I'm giving you 2 week to get your battles done. If more time is needed (which there will inevitably will) I will probably get an extended week in. This way I can add in substitutes if need be.
LATIOS, LATIAS, DEOXYS-E, WOBBOFFET, MANAPHY are allowed. Just to clarify, this tournament is to see how a metagame with these pokemon would turn to look like.
Soul Dew is not allowed on Latias and Latios.
Substitutes will be added May 3rd and the Round will End May 10th
Two Players from each division will advance
If you want to be a sub please PM me or post it here. I'll be the last sub in line in case nobody else wants to sub for the tournament. There will be no line in order, the most active subs will get in.
I suggest you keep your logs just in case of disputes.
When you post if you won or lost please post the score because they will act as tie breakers.

The rules are pretty simple:
- Battles MUST be played on Shoddy Battle.
- Self-KO Clause - You cannot use moves like Explosion or Destiny Bond on your last Pokémon if it will force a tie.
- Sleep Clause - You can only put to sleep one Pokémon on an opponent's side at any time. If you use Spore to put one Pokémon asleep, you cannot use it again to put another Pokémon asleep until the first one wakes up.
- Freeze Clause - If at anytime two different Pokémon are frozen on a player's field, then the player that froze the two Pokémon loses.
- Evasion Ban - Moves that specifically increase evasion are banned. Double Team is an example of a banned move.
- OHKO Ban - Moves that have a chance of OHKOing a Pokémon are banned. An example is Sheer Cold
- No scouting. Period. I don't care if you watch other battles done by the other participants but I don't want to hear that so-and-so is stalking their opponent. Not happening.
- Battle Time Out MUST be on.
- Species Clause- You cant use more than one of the same pokemon. Example: you cant have two Mime Jr. on your team.
