Metal Vs Fire, the hot Shoddy Warstory

Back to school, meaning less time to battle, but that doesn't mean there's no time at all :P, today I faced firesword a worthy opponent indeed, enough chatter and let's get into the battling buisness!
My team (in order of appearance):

Rules: Ladder Match, Sleep Clause, Freeze Clause, OHKO Clause, Evasion Clause, Species Clause, Strict Damage Clause

The battle is bolded, and this time less colours (for your convenience :P), only colours are for my name, my score and pokemon (blue), firesword's name, firesword's score and pokemon (red), the SandStorm, Stealth Rock, Leftovers/Black Sludge are all removed in this battle, none of our Pokemon are nicknamed so no need to remove nicknames :P.
Let the battle begin:

dpmba110.png
Vs
dpmfa130.png

firesword sent out Gyarados (lvl 100 Gyarados ?).
Metal power sent out Lucario (lvl 100 Lucario ?).
Gyarados's intimidate cut Lucario's attack!
Metal power switched in Weezing (lvl 100 Weezing ?).
Gyarados used Waterfall.
Weezing lost 46% of its health.

I send out my anubis, firesword sends out his sea serpent, and of course the anubis can't handle the angry serpent, so I switched to my smoke ball while it climbs me like a Waterfall, so now I'll T-Bolt him (hopefully he doesn't pack GyaraVire).
dpmba110.png
->
dpfba242.png
Vs
dpmfa485.png

firesword switched in Heatran (lvl 100 Heatran ?).
Weezing used Thunderbolt.
Heatran lost 20% of its health.
Metal power switched in Blissey (lvl 100 Blissey ?).
Heatran used Fire Blast.
Blissey lost 24% of its health.

While using my smoke ball to unleash a ThunderBolt, firesword switched into his volcano monster, its probably because he predicted a Sludge Bomb instead of T-Bolt, and now my smoke ball being made of gas, would explode and die when the volcano monster breathes fire, so I send in my fat whore who gladely takes the monster's firery blast.

dpfba242.png
->
dpmba121.png
Vs
dpmfa450.png

firesword switched in Hippowdon (lvl 100 Hippowdon ?).
Hippowdon's Sand Stream whipped up a sandstorm!
Blissey used Protect.
Blissey protected itself!
Metal power switched in Starmie (lvl 100 Starmie).
Hippowdon used Stealth Rock.

I ordered my fat whore to Protect itself, just in case the monster decided to explode, even if not it's a free bite of a almost-full eaten apple for her! (lol), but firesword decided to send in his hippo, bringing a SandStorm with it as well, so I switched into my sea star to care of the hippo while it makes rock traps.

dpmba121.png
Vs
dpffa488.png

firesword switched in Cresselia (lvl 100 Cresselia ?).
Starmie used Ice Beam.
Cresselia lost 13% of its health.
Starmie used Rapid Spin.
Starmie blew away the spikes!
Cresselia lost 2% of its health.
Cresselia used Charge Beam.
It's super effective!
Starmie lost 27% of its health.

Fearing my sea star, firesword switched in his space duck, even though it probably packs Charge Beam it doesn't do much, do I ordered my sea star to rapidly spin the rock traps away.

Metal power switched in Metagross (lvl 100 Metagross).
Cresselia used Reflect.
A barrier was formed!
firesword switched in Hippowdon (lvl 100 Hippowdon ?).
Metagross used Meteor Mash.
Metagross's attack missed!

So I switch in my metal spider to deal with the space duck, but his it's set up a physical-cutting barrier, as well as switching into his hippo again while my metal spider's meteor-like fist misses and crashes into the land.

Vs

dpffa488.png

Metal power switched in Starmie (lvl 100 Starmie).
Hippowdon used Earthquake.
Starmie lost 50% of its health.
firesword switched in Cresselia (lvl 100 Cresselia ?).
Starmie used Surf.
Cresselia lost 17% of its health.

I switch my sea star to deal with his hippo again while making the ground shake, but then he sends out his space duck again.

Blissey lost 4% of its health.
Cresselia's special attack was raised.
firesword switched in Hippowdon (lvl 100 Hippowdon ?).
Blissey used Sing.
Hippowdon fell asleep!
Hippowdon's reflect wore off!

Knowing Reflect is still on, and even if no it could Reflect again, I switched into my fat whore this time, the fat whore then sing while the hippo comes in again, and with her boring ugly voice the hippo went to sleep, and the physical-cutting barrier faded out.

