Spreadsheet of All New Abilities
One of the largest changes to the metagame in Generation 6 was the introduction of Mega Evolutions. Some of these Mega Evolutions served to make less-used Pokemon more viable such as Mawile and Manectric, but most of these Mega Evolutions were given to already OU-viable fan-favorites such as Tyranitar, Scizor and Garchomp. I feel this is unfair and have decided, for the sake of equality, to create a metagame in which every fully-evolved Pokemon gets a Mega Evolution. Thanks to you, the community, we have (almost) completed this project.
The current MFA council is comprised of me, Darth Manaphy, Jaguar360, Valmanway, and Peef Rimgar. We review and edit previously-created Megas for flavor, balance, and viability reasons. If we need help from the community, we will notify everyone in the thread. Please PM one of us if you have any questions regarding the project.

Your first choice will get more “points” than your second choice, and so on. If you provide fewer than 3 choices for a particular Pokemon, your votes for that Pokemon will carry less weight.

When coded, we will add a few Megas at a time to the OU metagame in order to test them out. Feel free to also give constructive criticism on any Mega-Evolutions submitted here or discuss this pet mod as whole.

1. Each Mega Evolution gets 100 extra base stat points to use, no more and no less. Even Mega Farfetch'd only gets 100 base stat points to work with.
2. You can remove base stat points out of Defense, Special Defense, and Speed, but please do so sparingly. You may remove Attack and Special Attack from shitmons only (Beedrill, Kricketune, Wormadam, etc.). Please ask if you need clarification.
3. The Pokemon's base HP must stay the same upon Mega Evolution. No exceptions. Not even for Shedinja.
4. Pokemon can only gain/lose/change one type upon Mega Evolving. The primary type of a Pokemon must remain the same upon Mega Evolution unless its typing is Normal/Flying.
5. Custom Abilities are allowed, but please refrain from making them unless absolutely necessary. I don't want to see overly complex abilities or any with unexplored mechanics.
6. Pokemon may get a maximum of 3 new moves, but again, please refrain from adding them unless absolutely necessary. It is especially important to consider the effects the moves would have on the base form's viability. For example, don't give Rotom-W access to Scald or Greninja access to Rapid Spin.
7. In regards to already OU-viable Pokemon, try to avoid making their Mega Evolutions blatantly outclass them. Garchomp's Mega Evolution is a good example of exercising this rule, while Scizor's is less so.
8. Try not to completely ignore flavor in your suggestion, and please try to make your Mega Evolution balanced in the OU Metagame, I don't want to see Huge Power Haxorus with 157 speed and 187 attack.

Competitive Concept: Fast Mixed attacker that doesn’t immediately die to most priority moves despite its typing. Will probably favor its physical side, but Heat Wave is awesome on a ‘mon whose primary counters will likely be Steel-types. I would use a set of Stone Edge/EQ/Heat Wave/U-Turn.
