[OVERVIEW]

Mega Slowbro is one of the most consistent setup stall Pokemon in the 1v1 metagame. With naturally monstrous Defense, it can tank neutral attacks from the strongest physical attackers in the tier, such as Mega Charizard X, Flyinium Z-boosted Fly Dragonite, and Mega Lopunny, even without Defense investment. Thanks to this, Mega Slowbro can put as many EVs into Special Defense and HP as possible, which enables it to tank moves from powerful special attackers as well, such as specially offensive Dragonite and Choice Scarf Porygon Z, and follow up with recovery in the form of Slack Off or Rest, or use various setup moves such as Iron Defense, Calm Mind, and Amnesia in order to get out of KO range. Slowbro also has access to two very useful abilities for its role, those being Oblivious and Shell Armor, allowing it to be immune to the move Taunt, which normally shuts down all forms of stall, before Mega Evolving and avoid being hit by a critical hit after, making it more reliable against every Pokemon that can boost its offenses. Mega Slowbro is, unfortunately, one of the slowest Pokemon in the metagame, so it is only able to set up after it has already taken damage, leaving it susceptible to being knocked out by sufficiently powerful super effective attacks. Mega Slowbro is also weak to several common attacking moves, those being Grass-, Electric-, and Dark-type moves, so you'll need to watch out for moves such as Giga Drain, Thunderbolt, Dark Pulse, and their respective Z-Moves from Pokemon such as Mega Venusaur, Magnezone, and Hoopa-U.

Moves
========

Scald serves as Mega Slowbro's trusty attacking option, allowing it to slowly whittle down the opposing Pokemon, combined with a 30% chance to burn. A burn can provide extra security against physical attackers that can boost their Attack, such as Mega Gyarados, Dragonite, and Zygarde-C. Iron Defense boosts Mega Slowbro's already insane natural physical bulk to impenetrable levels in order to lessen the damage dealt by the aforementioned physical attackers as well. Calm Mind allows Mega Slowbro to boost its somewhat lacking Special Defense while also boosting the damage dealt by each of its Scalds. This is essential in effectively breaking through Pokemon that can recover from the damage dealt from unboosted Scalds and the following burn chip damage or boost their own Special Defense stat, such as bulky Magearna, Zygarde-C, Mega Altaria, Mega Sableye, and Mew. Amnesia can also be run if Mega Slowbro needs to boost its Special Defense faster than Calm Mind and if the Special Attack boost brought by Calm Mind is unnecessary. This can come in handy against particularly scary matchups, like Mega Gardevoir, Meloetta, and Choice Specs Deoxys-S. Slack Off recovers Mega Slowbro's HP. Use this to heal off damage taken before Mega Slowbro boosts its defensive stats. Rest is another recovery option that fully restores Mega Slowbro's health and removes any status condition such as poison or burn. This can be particularly useful when facing off against other stall Pokemon, such as Jumpluff, Whimsicott, and non-Sleep Powder Mega Venusaur. However, the three turns of immobility can leave Mega Slowbro wide open for more offensive Pokemon like Mega Gyarados and Mega Gardevoir to set up and attack while Mega Slowbro is unable to match them defensively.

Set Details
========

As Mega Slowbro already has excess physical bulk uninvested, all the EVs are instead invested into HP and Special Defense in order to make sure that it can have the highest possible Special Defense. The leftover EVs are invested into Defense. Mega Slowbro runs 0 Speed IVs to make sure it can underspeed Pokemon such as Metal Burst Mega Aggron and Mega Mawile. This also ensures that you don't automically lose the Mega Slowbro mirror, which will end in Struggle being used on both sides and the slowest Pokemon winning. Before Mega Evolving, Slowbro has access to Oblivious, which prevents Taunt shutting it down, unlike most other stall Pokemon. Oblivious even blocks Taunt from Mold Breaker Pokemon like Mega Gyarados and Haxorus, allowing Mega Slowbro to continue setting up its defenses. Thanks to Shell Armor, Mega Slowbro can set up without worrying about critical hits, which similar Pokemon such as stall Deoxys-S and Necrozma worry about and often fall prey to.

Usage Tips
========

Mega Slowbro is designed to tank hits while setting up its defenses in order to make sure it can comfortably attack with Scald without ever getting in range of being knocked out. Against any type of offensive Pokemon, Mega Evolve turn one and boost either Mega Slowbro's Defense with Iron Defense or its Special Defense with Calm Mind or Amnesia. The goal of Mega Slowbro in the early stage of the battle is to make sure it can get out of range from any fatal blow before attempting to attack. Not doing so could make it lose to otherwise easy matchups such as against Zygarde-C, which can eventually set up and overwhelm Mega Slowbro's defenses if you don't bother boosting Mega Slowbro's Defense in return. Shell Armor affords Mega Slowbro to not have to waste recovery to get out of range from a critical hit. Therefore, feel free to set up in ranges that might be a little bit more dangerous to other Pokemon as long as Mega Slowbro can recover from the damage dealt the next turn. Oblivious means you can send Mega Slowbro out against traditional Taunt users, such as Tapu Lele, Tapu Fini, Stall Deoxys-S, and bulky Kommo-o, and not have to worry about it being shut down as long as you do not Mega Evolve. One particularly important foe, Mega Gyarados, can only consistently beat Mega Slowbro if it has both Taunt and Crunch, as Slowbro must not Mega Evolve to avoid being Taunted, but Crunch will do too much to regular Slowbro. If Mega Gyarados only has Taunt, never Mega Evolve and instead set up Iron Defense in Mega Slowbro's regular form, getting to maximum Defense before chipping at it with Scald. If Mega Gyarados only has Crunch, you should Mega Evolve and set up to avoid fatal Crunch damage. Additionally, while Mega Gyarados's access to Mold Breaker won't matter against Oblivious, it can bypass Shell Armor. Dragonite can run both a viable physical set and a viable special set, so if you do not know the opponent's Dragonite set, you should boost Mega Slowbro's Special Defense immediately with either Amnesia or Calm Mind, as Mega Slowbro has enough natural bulk to tank a Supersonic Skystrike followed by Outrage, but not a Dragonium Z-boosted Draco Meteor or Flyinium Z-boosted Hurricane followed by Draco Meteor without a Special Defense buff. After determining whether or not Dragonite is physical or special, boost the appropriate defensive stat from then on and heal whenever necessary. Also, Mega Slowbro is heavier than regular Slowbro, so if you find yourself up against Grass Knot users such as Choice Scarf Greninja, do not Mega Evolve. Avoid sending Mega Slowbro out against hyper offensive super effective attackers such as Kartana, Zeraora, and Aegislash.