Metal power's Blissey fainted.
firesword's Heatran fainted.
(5-5)

I send in my metal spider again, thinking he'll switch expecting my sea star, but he's kept he's hippo in, but not for long, fearing my metal spider while being asleep, firesword switched in his volcano monster, since my metal spider wares a band it can't EQ, and is probably slower than the monster, so I switched in my fat whore not expecting an Explosion, I guess he didn't explode in early battle because he wanted to keep it.

Lucario lost 100% of its health.
Metal power's Lucario fainted.
(4-5)

I send in my anubis incase he sends in his volcano monster or hippo (carry HP Grass that 2KOs while he's sleeping), but my opponent sends in and revealing a new member, his own anubis, fearing the obvious Aura Sphere, firestorm switch into his sea serpent, I used Aura Sphere expecting that he's expecting a switch to my smock ball so he'd switch, but he decided to keep his sea serpent in, while in let's just Aura Sphere twice for finishing him thinking Waterfall won't OHKO, but it did ah well.
dpmba110.png

firesword's Cresselia fainted.

I don't exactly know why I kept my smoke ball in while firesword switched in his space duck, but probably because I thought it's gonna set up the physical-cutting barrier again while expecting a switch, and Pain Split would lower its and recover mine, but it's decided to freeze the smock ball to death instead, then I send in my metal spider for a revenge kill "sortta", even though it packed reflect and rest, I managed to take it out with my CBed +1 atk MM :).
dpmbsa376.png
Vs
dpmfa468.png

firesword switched in Togekiss (lvl 100Togekiss ?).
Togekiss used Body Slam.
It's not very effective...
Metagross lost 6% of its health.
Metagross is paralysed! It may be unable to move!
Metagross is paralysed! It can't move!
Togekiss's reflect wore off!

firesword switched in his final member, the jet plane, because my fat whore is dead, and didn't want to risk my sea star, as well as not minding the paralyzation much, I decided to keep the metal spider in, the jet plane did paralyze me, but with Body Slam, doesn't matter much anyway, I tryed to crash the plane down with my metal spider's meteor-like fist, but its body slam leaved my paralyzed helplessly, but atleast the physical-cutting barrier faded away again.

Metal power's Metagross fainted.

He switched in the hippo again, but since its asleep and I'd 2KO it with MM, I stayed in, even when he woke up I was only afraid of PRZ+MM's Acc, unfortunately MM missed (the only thing I hate about MM..), while the hippo makes the ground shake and makes the metal spider crack to pieces and die..don't worry my favourite poke, I shall revenge for you.

I switched in my sea star again to deal with the hippo, but this time expecting a switch, used Ice Beam instead, and firesword indeed did switch into his jet plane again, after that it basically became stall, but ended good for firesword and his jet plane and bad for me and my sea star of course, well time to reveal my final member.

My final member reveals itself, and this awesome land shark finishes my opponent's jet plane and anubis (thank god my land shark had itself covered with sand while the anubis was trying to hit me with extreme speed).. ok I know fireswords's final member is Hippowdon, so I knew I'd lose unless my land shark covers itself in sand again.

firesword wins!
(0-1)

One more Outrage and I'd have won, but my land shark didn't cover itself in sand, instead my opponent's hippo shakes the ground (I later found out it didn't carry Ice Fang, but it didn't matter), and well I lost, but it was a very close, and fun battle.
Time for Pros and Cons:-
Pros:
  • Metagross and Garchomp for being awesome.
  • Smart opponent=fun battle.
  • Shoddy not lagging much this time.
Cons:
  • Keeping Weezing in.
  • ExtremeSpeed missing because of Sand Veil for firesword (he probably got pissed of that).
  • Losing the battle.

Now that the format is nice... the comments didn't do much
the battle wasn't anything special (although not horrible)
the comments were just a longer written "summary" of the log (you could delete them all and it would make no difference. not much prediction was involved, so the thinking must have been pretty generic)
pick a better battle to work off of next time. everyone has had these battles before
the end

Thanks for the critice, and I admit it wasn't the best battle, I'll seek a better battle, which includes better prediction/moves, as well as commentary next time.

I'll have to agree with Rokuta on this one. Prediction was minimal a couple of mistakes here and there. Commentary was almost completely useless. It's an average battle nowhere near good. Thank you for sharing this though I'm hoping to see better stories from you.
