If he is in the ground on any turn use Earthquake. Otherwise start off with an Earthquake then Toxic him and finish with an Earthquake. If he was in the ground on turn 2 but isn't on turn 3 use toxic.

All right, lets try something, because I dont want this being who can use EQ more. Use earth power, but under your own feet so you go flying up into the air. That should avoid his first earthquake. Then, when flying back downwards, hit into the ground and Use your mouth to clamp his closed (Bite attack). Yeah, that pretty much means kissing him. Too bad you don't know attract. Then use get out of the whole you made and use Earthquake, which should do more damage than usually thanks to the hole hes in.

Welcome to the mighty Trapinch showdown, located at west central Hoenn's beloved desert! Here, you would find lots of wild specimen such as Cacnea, Sandshrew, and Baltoy, but apparently they're hiding in secret caves and whatnot. Why you ask? It's the mighty Trapinch showdown!
One trainer who spells doom in his face sends out a quite adamant manly Trapinch at the northern area of the desert, while the other one, who's apparently a cool king, sends in a quirky cute Trapinch at the southern area. Two feisty Trapinch ready to go at it - who will win?
Before anything happens, there is... oh my god, there's a Earthquake happening! Everything's shaking! Watch out everybody! The ground's splitti... oh not really. But it seems apparent that one little Trapinch is the guilty party of the quake, but wait, where did coolking's Trapinch go? Over at her spawn, there's an powerful looking hole formed from the earth aimed upward at that position. Huuuh? Did Chomp use Earth Power instead? Oh wait...
Over at the dusty sky, it is clear that there is one burning Trapinch flying down the sky right toward Chomp! Like a meteor, Trapinch slams right onto Chomp, mouth open, for a delicious Bite on Chomp's mouth! Man, not only did that look like it hurt, but I'm sure Trapinch's "teeth" would be broken by now! Heyyy, why is Trapinch looking purplish? She must have been afflicted by a Toxic right before she landed! Ooo, that sneaky Chomp! Looks like Trapinch is oozing out some blood, but it doesn't appear to be that bad.
At last, things have finally settled down for a bit of peace...? Wait, no, nvm, it's kinda rumbling and tumbling again... REALLY HARD! It feels as if both Trapinch and Chomp are both conjuring a massive Earthquake together! AHHHHHHH! WHYYYYY!?!? Even Trapinch (you need a better name girl! I'll be calling you Pinchy for the remainder of the match!) and Chomp are shaking all over the place, but because of that, it seems the major quake has stopped. Both pinches seem to be emotionally hurt from the huge earthquake, but they still seem ready to go for another bout!

Earth Power: The Pokemon emanates a pulse that travels through the earth causing an eruption of energy at the feet of the target. The suddenness of the blast may lower the target’s Special Defense by one (1) stage.
Earthquake: The Pokemon uses it mighty heft or inherent knowledge of tectonic manipulation to trigger an earthquake. The splitting earth and sudden impact causes major internal and external damage to the target. Trainers are encouraged to exercise caution and common sense when using this attack in certain structures. When Earthquake strikes a Pokemon in the middle of Dig, it's Base Attack Power is 15 instead of 10.
Bite: The Pokemon’s teeth are surrounded with dark energy, and they chomp down hard on an opponent. The dark energy can cause the opponent to flinch in shock.
Toxic: The Pokemon lets out a dark purple gas at the opponent. The gas enters the opponent’s body through the pores and poisons the opponent. Over time the Toxic damage will gradually increase each round from 1HP per action to 5HP per action. Toxic damage resets if the Pokemon switches out.
coolking's turn! I used the RNG to figure out who moves first for each separate action. For the second action, doominic moved first, and since Toxic is a type of gas made from the mouth, his Trapinch was able to create it before getting bitten there.
I also should apologize for my timezone. It's pretty terrible for you guys, but I can guaranteed that if you guys post your actions, they will be updated!
OK, First use Quick Attack to grab on to coolking`s Trapinch. Then Bite him twice but whatever you do don`t let go. If he tries to drag me underground he be dragging himself too.

Our little challengers prepare to begin their next bloody war of pinches and snarls. Chomp immediately settles for a trick and vanishes into a blazing fast Quick Attack toward Pinchy, tugging on her on all four. Almost as if Chomp's scared or something! Pinchy can't really decide if she should follow her orders for a Sand Tomb or not... but being the loyal girl she is, she... does it. Yeah, even if it meant attacking herself. Swirls and swirls of sand surround both pinches and chip away at their delicious health. Sharp, lethal, deadly, and most of all, sinking! Both Pokemon are sinking into the sand!
As he's sticking right on Pinchy, Chomp gives Bite a go on the head, almost completely having Pinchy's entire head in his mouth! Yuck! But that must have hurt when Chomp just... chomps down... how did Pinchy even survive that? Answer? We don't know. But apparently Pinchy attempts to shrug off the attack and create an epidemic Earthquake in the area! Despite the painful bite, she would make an earthquake. Rumbling, tumbling, and it looks like both pinches are sinking even deeper into the sand into neverland! The immerse shaking violently throws Chomp off of Pinchy and slams her onto the side of some sharp sand, but as they're both trapped in a terrible sand tomb, there's no running away anyway.
Biting is still a yummy treat, and Chomp doesn't stray away from that fact. Once again, he goes right on Pinchy for a juicy bite on the head, giving her a huge concussion! So much that the attack flinched her into demise! She's in really deep pain... you can even see her tears drooping down with the trails of blood slooping around. Chomp's really enjoying this female Trapinch's company!

Sand Tomb: The Pokemon creates a small sandstorm under its foe that sinks it into the ground. During Sand Tomb, both Pokemon may still issue attacks, however the Sand Tomb user must maintain their focus or the sand tomb will collapse. The steady sinking of a Sand Tomb drains the opponents HP at the rate of 2 per action for as long as Sand Tomb is in effect.

Chomp, being the lucky speed tie winner he is, makes his swift move in the sand tomb and quickly attacks Pinchy, who immediately feels the pain and vomits into fainting. Upon her fainting, the sand tomb ceases to live and the sand levels begin to rise. In a second, both contenders are above the desert, with one clear winner: Chomp the champ!

GG. I did everything I could to stop this from being an Earthquake spam battle since he would win that (adamant vs. Quirky... Just wait til I'm A flygon gigadraining your face). Some of the stuff back fired. It was fun though.