Team Options
========

Pokemon that can tank attacks that would be super effective against Mega Slowbro, namely Grass-, Electric-, Dark-, Bug-, and Ghost-type moves, naturally are its best teammate option. Pokemon such as Kommo-o and specially defensive Mega Charizard X can deal with Pokemon such as Mega Charizard Y, Choice Specs Greninja, Aegislash, and Tapu Bulu that give Mega Slowbro a hard time and appreciate the positive matchups Mega Slowbro has against Psychic- and Rock-types, respectively. Specially defensive tanks are also a great option for teammates, as Mega Slowbro's biggest threats are usually special attackers. Pokemon like Meloetta, Chansey, Mega Tyranitar, and Blissey all work well with Mega Slowbro and appreciate the Fighting-type resistance that Mega Slowbro offers. As a Water-type, Mega Slowbro can fit well on a standard Fire / Water / Grass core team, especially appreciating the work put in by Pokemon from Fire-types like Incineroar, Mega Charizard X, and Mega Blaziken and from Grass-types like Mega Venusaur, Ferrothorn, xand Tapu Bulu. The Fire- and Grass-types can effectively deal with Pokemon that threaten Mega Slowbro such as Z-Conversion Porygon-Z, Magnezone, Mega Charizard Y, and other Mega Slowbro. As Mega Slowbro is naturally slow, it is also susceptible to Pokemon such as Vivillon and Smeargle, whose strategies are only successful if they go first. Be sure to pair Mega Slowbro with at least sufficiently fast Pokemon, like Pheromosa, Mega Lopunny, and Porygon-Z. Mega Slowbro can beat the common speed trap Pokemon Jumpluff, as it is able to recover back the damage leeched from its health and PP stall Jumpluff.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Foul Play is an interesting niche choice that beats a notable anti-Mega Slowbro set in Belly Drum Mega Charizard X. Considering the popularity of Mega Charizard X, this may be an interesting choice to have more of a guaranteed matchup against every variant of Mega Charizard X. However, in every other regard, Foul Play is severely inferior to Scald.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Super Effective Attackers**: As Mega Slowbro is such an excellent stall Pokemon in the context of 1v1, with answers to Taunt, status conditions, most forms of stall, and critical hits, the most common threat against Mega Slowbro will be super effective attackers, and it will struggle against those that can exploit its Water / Psychic typing. These include prevalent Pokemon such as Mega Charizard Y, Magnezone, Z-Conversion Porygon-Z, Choice Specs Greninja, Aegislash, Choice Specs Genesect, Tapu Bulu, Gigavolt Havoc Zeraora, Bloom Doom Heatran, Kartana, and Hoopa-U. The only real relevant exception to this in 1v1 is the aforementioned Mega Gyarados, which, unfortunately, only has Crunch, which Mega Slowbro can tank using Iron Defense.

**Very Powerful Attackers**: There are a select few Pokemon in the metagame that are simply so powerful that they can overwhelm Mega Slowbro with neutral damage. These include Choice Specs or Normalium Z Porygon-Z, which can OHKO even a fully invested Mega Slowbro using Hyper Beam or Breakneck Blitz, or Belly Drum Mega Charizard X, which can very impressively 2HKO a +2 Defense Mega Slowbro with Outrage after a Belly Drum, unless Mega Slowbro runs Foul Play.

**Encore Users**: The cousin of Taunt, Encore, is, unfortunately, not blocked by Oblivious and will pose a serious problem to Mega Slowbro, as it will not be able to use anything except the move it has been locked into for the remainder of the battle. Some popular Encore users include Primarina, Mega Gardevoir, Mega Alakazam, and Whimsicott.

**Other Rest Stallers**: While Mega Slowbro can usually outlast other forms of stall by using the move Rest, retaining more PP while it is asleep, if its opponent also has Rest, Mega Slowbro may be in trouble. If the opposing Pokemon can Rest off the damage Mega Slowbro deals and has more PP, you have essentially lost. Beware of Pokemon such as Meowstic-M, Type: Null, Pyukumuku, and Suicune.

    • Mega Slowbro can fully commit to Defense, running 248 Hp / 252+ Def in order to be a defensive monster. This can be useful against Pokemon like Incineroar, who can avoid Mega Slowbro’s defense boost with Darkest Lariat, and thus require more defense to beat consistently.

    • Foul Play is an interesting niche choice that beats the anti-Mega Slowbro Belly Drum Mega Charizard X. Considering the popularity of Mega Charizard X, this may be an interesting choice to have more of a guaranteed matchup against every variant of Mega Charizard X. (State its drawbacks)

-Strong Super Effective Attackers: Mega Slowbro is such a perfect Stall Pokemon in the context of 1v1, with answers to Taunt, status conditions, other forms of Stall, and critical hits, that the biggest and most common thing that will consistently beat Mega Slowbro will be super effective damage, and it will struggle against those that can exploit the Water/Psychic typing Mega Slowbro has. These include prevalent Pokemon such as Magnezone, Z-Conversion Ghost Porygon-Z, Choice Specs Greninja, Aegislash, Choice Specs Genesect, Tapu Bulu, Choice Band Zeraora, Kartana, and choiced Hoopa-Unbound. The only real relevant exception to this in 1v1 is the aformentioned Mega Gyarados, which unfortunately only has a base 80 super effective physical attack, and thus allows Mega Slowbro to tank Crunch using Iron Defense.
-ObscenelyIncredibly Powerful Attackers: There are a few Pokemon in the meta that are simply so powerful that they can overwelm Mega Slowbro with neutral damage, which is no small feat. These include Choice Specs/Normalium Z Porygon Z, which can OHKO even a fully invested Mega Slowbro using Hyper Beam or Z-Hyper Beam, or Belly Drum Mega Charizard X, which can very impressively 2HKO a +2 Defense Mega Slowbro with Outrage after a Belly Drum unless Mega Slowbro has Foul Play.

While I definitely appreciate AM QC checks, this is basically a GP check. The point of QCing is to deal with the quality control side and the actual content, not how it is phrased. GPing in a QC check, especially when the analysis has just come out of WIP, is just not how it's done.

