I bred a number of Pokemon in Kurt/interesting Pokeballs, most of which are female, and have 4 - 5 perfect IVs:

Abra (Timid, Magic Guard) - Premier Ball
Ekans (Adamant, Shed Skin/Intimidate, EM: Sucker Punch) - Level Ball
Shellder (Jolly, Skill Link, EM: Rock Blast) - Heavy Ball
Gastly (Timid, Levitate, EM: Disable) - Moon Ball
Smeargle (Modest, Moody) - Heal Ball
Smeargle (Timid, Technician) - Dusk Ball
Drilbur (Adamant, Sand Rush, EM: Rapid Spin) - Quick Ball
Pinsir (Jolly, Hyper Cutter, EM: Close Combat, Quick Attack) - Sport Ball
Heracross (Jolly, Swarm/Guts, EM: Rock Blast) - Friend Ball
Kangaskhan (Jolly, Early Bird/Scrappy) - Safari Ball
Weedle (Jolly) - Lure Ball
Ralts (Timid, Trace/Synchronize) - Love Ball
Slakoth (Jolly) - Level Ball
Meowth (Jolly, Technician/Pickup) - Fast Ball

i either have, or am not particularly interested in those pokemon at this time. if youre willing to do breeding projects for them, i can think of something and get back to you

the first one would be a heavy ball donphan with egg moves body slam, fissure, ice shard and play rough. adamant or brave nature with perfect ivs in hp and special defense if its a USA pokemon, and 5iv flawless if its not. id prefer to trade one at a time. do you think youre up for that?

Sure, I can do it. Why wouldn't you want a 5/6 IV Phanpy from USA?
 
i have a time machine spread that will allow me to get one in 1 egg as long as i have that parent, and id rather it have my ot. plus its faster and easier for you! what pokemon do you want first?

I've been getting a few Phanpies that are close to what you want. One had perfect IVs in HP, Defense, and Special Defence. Is it absolutely necessary that I give you one with only perfect IVs in HP and Special Defence?

I think he wants those 2 to be perfect the other ones are irrelevant so 31/xx/xx/xx/31/xx is fine as is anything like 31/31/31/xx/31/xx so long as HP and SpD are 31
