switch switch-ins as effectively as Overheat. Switcheroo lets Manectric cripple checks like Eldegoss, Piloswine, and Rhydon, which it is unable to break through, at the cost giving up Choice Specs.

Manectric fits at best on VoltTurn cores with partners like Basculin, Articuno, and Uxie, chipping down the opposing team through constant pivoting. Spikes support from Qwilfish or Garbodor helps this process by further weakening the foes, putting foes like Sawk and Flapple into OHKO range. Physical wallbreakers like Sawk, Centiskorch, and Shiftry can take advantange of special walls and Ground-types that Manectric forces in and benefit from its ability to safely bring them in. Special cleaners like Choice Scarf Basculin, Nasty Plot Liepard, and Frosmoth enjoy Manectric weakening special walls, making it easier for them to clean late-game.

Toxic is an option to cripple counters like Rhydon, Piloswine, and Appletun without getting rid of its Choice item with Switcheroo. However, Switcheroo is more consistent,(AC) as being locked on Toxic can invite threats in. Manectric can run a Heavy-Duty Boots set with Toxic over Switcheroo; however, it lacks the power of Choice Specs and Speed of Choice Scarf, making it hard to justify.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Ground-types**: Ground-types like Silvally-Ground, Rhydon, and Piloswine are immune to Manectric's STAB moves and OHKO it. However, Silvally-Ground and Galarian Stunfisk have to watch out for Choice Specs-boosted Fire-type coverage, while Rhydon and Piloswine dislike getting their Eviolite removed by Switcheroo.

**Special Walls**: Special walls like Audino, Eldegoss, and Clefairy are able to sponge Manectric's hits, and the former two can even nullify the chip damage from Volt Switch with Regenerator. Appletun, in particular, resists every move from Manectric and mitigates damage with Recover. However, they dislike losing their items to Switcheroo.

**Priority Users**: Due to Manectric's lackluster bulk, it gets easily removed by priority users such as Choice Band Thwackey, Kangaskhan, and Shiftry after chip damage.

Manectric is a potent Choice Scarf user thanks to its high Speed letting it outspeed the whole unboosted tier metagame, great Special Attack, and access to a STAB boosted pivoting move in Volt Switch. (Would also mention its ability to absorb Volt Switch as part of its niche in a separate sentence) Overheat provides coverage for Electric-resistant foes like Rotom-F, Ferroseed, and Tangela. Manectric is a potent Choice Scarf user thanks to its high Speed letting it outspeed the whole unboosted metagame sweepers like +1 Silvally formes and Choice Scarf Sawk (unboosted metagame is true, but not specific to mane. It's more accurate to show the other relevant fast mons Mane has an edge against), great Special Attack Electric + Fire coverage (its SpA is the same as rotom formes, and it's really that coverage that stands out), and access to a STAB boosted pivoting move in Volt Switch. Additionally, it brings a valuable Electric-immunity thanks to Lightning Rod, letting it absorb Volt Switch from the Rotom formes. Overheat provides coverage for Electric-resistant foes like Rotom-F, Ferroseed, and Tangela. If Manectric's high Speed tier isn't needed anymore, it can use Switcheroo to cripple special walls such as Audino, Clefairy, and Eldegoss Rhydon (VR relevancy, also goss can still somewhat reasonably be revenged with overheat) that can take on Manectric.

Entry hazard support teammates should have specific examples imo).

QC 2/2! Just a few areas of fluff and relevancy I thought could be improved upon. While all pivots enjoy entry hazard support, I still think it’s worthwhile to show examples of targets that reach a KO threshold after SR / Spikes chip, so I added a couple examples to the end of those teammate support sentences. Great job all around!