[OVERVIEW]

  • Mega Slowbro is the definitive and most consistent set up stall Pokemon in the 1v1 Metagame.
  • With naturally monstrous Defense, it can tank neutral attacks from the cream of the crop of physical attackers, Pokemon like Choice Band Slaking I think you should replace Slaking with a Pokemon more common in 1v1. and Z-Rock Wrecker Crustle, uninvested in Defense, allowing Mega Slowbro to put as much EVs into Special Defense and HP as possible, . (AP) This enabling-es it to tank moves from powerful special attackers as well, such as Special Dragonite and Choice Scarf Porygon Z.
  • After tanking these powerful hits, Mega Slowbro can rebound with recovery in the form of Slack Off or Rest, or use various set up moves such as Iron Defense, Calm Mind, and Amnesia in order to better take the hits being dealt by various offensive threats.
  • Slowbro also has access to two very useful abilities for its role, those being Oblivious and Shell Armor, allowing it to be immune to the move Taunt, which normally shuts down all forms of Stall, and allows Mega Slowbro to avoid being hit by a critical hit, respectively.
  • Mega Slowbro is unfortunately one of the slowest Pokemon in the entire Metagame, which means it will only be able to set up to tank damage after it has already taken damage, leaving Mega Slowbro suscepable to being knocked out by sufficiently powerful super effective attacks.

Moves
========
  • Scald serves as Mega Slowbro's trusty attacking option, allowing it to slowly whittle down the opponent, combined with a 30% chance to burn as well, which halves an opponent's attack and deals small 6% chip damage every turn. Naturally, Mega Slowbro doesn't need to get a Scald burn on any reliable matchup it has, but it can provide extra security against physical attackers that can set up alongside you, such as Mega Gyarados, Dragonite, and Zygarde-Complete.
  • Calm Mind allows Mega Slowbro to boost its somewhat lacking Special Defense while also boosting the damage dealt by each of it's Scalds. This is essential in effectively breaking through Pokemon that can recover off the damage dealt by unboosted Scalds and the following burn chip damage, or boost their own Special Defense stat, such as Mega Altaria, Mega Sableye, and stall Deoxys-Speed.
  • Amnesia can also be run if Mega Slowbro needs to boost it's Special Defense faster than Calm Mind, and if the Special Attack boost brought about by Calm Mind is unnecessary. This can come in handy against particularly scary matchups, like Mega Gardevoir, Meloetta, and Choice Specs Deoxys Speed
  • Iron Defense boosts Mega Slowbro's already insane natural physical bulk to impregnable levels. This is used in order to lessen the damage dealt by super effective physical attacks from Pokemon such as from Mega Gyarados and Mega Tyranitar, and to also make sure physical attackers such as Mega Charizard X, Garchomp, and Mega Pinsir cannot boost their attack in order to significantly damage Mega Slowbro.
  • Slack Off recovers Mega Slowbro's HP by 50%. This is naturally used to heal off damage taken before Mega Slowbro boost its defensive stats, as this will be when Mega Slowbro is most vulnerable.
  • Rest is another recovery option, that fully restores Mega Slowbro's health and removes any status condition such as toxic or burn. This can be particularly useful when facing off against other stall Pokemon, such as Jumpluff, Whimsicott, and non-Sleep Powder Mega Venusaur. However, the three turns of sleep can lead you wide open for more offensive mons like Mega Gyarados and Mega Gardevoir to set up and attack, while you are unable to match them defensively.

Set Details
========
  • As Mega Slowbro already has excess physical bulk uninvested, all the EVs are instead invested into HP and Special Defense in order to make sure that it can be as specially defensive as possible. 248 HP is naturally given in order to make sure it takes marginally less damage from toxic and burn.
  • The 8 leftover EVs are invested into Special Attack, so Mega Slowbro can hit Scalds for slightly more damage.
  • Mega Slowbro runs 0 Attack and Speed IVs in order to take minimal damage from Foul Play, as with every devoted special attacker, and to make sure it can underspeed certain Pokemon such as Metal Burst Mega Aggron and Mega Mawile. This also ensures that you don't autolose the Mega Slowbro ditto, as the ditto will lead to Struggle being used on both sides, wherein the slowest Pokemon wins.

Usage Tips
========
  • Mega Slowbro is designed to tank hits, slowly setting up it’s defenses in order to make sure it can comfortably attack with Scald without ever getting in range of being knocked out.
  • Against any type of offensive Pokemon, mega evolve Turn One and either boost your defense with Iron Defense or your Special Defense with Calm Mind/Amnesia. The goal of Mega Slowbro in the early stage of the battle is to make sure it can get out of range from any fatal blow, before attempting to attack. Some offensive Pokemon have taunt like Mega Gyarados and Tapu Lele so, you should add a sentence detailing you should be weary of who the offensive pokemon is and what they can carry.
  • Thanks to it’s fantastic ability Shell Armor, Mega Slowbro can set up without worrying about the chance of being hit by a critical hit, a chance that similar Pokemon such as Stall Deoxys-Speed and Necrozma always have to worry about, and will often fall pray to. This grants it a somewhat unique freedom to Mega Slowbro, allowing it to not have to waste recovery getting out of range from a critical hit.
  • Slowbro has access to the amazing ability Oblivious. This prevents the move Taunt from working on Slowbro, a move that would normally shut down any other type of Stall Pokemon. Oblivious will even beat taunts from Mold Breaker Pokemon, like Mega Gyarados and Haxorus, as even though Mold Breaker will ignore Oblivious, Oblivious will automatically negate the effect of Taunt during Slowbro’s turn. This will let it gain a favorable matchup against common Taunt users, such as Tapu Lele and Tapu Fini
  • One particularly important matchup, that being against Mega Gyarados, should be elaborated on. Mega Gyarados can only consistently beat Mega Slowbro if it has both Taunt and Crunch, as Slowbro must not mega evolve to avoid being Taunted, but Crunch will do too much to regular Slowbro. If Mega Gyarados just has Taunt, never mega evolve and instead set up Iron Defense in your regular form, getting to max Defense before chipping at it with Scald. If Mega Gyarados just has Crunch, you should mega evolve and set up, so as to avoid fatal Crunch damage.

