Manny, Dare to Rate my Team?

Hey all,
Welcome to my RMT, This is my first RMT and i hope you will all like it.

What the team is like​

Azelf ♥​

♥ Vaporeon​

Medicham ♥​

♥ Regice​

Dugtrio ♥​

♥ Dragonite​

The Team is based on sweeping and revenge killing,
there is no wall in this team, regice and vaporeon can take some damage but further there is no single wall,
and to be honest, there is no wall needed.

On rating my team.


Lead:

Azelf @ Focus Sash
Nature: Naive
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Ability: Levitate
~ Fire Blast
~ Psychic
~ Explosion
~ Taunt

Start with Taunt or a Super Effective hit to blockade most leads, now just do what any azelf does, go for the end, fight untill ur almost down than explode for the win.

Specs Sweeper:

Vaporeon @ Choice Specs
Nature:Modest
EVs: 188 Def / 252 SpA / 68 Spe
Ability:Water Absorb
~ Surf
~ Ice Beam
~ Hidden Power Electric
~ Signal Beam

Try and set this is soon, when it got some hits u retreat it and send in Dugtrio or so and try to get a water attack on your switch, there should be no spikes or so because of Taunt.

Sweeper:

Medicham @ Life Orb
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / SpD 4
Ability: Pure Power
~ Ice Punch
~ Thunder Punch
~ Psycho Cut
~ Hi Jump Kick

Just Sweep like any Sweeper, send out super effective and let pure power do the rest.

Regice @ Leftovers
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 4 Hp
Ability:Clear Body
~ Charge Beam
~ Ice Beam
~ Amnesia
~ Substitude

Try and set up sub, than when u got sub up use amneisia when needed just charge beam or ice beam, charge beam will give you a boost each time, if u got your amnesia up and charge beam u are almost inmortal.

Nature: Adamant
EVs: SpD 4 / Atk 252 / Spe 252
Ability: Arena Trap
~ Earthquake
~ Night Slash
~ Stone Edge
~ Aerial Ace

Send this out to trap someone that can not kill you on any way and just kill it, easy right?

Outrage, Outrage and More Outrage

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 Hp / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Ability: Inner Focus
~ Dragon Dance
~ Outrage
~ Fire Punch
~ Rest

Use Dragon Dance to set up on the switch, now you are fast and strong use outrage and remove 4 or 5 pokes from his team.

You got literally owned by salamance/dragonite/flygon, just if they use outrage. Change regice (this thing will never sweep, sry) since it has maybe the worst typing ingame being ice. Put instead a scizor, a banded one is prefered.

In the lead, azelf wants stealth rock, change psychic.
Dugtrio wants adamant@choice scarf or jolly@choice band since all it does is revenging pokes with low health/weak to earthquake.

Get rid of rest on dragonite since it will only help the other team to set up on you. Go with roost to recover hp will help out more.

Why max SpDef on Regice if you're using Amnesia?

Change it to max Def so you don't get hit by Close Combat etc on your weaker unboosted defense.

Also, I'd say change Dugtrio to a Choice Band set. If all you're doing is revenge killing and trapping then you might as well get as much damage as possible. CB also makes killing Tyranitar easier, who also has a lot of fun with your team otherwise.

Finally, I'd say the lack of a wall isn't something to boast about, the only way you can stop a DDMence is by Exploding on it with Azelf after hanging on with Focus Sash, so if sandstorm or SR gets set up (Azelf won't always be around to Taunt) then you're buggered.

Because of this I would change your Regice to Cresselia. She does the whole Charge Beam job better, doesn't get raped by Close Combat and counters Salamence to a degree. Also, SR doesn't really punish her like it does to Regice.

Bit more description may be required on your 'mon too, or else this may be locked.

Dugtrio Jolly Band, it still outspeeds stuff and has much more power than just adamant.

Regice max HP and Def, his Spdef is already super high, and being ice stype, Scizor BP and any fighting attack will screw it over. Cresselia would work better of course.

Mence > dragonite for the set you are using, and roost >>>> rest anyday, and if you do keep rest, change it for chesto berry otherwise if you get burned/paralyzed you cant really use rest.

Another thing you might want to consider over Regice is Porygon-2. It handles lots of the big threats that can do alot to your team. It handles Tyranitar much better than Cresselia and it can also take care of Heatran, Salamence and Gyarados with ease.

Edit: And update the changes that you have made on your team here so that it is easier to rate.

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you're having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
