Alright, let's see what we've got to work with here. I'd say this team is a bit too straightforward. If your gonna use Hitmonlee, why not try and make him a Reversaler? A Hitmonlee with Salac + Reversal + Mach Punch is not to be messed around with. You can smash two opponents with him if the opponent is stupid enough to send out two Pokemon that Reversal can hit without a hitch. As for the rest of your team, Sandslash would benefit from Counter, since mine was able to take on Choice Banders and survive, and counter for a victory. Earthquake will wreck both Manectric and Mawile, which is amazingly common, and CC can probably 1-2 hit Mawile. Steel types aren't that good anymore, especially now that this generation has such hard hitting moves Mawile is vulnerable to. And if I were you, I'd try not to copy Smogon movesets, and maybe add a smidge of variety.

Props for being UU though.