Team Options
========
  • Pokemon that can tank attacks that would be super effective against Mega Slowbro will naturally be his best teammate option. These Pokemon must also be specially invested as well, as the types that hit Mega Slowbro super effectively, those being Grass, Electric, Dark, Bug, and Ghost, are primarily special attackers in the 1v1 metagame. Pokemon such as Kommo-O Kommo-O doesn't beat Choice Specs Greninja or Tapu Bulu reliably. If you want to add Specially Defensive Kommo-O, that should be fine as you can EV Kommo-O to live a Choice Specs Ice Beam. You could also just replace it with a Pokemon like Mega Lopunny. and Specially Defensive Mega Charizard X can both deal with Pokemon, such as Choice Specs Greninja and Tapu Bulu, that give Mega Slowbro a hard time, and appreciates the positive matchups Mega Slowbro has against Psychic and Rock types, respectively.
  • As a Water Type, Mega Slowbro can fit well on a standard Fire/Water/Grass core team, especially appreciating the work put in by Pokemon such as Incineroar and Mega Venusaur, who can effectively deal with Pokemon that threaten Mega Slowbro such as Porygon Z, Magnezone, Mega Charizard Y, and other Mega Slowbro. I think you should add a team option slot for having faster Pokemon as a teammate due to things like Greninja, Genesect, and Smeargle killing you or in Smeargle's case, speed trap you. Some good teammate options would be Pheromosa, which can help your Electric + Grass weakness or Mega Blaziken, which can help your Dark + Bug weakness

I would also like to see you add a physically defensive set for Mega-Slowbro here. It helps its match up against alot of physical attackers namely Mega Mawile, Dragonite, Mega Gyarados, Incineroar, and many more.

  • Mega Slowbro is the definitive (not the most suitable word here, I'd say)and most consistent set up stall Pokemon in the 1v1 Metagame which can double as a setup finisher as well (Depending on set, Calm Mind Mega Slowbro is a setup finisher, while Amnesia Mega Slowbro is a setup staller).

  • Mega Slowbro is unfortunately one of the slowest Pokemon in the entire Metagamemetagame, which means it will only be able to set up to tank damage only after it has already taken damage, leaving Mega Slowbro suscepable susceptible to being knocked out by sufficiently powerful super effective attacks (like?).
  • Add a line about how common Grass-, Electric-, Dark-types are, with examples, which severely limits its usage.

Hey, its your boi to give you an AM check.
Added some of the things u said, a few things I should lyk as well:

"Kommo-O doesn't beat Choice Specs Greninja or Tapu Bulu reliably. If you want to add Specially Defensive Kommo-O, that should be fine as you can EV Kommo-O to live a Choice Specs Ice Beam. You could also just replace it with a Pokemon like Mega Lopunny."
Spdef Kommo-o is the norm, so it doesn't really need to be specified whether or not it is when Kommo-o is mentioned, since we assume the most optimal sets in analysis'. Would be like saying "Offensive Greninja". Also, bulu only wins with Dgleam, which has less than 10% usage.

"I think you could add opposing PP stallers like Jumpluff, Mew, Ferrothorn, and Whimiscott as these mons may be able of outstalling Slowbro with things like Leech Seed + Sleep stall or Will-O-Wisp + Seismic Toss from Mew. I would also like to see you add a physically defensive set for Mega-Slowbro here. It helps its match up against alot of physical attackers namely Mega Mawile, Dragonite, Mega Gyarados, Incineroar, and many more."
Rest Slowbro beats Jumpluff, Mew, Ferrothorn, and Whimsicott. Also, the defensive set is mentioned in other options, as it doesn't really change the matchup between anything except Incineroar. Uninvested Defense Mega Slowbro is just that good.

But your ideas mentioning teammates countering speed traps and switching out slaking for something else (lol idk why it was there in the first place lmao) were solid. tyvm

hihi
overview:
- i don't know why you mention crustle's zmove and not dragonite's. remove the crush mention.
- take out the non stab mention. you're supposed to be talking about it's weaknesses.
moves look good
set details:
- put the 8 spa evs into the first one.
- this isn't exclusively about ev spreads: mention both abilities and specify why both are helpful.
usage tips:
- finish your sentence on first bullet fam
- mention not megaing on the taunt bullet
team options:
- mention chary checks
- don't specifically mention a 3 mon core. you don't wanna give readers a team.
- bruh just mention "fast pokemon" in the third bullet.
- mention mons that can beat strong special attackers like pz or like, genesect or smth. like blissey
oo looks good
cc:
- bruh you mentioned the same exact type of pokemon twice delete second mention. in the first one mention chary!!!!
- have a section for super effective hits like electric and ghost (magnezone, blaceph) etc

good analysis tho 1/3

I believe I implemented everything, although there were a few things u mentioned that were already there:
- mention not megaing on the taunt bullet (and not have to worry about being shut down, as long as you do not Mega Evolve)
- have a section for super effective hits like electric and ghost (magnezone, blaceph) etc (**Strong Super Effective Attackers**:)

i have no idea what im doing but heres a few of the things i want to see

I Don't really like the 248 hp, but if you really want it still for toxic / burn, so be it. Also, the 8 evs would probably serve better in defense.

semistall setup and hard stall are two different sets that should be separated IMO. calm mind + rest vs amnesia + slack off. They server two really large different niches, and beat a very large different variety of mons. edit: more discussion on this point

Also, Mega Slowbro is heavier than
I assume youre going to say non-mega, just a reminder to finish the sentence.

For usage tips, talk about the Dragonite matchup. How I personally play it is to always amnesia first turn, since slowbro generally has teh natural defense to tank a physical zmove. itll lose to a ddance zmove, but thats pretty uncommon, but its a good way to scout which type attacker the dnite is. Im sure you can say it more eloquently.

I don't want to approve this just yet because I don't know when it should be (also because of the changes listed above that I'd like to see).

