Winners!
:ss/venusaur-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Venusaur
New Pokémon Name: Arbosaur
Stats: 85 / 93 / 85 / 115 / 110 / 88 (BST: 575)
Typing: Grass / Dragon
Abilities: Overgrow | Thick Fat (HA)
Movepool Additions: Draco Meteor, Flamethrower, Dragon Hammer, Dragon Dance
Niche: Most likely an attacking tank thanks to its good coverage in Dragon/Grass/Fire/Ground/Poison. It can outspeed Nidoking and hit it with Draco Meteor or Earth Power.
:ss/charizard-mega-x:
New Pokémon Name: Charbarian
Stats: 93 / 114 / 83 / 109 / 85 / 100 (BST: 584)
Typing:

Abilities: Blaze / Tough Claws
Movepool Additions: Fire Lash, Draco Meteor, Knock Off, Explosion
Niche: Budget Astrolotl that hits harder. Made for Fire Lash spam, since you're probably only running that for STAB it has a highly customizable movepool including recovery, utility moves and some coverage. Oh and DD i guess.

Mega being Revolved: Mega Charizard Y
New Pokémon Name: Chargaryen
Stats: 83 / 89 / 93 / 124 / 95 / 100 (BST: 584)
Typing: Fire/Flying
Abilities: Blaze / Drought
Movepool Additions: Oblivion Wing
Niche: Charizard now has an accurate and powerful Flying STAB that also allows it to forgo Roost for an extra coverage move. It's primarily used as a standalone sun wallbreaker but it can also be used as a secondary Sun setter or a bulky Defogger (with Heavy-Duty Boots). Its bulk is deceptively good when you consider its resistances and the temporary removal of its Water weakness.
:ss/blastoise-mega:
New Pokémon Name: Galapagon
Stats: 89 / 93 / 110 / 100 / 120 / 68 (580)
Typing:

Abilities: Torrent / Mega Launcher
Movepool Additions: Stealth Rock, Ancient Power, Rollout, Stone Edge, Mud Shot, Meteor Beam, Sandstorm
Niche: Pronounced Galapagun. Pretty bad stats for a mon with no recovery and horendous typing, saved by two great set up options in Shell Smash and Meteor Beam. It's stats aren't as high as Blastoise-Mega and it has more weaknesses, making it more manageable (since you're probably gonna be using white herb).
Next Slate is bugging!

SLATE 2: PEST CONTROL

:ss/pinsir-mega: :ss/scizor-mega: :ss/heracross-mega:
Requirements
- Pinsir-Mega and Heracross-Mega are treated as regular evolutions, and have up to +50 bst to distribute. Scizor-Mega is treated as a split evolution from Scizor, and has +40 bst to distribute.
- Pinsir-Mega must remain Bug/Flying typing; Scizor-Mega and Heracross-Mega must keep its Bug typing.
- Three abilities max for each Pokémon.

Good luck!

:ss/pinsir-mega:
New Pokémon Name: Coleoptyran
Stats: 75 / 155 / 70 / 65 / 95 / 90 (BST: 550)
Typing:

Abilities: Hyper Cutter / Unnerve / Aerilate
Movepool Additions: Spikes, Crush Claw, U-turn, Air Cutter, Aerial Ace, Hurricane, Defog, Acrobatics, Tail Wind, Dual Wingbeat
Niche: As always, hits like a truck, but is toned down by its horrendous double-typing, which either forces it to run hdb making it a less potent version of the mega or get destroyed by rocks. As a lot more utility now with hazard control and U-turn.

:ss/scizor-mega:
New Pokémon Name: Scentai
Stats: 70 / 110 / 90 / 55 / 50 / 125 (BST: 500)
Typing:

Abilities: Swarm / Technician / Justified
Movepool Additions: (From Scyther) Close Combat, Superpower, Mach Punch, Drain Punch, Circle Throw, Storm Throw, Bulk Up, Iron Head, Poison Jab, Elemental Punches
Niche: Name comes from Sc suffix + Super Sentai. Here to fill in the shoes that Phero will leave available once it leaves OU leaves available right now hell yeah. Has a really strong Storm Throw and Mach Punch, but it suffers from a poor bulk and not necessarily having the most extensive movepool ever + kinda needing a choice band or a life orb to actually deal damage. Also TPunch is not enough to pass Toxapex.

:ss/heracross-mega:
New Pokémon Name: Wreckules
Stats: 90 / 155 / 90 / 60 / 110 / 45 (BST: 550)
Typing:

Abilities: Swarm / Steadfast / Skill Link
Movepool Additions: Arm Thrust
Niche: Name comes from Hercules beetle + Wreck. Deals like infinite amount of damage with Skill Link, even had to remove Guts so it wouldn't 2HKO like everything. Still is a Bug/Fighting mon so it's not like it can't be walled (thinking of Clef), but yeah in general you do not want to be switching into this thing.

