SM OU Mega Medicham + Ash Gren offense

I wanted to build a team around Mega Medicham, and something that beats Medicham's threats like Mew, Landorus, and Mega Sableye; so Ash Greninja.

Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

- Ice Punch

Being a Mega Medicham novice, I don't know if there's a more optimal set to better suit the current meta, but this set has done very well for me.

Greninja-Ash (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Battle Bond
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Water Shuriken
- Dark Pulse
- Spikes

Ash Greninja can comfortably switch into Mew and Mega Sableye, and offensively threatens answers to Medicham like Landorus-T and Trick Room.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 24 SpD / 32 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- U-turn

I suggest changing your scarf Latios to Scarf Lele because it's psychic terrain can help boost the power of your medicham and can also act as a strong scarfer.