[OVERVIEW]
Mega Slowbro is a definitive and one of the most consistent set up stall Pokemon in the 1v1 Metagame. With naturally monstrous Defense, it can tank neutral attacks from the cream of the crop (no. just say best or strongest) of physical attackers, Pokemon like Mega Charizard X, Z-Fly Dragonite, and Mega Lopunny, uninvested in Defense. Thanks to this, Mega Slowbro can put as many EVs into Special Defense and HP as possible, enabling it to tank moves from powerful special attackers as well, such as Specially Offensive Dragonite and Choice Scarf Porygon Z. After tanking these powerful hits, Mega Slowbro can rebound with recovery in the form of Slack Off or Rest, or use various set up moves such as Iron Defense, Calm Mind, and Amnesia in order to get out of KO range. Slowbro also has access to two very useful abilities for its role, those being Oblivious and Shell Armor, allowing it to be immune to the move Taunt, which normally shuts down all forms of Stall, and allows Mega Slowbro to avoid being hit by a critical hit, respectively, making it more reliable against every Pokemon that can boost their offenses. Mega Slowbro is unfortunately one of the slowest Pokemon in the entire Metagame, which means it will only be able to set up to tank damage after it has already taken damage, leaving Mega Slowbro susceptible to being knocked out by sufficiently powerful super effective attacks. Mega Slowbro is also weak to several common attacking types, those being Grass-, Electric-, and Dark-type moves, and as such you'll need to watch out for moves such as Giga Drain, Thunderbolt, Dark Pulse, and their respective Z-Move boosted attacks. (mention pokemon that has these moves would be nice)

This is used in order to lessen the damage dealt by super effective physical attacks from Pokemon such as from Mega Gyarados and Mega Tyranitar, and also against physical attackers who can boost their Attack, such as Mega Charizard X, Garchomp, and Mega Pinsir (get rid of the first part and combine these two bits). Calm Mind allows Mega Slowbro to boost its somewhat lacking Special Defense while also boosting the damage dealt by each of its Scalds. This is essential in effectively breaking through Pokemon that can recover off the damage dealt from unboosted Scalds and the following burn chip damage, or boost their own Special Defense stat, such as Bulky Magearna, Zygarde-Complete, Mega Altaria, Mega Sableye, and Mew. Amnesia can also be run if Mega Slowbro needs to boost its Special Defense faster than Calm Mind, and if the Special Attack boost brought about by Calm Mind is unnecessary. This can come in handy against particularly scary matchups, like Mega Gardevoir, Meloetta, and Choice Specs Deoxys Speed. Slack Off recovers Mega Slowbro's HP by 50% (remove). Use this to heal off damage taken before Mega Slowbro boost its defensive stats, as this will be when Mega Slowbro is most vulnerable. Rest is another recovery option, that fully restores Mega Slowbro's health and removes any status condition such as poison or burn. This can be particularly useful when facing off against other stall Pokemon, such as Jumpluff, Whimsicott, and non-Sleep Powder Mega Venusaur. However, the three turns of sleep (technically it's 2 turns of sleep plus the turn you put yourself to sleep. good distinction to make for newer players ig) can lead you wide open for more offensive Pokemon like Mega Gyarados and Mega Gardevoir to set up and attack, while you are unable to match them defensively.

As Mega Slowbro already has excess physical bulk uninvested, all the EVs are instead invested into HP and Special Defense in order to make sure that it can be as specially defensive as possible. 248 HP is naturally given in order to make sure it takes marginally less damage from toxic and burn. (burn is literally a pointless thing to bring up, and do any toxic users either straight lose to it? if not, do 252/252 please) The 8 leftover EVs are invested into Defense, so Mega Slowbro can have a little bit more defense. Mega Slowbro runs 0 Attack and Speed IVs in order to take minimal damage from Foul Play, as with every devoted special attacker, and to make sure it can underspeed certain Pokemon such as Metal Burst Mega Aggron and Mega Mawile. This also ensures that you don't autolose the Mega Slowbro mirror, as the will eventually lead to Struggle being used on both sides, wherein the slowest Pokemon wins. Slowbro, before mega evolving, has access to Oblivious, whcih prevents the move Taunt from working on Slowbro, a move that would normally shut down any other type of Stall Pokemon. Oblivious will even beat taunts from Mold Breaker Pokemon, like Mega Gyarados and Haxorus, as even though Mold Breaker will ignore Oblivious, Oblivious will heal Slowbro from the Taunt on the same turn (i feel like the way this point is worded is rather confusing. i read this like 3-4 times over just to understand what it meant). Thanks to Shell Armor, Mega Slowbro can set up without worrying about the chance of being hit by a critical hit, a chance that similar Pokemon such as Stall Deoxys-Speed and Necrozma always have to worry about, and will often fall pray to.

Usage Tips
========
(space)
Mega Slowbro is designed to tank hits while setting up its defenses in order to make sure it can comfortably attack with Scald without ever getting in range of being knocked out. Against any type of offensive Pokemon, mega evolve Turn One and either boost your defense with Iron Defense or your Special Defense with Calm Mind/Amnesia (ig just say or). The goal of Mega Slowbro in the early stage of the battle is to make sure it can get out of range from any fatal blow, before attempting to attack (i'd give an example here, afaik something like dnite would be great, if i remember correctly it beat the band version easily. or something else. just because it's a decent point). Shell Armor grants it a somewhat unique freedom to Mega Slowbro, allowing it to not have to waste recovery getting out of range from a critical hit. Therefore, feel free to set up in ranges that might be a little bit more dangerous to others, as long as Mega Slowbro can recover off the damage dealt the next turn. Oblivious will automatically negate the effect of Taunt during Slowbro’s turn. This means you can send Mega Slowbro against traditional Taunt users, such as Tapu Lele, Tapu Fini, Stall Deoxys-Speed and bulky Kommo-o, and not have to worry about being shut down, as long as you do not Mega Evolve (good point). One particularly important matchup, Mega Gyarados, should be elaborated on. Mega Gyarados can only consistently beat Mega Slowbro if it has both Taunt and Crunch, as Slowbro must not mega evolve to avoid being Taunted, but Crunch will do too much to regular Slowbro. If Mega Gyarados only has Taunt, never mega evolve and instead set up Iron Defense in your regular form, getting to max Defense before chipping at it with Scald. If Mega Gyarados only has Crunch, you should mega evolve and set up, so as to avoid fatal Crunch damage. If Mega Gyarados has both Taunt and Crunch, avoid sending Mega Slowbro. Additionally, Mega Gyarados has access to Mold Breaker, which won't matter against Oblivious, but can bypass Shell Armor, so keep that in mind. Another relevant matchup is Dragonite. Dragonite can run both a viable physical set and a viable special set, so if you do not know the opponent's Dragonite set, you should boost Mega Slowbro's Special Defense immediately with either Amnesia or Calm Mind, as Mega Slowbro has enough natural bulk to tank a Z-Fly into Outrage, but not a Z-Draco Meteor or Z-Hurricane into Draco Meteor without Special Defense buffs. After determining whether or not Dragonite is physical or special, boost the appropriate defensive stat from then on and heal whenever necessary. Also, Mega Slowbro is heavier than regular Slowbro, so if you find yourself up against Grass Knot users such as Choice Scarf Greninja, do not Mega Evolve in order to avoid fatal damage. (something something what not to use it against or watch out for ig)