:ss/pinsir-mega:
New Pokémon Name: Vicervusect (Vice + cervus + insect)
Stats: 75 / 155 / 100 / 55 / 70 / 95 (BST: 550)
Typing:

Abilities: Hyper Cutter / Mold Breaker | HA: Aerilate
Movepool Additions: Dual Wingbeat, U-turn, Air Cutter, Aerial Ace, Hurricane, Defog, Acrobatics, Air Slash
Niche: Vicervusect is a strong breaker with STAB Double-Edge dealing huge amounts of damage to even resists, but is usually forced into Heavy Duty Boots, which cuts into its damage output. Swords Dance can work fine as well, thanks to being able to force out a large majority of the tier.

:ss/scizor-mega:
New Pokémon Name: Scikel
Stats: 70 / 120 / 65 / 50 / 80 / 115 (BST: 500)
Typing:

Abilities: Swarm / Technician | HA: Moxie
Movepool Additions: Superpower, Parting Shot, Sucker Punch, First Impression, Lash Out, Assurance, Dark Pulse
Niche: Scikel is a fast and strong glass cannon with a nasty SD Moxie sweeper set. It is particularly frail, so if you use that variant ensure it has its own priority in Sucker Punch.

:ss/heracross-mega:
New Pokémon Name: Herascarab
Stats: 90 / 165 / 75 / 50 / 115 / 55 (BST: 550)
Typing:

Abilities: Swarm / Justified | HA: Skill Link
Movepool Additions: Drain Punch, Recover
Niche: 165 Atk is the second highest in the tier, and it can leave a big dent into whatever it needs to with its nuclear Close Combats. With access to Recover, Herascarab can serve as a bulky Spikes setter as well.

Mega being Revolved: Mega Pinsir
New Pokémon Name: Hospin
Stats: 75 / 135 / 105 / 60 / 80 / 95 (BST: 550)
Typing: Bug/Flying
Abilities: Hyper Cutter / Aerilate / Moxie
Movepool Additions: First Impression, Dual Wingbeat, Acrobatics, Roost
Niche: Can be used either as a wallbreaker with Aerilate + Swords Dance or sweeper/cleaner with Moxie. It can also run a dual STAB priority set with First Impression and Aerilate Quick Attack. Dual Wingbeat gives it a reliable Flying STAB on Moxie sets.

Mega being Revolved: Mega Scizor
New Pokémon Name: Sclizer
Stats: 70 / 140 / 100 / 55 / 80 / 55 (BST: 500)
Typing: Bug/Flying
Abilities: Swarm / Technician / Steadfast
Movepool Additions: Superpower
Niche: Do big damage with Technician Dual Wingbeat off a base 140 Attack. It is incredibly slow however, though it can still use Agility to patch it up.

Mega being Revolved: Mega Heracross
New Pokémon Name: Hornacles
Stats: 90 / 150 / 90 / 50 / 105 / 65 (BST: 550)
Typing: Bug/Rock
Abilities: Swarm / Skill Link / Moxie
Movepool Additions: Horn Leech
Niche: It now gets STAB on both Skill Link Pin Missile and Rock Blast, both coming off a base 145 Attack stat. It has a lot of Fighting coverage to dent Steel-types that resist both of its STABs.

Mega being Revolved: Mega Pinsir
New Pokémon Name: Stagutine
Stats: 65 / 135 / 110 / 55 / 80 / 105
Typing: Bug/Flying
Abilities: Aerilate/Mold Breaker/Moxie
Movepool Additions: Dual Wingbeat, Acrobatics, Roost, U-Turn
Niche: Speedy sweeper with Moxie or Aerilate, with some fun options in U-Turn and Roost.

175 Attack + Gits ain't gonna fly. Really Guts on any attack above Conkeldurr's own won't fly. Also Heracross gets Superpower already. So sort those out.

48 Hour warning. ! All last min subs better drop now, particularly Scizor ones!

Mega being Revolved: Mega Scizor
New Pokémon Name: Screaper
Stats: 70 / 120 / 60 / 55 / 60 / 135 (BST: 500)
Typing: Bug/Ghost
Abilities: Swarm / Technician / Moxie
Movepool Additions: Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claw, Spite, Grudge, Confuse Ray
Niche: Fast Ghost-type who hits hard, but lacks useful coverage (only getting Steel Wing, Brick Break, Acrobatics, Psycho Cut, Night Slash and Cross Poison...). It plays like Dragapult, and shares its problem of lacking strong STAB. X-Scissor misses out on the Technician boost, but it's still its strongest STAB, and the same applies for Shadow Claw. Thankfully, Moxie can help it once it gets going.

Tried to continue with the idea of Scizor and Scyther having different niches, and wanted Screaper to play into that as well. This one takes Scyther's spread and minmaxes it.
