Torterra: Me, Rosiario!!! What can I say, I like my idea x3.
However, second and third place are jazzmat and abismal, in that order. I think both of these ideas are really cool and suit Torterra really well in different ways.

Infernape: Ausma! I think all of Ausma's ideas are lovely and this one isn't an exception. Making use of type advantage to drive home a preexisting small lead is a really neat concept.

Empoleon: DrPumpkins! I saw them talking with Eevee kid on the server about this idea, and I loved it. Empoleon isn't exactly what you think of when you think 'Technician', but it works amazingly well!