Pokemon that can tank attacks that would be super effective against Mega Slowbro, those being Grass, Electric, Dark, Bug, and Ghost, will naturally be his best teammate option. Mega Charizard Y is also a prevalent Pokemon in 1v1 that can threaten Mega Slowbro with a hard-hitting Solarbeam. Pokemon such as Kommo-O and Specially Defensive Mega Charizard X can both deal with Pokemon, such as Choice Specs Greninja, Aegislash, and Tapu Bulu, that give Mega Slowbro a hard time, and appreciates the positive matchups Mega Slowbro has against Psychic- and Rock-types, respectively. Specially defensive tanks are also a great option for teammates, as Mega Slowbro's biggest threats are usually special attackers. Pokemon like Meloetta, Chansey, Mega Tyranitar and Blissey all work well with Mega Slowbro, and appreciate the Fighting-type resist that Mega Slowbro offers. As a Water-type, Mega Slowbro can fit well on a standard Fire/Water/Grass core team, especially appreciating the work put in by Pokemon from Fire-types like Incineroar, Mega Charizard X, and Mega Blaziken, and from Grass-types like Mega Venusaur, Ferrothorn and Tapu Bulu. The Fire- and Grass-Types can effectively deal with Pokemon that threaten Mega Slowbro such as Z-Conversion Porygon Z, Magnezone, Mega Charizard Y, and other Mega Slowbro. As Mega Slowbro is naturally slow, it is also susceptible to speed traps such as Vivillon and Smeargle. Be sure to pair Mega Slowbro with at least sufficiently fast Pokemon, like Pheromosa, Mega Lopunny, or Porygon Z. Mega Slowbro can beat the common speed trap Pokemon Jumpluff, as you will be able to recover back the damage leeched from your health and PP stall Jumpluff to death.

Foul Play is an interesting niche choice that beats the anti-Mega Slowbro Belly Drum Mega Charizard X. Considering the popularity of Mega Charizard X, this may be an interesting choice to have more of a guaranteed matchup against every variant of Mega Charizard X. However, in every other regard, Foul Play is severely inferior to Scald.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Super Effective Attackers**: Mega Slowbro is such a perfect Stall Pokemon in the context of 1v1, with answers to Taunt, status conditions, most forms of Stall, and critical hits, that the biggest and most common thing that will consistently beat Mega Slowbro will be super effective damage, and it will struggle against those that can exploit the Water/Psychic typing Mega Slowbro has. These include prevalent Pokemon such as Mega Charizard Y, Magnezone, Z-Conversion Porygon-Z, Choice Specs Greninja, Aegislash, Choice Specs Genesect, Tapu Bulu, Z-Plasma Fist Zeraora, Grassium Heatran, Kartana, and Hoopa-Unbound. The only real relevant exception to this in 1v1 is the aformentioned Mega Gyarados, which unfortunately only has a base 80 super effective physical attack, and thus allows Mega Slowbro to tank Crunch using Iron Defense. (i'd emphasise special super effective damage, purely because against most physical attackers it can iron defense then recover)
**Very Powerful Attackers**: There are a select few Pokemon in the meta that are simply so powerful that they can overwelm Mega Slowbro with neutral damage, which is no small feat. These include Choice Specs/Normalium Z Porygon Z, which can OHKO even a fully invested Mega Slowbro using Hyper Beam or Z-Hyper Beam, or Belly Drum Mega Charizard X, which can very impressively 2HKO a +2 Defense Mega Slowbro with Outrage after a Belly Drum (unless you run Foul Play). (what if you iron defense on the first outrage? after the belly drum. do you live from there? if so this is a bit meh)
**Encore Users**: The cousin of Taunt, Encore, will unfortunately not be blocked by Oblivious and will pose a serious problem to Mega Slowbro, as he will not be able to use anything except the move you have been locked into for the remainder of the battle. Some popular Encore users include Primarina, Mega Gardevoir, Mega Alakazam and Whimsicott.
**Other Rest Stallers**: While Mega Slowbro can usually outlast other forms of stall by using the move Rest, thus retaining more PP while he is asleep, if his opponent also has Rest, Mega Slowbro may be in trouble. If your opponent can Rest off the damage you give, and has more PP, you have essentially lost. Beware of Pokemon such as Meowstic-M, Type: Null, Pyukumuku, and Suicune.

these need to be spaced out

Most of the super effective physical attackers in the tier, if they have stab, beat mega slowbro. Mons like Zeraora, Incineroar, Hoopa-u, Kartana, Durant, Bulu, Marowak-A and Breloom can beat the bro. the super effective attackers bro can beat are mega gyara, mega ttar, and buzzwole.
(what if you iron defense on the first outrage? after the belly drum. do you live from there? if so this is a bit meh)
I'm too tired to understand what this is saying but it doesn't matter what bro does after a char bdrums. If they attack turn one, char lives and ohkoes next turn. if they id turn one then recover turn two, you're 2hkoed. If they id turn one and id turn two, you're 2hkoed.

Mega Slowbro is a definitive and one of the most consistent set up set-up stall Pokemon in the 1v1 Metagame metagame. With naturally monstrous Defense, it can tank neutral attacks from the strongest physical attackers in the tier, such as Mega Charizard X, Z-Fly Dragonite, and Mega Lopunny, uninvested in Defense. Thanks to this, Mega Slowbro can put as many EVs into Special Defense and HP as possible, enabling which enable (misplaced modifier: Slowbro doesn't enable itself to do this; its EVs do) it to tank moves from powerful special attackers as well, such as Specially Offensive Dragonite and Choice Scarf Porygon Z. After tanking these powerful hits, Mega Slowbro can rebound with recovery in the form of Slack Off or Rest, (RC: not a new clause) or use various set up moves such as Iron Defense, Calm Mind, and Amnesia in order to get out of KO range. Slowbro also has access to two very useful abilities for its role, those being Oblivious and Shell Armor, allowing it to be immune to the move Taunt, which normally shuts down all forms of Stall stall, and allows Mega Slowbro to avoid being hit by a critical hit, respectively, making it more reliable against every Pokemon that can boost their its (Pronoun-Antecedent Agreement) offenses. Mega Slowbro is (AC) unfortunately (AC: interrupter) one of the slowest Pokemon in the entire (redundant) Metagame metagame, which means so (the metagame does not mean this) it will only be able is only able (keeping uniform tense) to set up to tank damage after it has already taken damage, leaving so Mega Slowbro so (another misplaced modifier) susceptible to being knocked out by sufficiently powerful super effective attacks. Thanks to Shell Armor, Mega Slowbro can set up without worrying about the chance of being hit by a critical hit a critical hit (wordy), a chance that similar Pokemon such as Stall stall Deoxys-Speed and Necrozma always have to worry about, (RC) and will often fall pray to.

