Ahh Megaman, One of gamings most beloved heroes.
In my opinion megaman 3 is the best of the series, in terms of stage design, difficulty, and robot masters.
Robot masters
Spark man- I find spark man the coolest of the electric bosses,
because he has lightning rods for hands, also in my opinion his level is a pain in the ass. 8.5/10
Snake man- The coolest robot master ever? Some people say Metal Man, some people say Air Man, but I find Snake Man head and shoulders above every other robot master because of his stage, YOU FIGHT FUCKING GIANT SNAKE HEADS!! 10/10
Needle man- Needle man was the first robot master I beat, He has a pretty lame concept, but somehow the designers managed to pull it off, armadillos suck. 7/10
Hard man- Hardest stage of the Mega Man 3 robot masters hands down, those monkeys always kill me, also his design is pretty dumb.

Top man- The lowest point of the Mega Man 3 Bosses, his stage sucks, his weapon sucks, his design sucks, and his name is TOP MAN, bad concept 2/10
Shadow man- To be blunt, ninjas and robots don't work, sure it may sound awesome, but shadow man is pretty stupid, his weapon is awesome though, you can shoot ninja stars in any direction 6/10
Gemini man- A stupid concept, Pulled off stunningly this is an awesome robot master, he can clone himself!! His stage us awesome too looking like it came out of an LSD trip! 9/10
Magneto man- A magnet robot is an awesome idea the whole stage is fun with its use of magnets; magnets pull megaman up and drag him into holes, magnets send megaman into spikes, and so on 8/10
Protoman- Not technically a robot master but he appears in the game as a mini-boss so I guess he counts, besides having the easiest pattern ever, and a weird whistle everytime he appeared, It was his first appearance, so they were still fleshing him out, there's a reason he's still around 7/10

So all in all this in my opinion is a near perfect platformer!