Usage Tips
========

Mega Slowbro is designed to tank hits while setting up its defenses in order to make sure it can comfortably attack with Scald without ever getting in range of being knocked out. Against any type of offensive Pokemon, mega evolve Mega Evolve Turn One and either boost your Mega Slowbro's defense Defense with Iron Defense or your Special Defense with Calm Mind or Amnesia. The goal of Mega Slowbro in the early stage of the battle is to make sure it can get out of range from any fatal blow, (RC) before attempting to attack. Not doing so could make you lose to otherwise easy matchups, (RC) such as against Zygarde-C, who which can eventually set up and overwelm Mega Slowbro's defenses if you don't bother setting up your Mega Slowbro's Defense in return. Shell Armor grants it a somewhat unique freedom to Mega Slowbro, allowing it to not have to waste recovery getting to get out of range from a critical hit. Therefore, feel free to set up in ranges that might be a little bit more dangerous to others, (RC) as long as Mega Slowbro can recover off from the damage dealt the next turn. Oblivious will automatically negate the effect of Taunt during Slowbro’s turn. This means you can send Mega Slowbro against traditional Taunt users, such as Tapu Lele, Tapu Fini, Stall Deoxys-Speed (AC) and bulky Kommo-o, and not have to worry about being shut down, (RC) as long as you do not Mega Evolve. One particularly important matchup, Mega Gyarados, should be elaborated on. (redundant; don't tell the reader what you're about to tell him) Mega Gyarados can only consistently beat Mega Slowbro if it has both Taunt and Crunch, as Slowbro must not mega evolve Mega Evolve to avoid being Taunted, but Crunch will do too much to regular Slowbro. If Mega Gyarados only has Taunt, never mega evolve Mega Evolve and instead set up Iron Defense in your Mega Slowbro's regular form, getting to max maximum Defense before chipping at it with Scald. If Mega Gyarados only has Crunch, you should mega evolve and set up, (RC) so as to avoid fatal Crunch damage. Dragonite can run both a viable physical set and a viable special set, so if you do not know the opponent's Dragonite set, you should boost Mega Slowbro's Special Defense immediately with either Amnesia or Calm Mind, as Mega Slowbro has enough natural bulk to tank a Z-Fly into Outrage, but not a Z-Draco Meteor or Z-Hurricane into Draco Meteor without a Special Defense buffs buff. Avoid sending Mega Slowbro against hyper offensive super effective attackers, (RC) such as Kartana, Zeraora (AC) and Aegislash.

Team Options
========

Pokemon that can tank attacks that would be super effective against Mega Slowbro, those being Grass, Electric, Dark, Bug, and Ghost, will naturally be are his its best teammate option. Mega Charizard Y is also a prevalent Pokemon in 1v1 that can threaten Mega Slowbro with a hard-hitting Solarbeam Solar Beam. (Merge this with the following sentence) Pokemon such as Kommo-O and Specially Defensive Mega Charizard X can both deal with Pokemon, (RC) such as Choice Specs Greninja, Aegislash, and Tapu Bulu, (RC) that give Mega Slowbro a hard time, (RC) and appreciates appreciate the positive matchups Mega Slowbro has against Psychic- and Rock-types, respectively. Specially defensive tanks are also a great option for teammates, as Mega Slowbro's biggest threats are usually special attackers. Pokemon like Meloetta, Chansey, Mega Tyranitar (AC) and Blissey all work well with Mega Slowbro, (RC) and appreciate the Fighting-type resist resistance that Mega Slowbro offers. As a Water-type, Mega Slowbro can fit well on a standard Fire/Water/Grass core team, especially appreciating the work put in by Pokemon from Fire-types like Incineroar, Mega Charizard X, and Mega Blaziken, (RC) and from Grass-types like Mega Venusaur, Ferrothorn and Tapu Bulu. The Fire- and Grass-Types can effectively deal with Pokemon that threaten Mega Slowbro such as Z-Conversion Porygon Z Porygon-Z, Magnezone, Mega Charizard Y, and other Mega Slowbro. As Mega Slowbro is naturally slow, it is also susceptible to speed traps such as Vivillon and Smeargle. Be sure to pair Mega Slowbro with at least sufficiently fast Pokemon, like Pheromosa, Mega Lopunny, or Porygon Z Porygon-Z. Mega Slowbro can beat the common speed trap Pokemon Jumpluff, as you will be able it is able to recover back the damage leeched from your its health and PP stall Jumpluff to death.

===================

**Super Effective Attackers**: Mega Slowbro is such a perfect an excellent (no Pokemon is perfect) Stall stall Pokemon in the context of 1v1, with answers to Taunt, status conditions, most forms of Stall stall, and critical hits, that the biggest (vague and awkward) and most common thing that will consistently beat Mega Slowbro will be super effective damage, and it will struggle against those that can exploit the Water/Psychic typing Mega Slowbro has. These include prevalent Pokemon such as Mega Charizard Y, Magnezone, Z-Conversion Porygon-Z, Choice Specs Greninja, Aegislash, Choice Specs Genesect, Tapu Bulu, Z-Plasma Fist Gigavolt Havoc Zeraora, (fix double space here) Grassium Bloom Doom Heatran, Kartana, and Hoopa-Unbound. The only real relevant exception to this in 1v1 is the aformentioned Mega Gyarados, which (AC) unfortunately (AC) only has a base 80 power super effective physical attack, and thus allows Mega Slowbro to tank Crunch using Iron Defense Crunch, that Mega Slowbro can tank using Iron Defense.

**Very Powerful Attackers**: There are a select few Pokemon in the meta that are simply so powerful that they can overwelm Mega Slowbro with neutral damage, which is no small feat. These include Choice Specs/Normalium Z Breakneck Blitz Porygon Z, which can OHKO even a fully invested Mega Slowbro using Hyper Beam or Z-Hyper Beam, or Belly Drum Mega Charizard X, which can very impressively 2HKO a +2 Defense Mega Slowbro with Outrage after a Belly Drum (unless you run Foul Play) (remove parentheses).

**Encore Users**: The cousin of Taunt, Encore, will is (AC) unfortunately (AC) not be blocked by Oblivious and will pose a serious problem to Mega Slowbro, as he it will (future tense is fine because this is a condition) not be able to use anything except the move you have it has been locked into for the remainder of the battle. Some popular Encore users include Primarina, Mega Gardevoir, Mega Alakazam (AC) and Whimsicott.

**Other Rest Stallers**: While Mega Slowbro can usually outlast other forms of stall by using the move Rest, thus retaining more PP while he it is asleep, if his its opponent also has Rest, Mega Slowbro may be in trouble. If your opponent the opposing Pokemon can Rest off the damage you Mega Slowbro give deals (awkward), (RC) and has more PP, you have essentially lost. Beware of Pokemon such as Meowstic-M, Type: Null, Pyukumuku, and Suicune.

[OVERVIEW]

Mega Slowbro is a definitive (what does this mean?) and one of the most consistent set-up setup stall Pokemon in the 1v1 metagame. With naturally monstrous Defense, it can tank neutral attacks from the strongest physical attackers in the tier, such as Mega Charizard X, Z-Fly Flyinium Z Dragonite, and Mega Lopunny, uninvested in Defense even without investment. Thanks to this, Mega Slowbro can put as many EVs into Special Defense and HP as possible, which enable enables it to tank moves from powerful special attackers as well, such as specially offensive Dragonite and Choice Scarf Porygon Z, (comma) After tanking these powerful hits, Mega Slowbro can rebound and follow up with recovery in the form of Slack Off or Rest or use various set up setup moves such as Iron Defense, Calm Mind, and Amnesia in order to get out of KO range. Slowbro also has access to two very useful abilities for its role, those being Oblivious and Shell Armor, allowing it to be immune to the move Taunt, which normally shuts down all forms of stall, before Mega Evolving and allows Mega Slowbro to avoid being hit by a critical hit, respectively after, making it more reliable against every Pokemon that can boost its offenses. Mega Slowbro is, unfortunately, one of the slowest Pokemon in the metagame, so it is only able to set up after it has already taken damage, so Mega Slowbro is leaving it susceptible to being knocked out by sufficiently powerful super effective attacks. Mega Slowbro is also weak to several common attacking moves, those being Grass-, Electric-, and Dark-type moves, and, as such, so you'll need to watch out for moves such as Giga Drain, Thunderbolt, Dark Pulse, and their respective Z-Moves from Pokemon such as Mega Venusaur, Magnezone, and Hoopa-U.

Scald serves as Mega Slowbro's trusty attacking option, allowing it to slowly whittle down the opponent opposing Pokemon, combined with a 30% chance to burn. The Scald A burn can provide extra security against physical attackers that can set up boost their Attack, such as Mega Gyarados, Dragonite, and Zygarde-Complete. Iron Defense boosts Mega Slowbro's already insane natural physical bulk to impregnable impenetrable levels. This is used in order to lessen the damage dealt by physical attackers that can boost their Attack, such as Mega Charizard X, Mega Gyarados, Mega Tyranitar, Garchomp, and Mega Pinsir. Calm Mind allows Mega Slowbro to boost its somewhat lacking Special Defense while also boosting the damage dealt by each of its Scalds. This is essential in effectively breaking through Pokemon that can recover from the damage dealt from unboosted Scalds and the following burn chip damage or boost their own Special Defense stat, such as bulky Magearna, Zygarde-Complete, Mega Altaria, Mega Sableye, and Mew. Amnesia can also be run if Mega Slowbro needs to boost its Special Defense faster than Calm Mind (RC) and if the Special Attack boost brought by Calm Mind is unnecessary. However, the three turns of immobility can lead leave Mega Slowbro wide open for more offensive Pokemon like Mega Gyarados and Mega Gardevoir to set up and attack while Mega Slowbro is unable to match them defensively.

Thank you for the GP! Just wanted to bring up a thing specifically:
[Z-Fly Flyinium Z Dragonite]: So, Dragonite runs both Z-Fly and Z-Hurricane, and only Z-Fly can you tank without investment, so I think it's pertinent for it to remain as Flyinium Z-boosted Fly (if I'm reading the Spelling and Grammar Standards correctly).

ya, or "flyinium z + fly" -- tdp

Also didn't realize Speed Trap wasn't a standard phrase. It basically means a Pokemon that wins by going first. They're usually below average speed or have other detracting qualities. I rephrased it to get the same meaning across.

Iron Defense boosts Mega Slowbro's already insane natural physical bulk to impenetrable levels in order to lessen the damage dealt by the aforementioned physical attackers as well that can boost their Attack, such as Mega Charizard X, Mega Gyarados, Mega Tyranitar, Garchomp, and Mega Pinsir.

Set Details
========

Usage Tips
========

Additionally, while Mega Gyarados's [extra space here]access to Mold Breaker won't matter against Oblivious, it can bypass Shell Armor. Dragonite can run both a viable physical set and a viable special set, so if you do not know the opponent's Dragonite set, you should boost Mega Slowbro's Special Defense immediately with either Amnesia or Calm Mind, as Mega Slowbro has enough natural bulk to tank a Supersonic Skystrike followed by Outrage, but not a Dragonium Z-boosted Draco Meteor or Flyinium Z-boosted Hurricane [extra space here]followed by Draco Meteor without a Special Defense buff.

========

Pokemon that can tank attacks that would be super effective against Mega Slowbro, namely Grass-, Electric-, Dark-, Bug-, and Ghost-type moves, naturally are its best teammate option. Pokemon such as Kommo-o and specially defensive Mega Charizard X can [extra space here]deal with Pokemon such as Mega Charizard Y, Choice Specs Greninja, Aegislash, and Tapu Bulu that give Mega Slowbro a hard time and appreciate the positive matchups Mega Slowbro has against Psychic- and Rock-types, respectively. As a Water-type, Mega Slowbro can fit well on a standard Fire / Water / Grass core team, especially appreciating the work put in by Pokemon from Fire-types like Incineroar, Mega Charizard X, and Mega Blaziken and from Grass-types like Mega Venusaur, Ferrothorn,[add] and Tapu Bulu.

=============

===================
