Rotom-W's unique typing, good utility options, and ability allow it to become a great defensive Pokemon capable of pivoting in wallbreakers using Volt Switch. It is also capable of burning physical attackers like Urshifu-R, Weavile, and Mega Mawile with Will-O-Wisp while also denying recovery from Leftovers from Pokemon like Landorus-T. It can also use Thunder Wave effectively, allowing its allies to outspeed the other team's wallbreakers like Gouging Fire, Mega Lopunny, and Hisuian Samurott. Although unreliable, Pain Split allows Rotom to have some form of recovery to avoid being chipped down. Rotom-W is also a great Defogger, as its ability to check common entry hazard setters like Landorus-T, Gliscor, and Heatran allows it to reliably keep hazards off short-term. Leftovers is the preferred item for Rotom-W, as it lacks reliable recovery. Tera Poison is useful for turning Rotom-W's only weakness into a resistance, granting an immunity to Toxic and dealing with Pokemon like Kartana and Great Tusk reliably. Tera Steel is also an option, as, along with the Toxic immunity, it grants an overall greater resistance pool, as well as being an emergency check to Tapu Lele, but the new weaknesses gained means Rotom-W can't take on Pokemon like Heatran and Mega Lopunny. The Speed EVs allow Rotom-W to outspeed uninvested Landorus-T. Rotom-W fits best on offensive teams that appreciate it giving teammates like Tapu Lele, Ogerpon-W, and Weavile opportunities to switch in and are fast-paced enough to where Rotom-W's lack of longevity is mitigated. Pokemon like Gouging Fire and Volcarona also appreciate Rotom-W luring in Grass-types, giving them a free switch-in and possibly a setup opportunity. Rotom-W's biggest weakness is its lack of reliable recovery, making it easy to deal with over time, so Rotom-W should be used more aggressively to make the most of its bulk, but putting Rotom-W on a defensive core with Pokemon like Ferrothorn and Iron Crown is useful to take on strong Grass-type Pokemon like Ogerpon-W and Rillaboom that Rotom-W cannot check. Landorus-T, Galarian Slowking, and the aforementioned Iron Crown all work well as partners, as they can form a VoltTurn core with Rotom-W that opposing teams can struggle to break.

Rotom-W‘s unique typing, good utility movepool, and ability allow it to have a defensive presence in any game, bringing in teammates that can threaten the opposing team using Volt Switch, getting valuable chip on whatever comes in, while also switching out on checks like Ferrothorn or Serperior that can take advantage of it or OHKO it outright this whole part reads like an analysis and should be rewritten to be more concise, for example, it's not necessary to highlight that rotom can have a defensive presence in any game, just the fact that it is a . Hydro Pump allows it to threaten big damage on Ground-Types that would usually block Volt Switch, such as Landorus-T or Gliscor. stabs are self explanatory Rotom-W can also status the opponent, allowing it’s teammates to take hits from Pokémon permanently weakening physical attackers like Ogerpon-W i assume this is w tera but that is unclear and again an assumption, you can remove this completely or change it to something that rotom outspeeds/would reasonably stay in on , Weavile, and Mega Mawile with Wil-O-Wisp while also denying recovery from Leftovers from the likes of..., or allowing them to outspeed the other team’s wallbreakers like Iron Valiant, Kartana same thing as ogerpon, Mega Lopunny, repeating examples here is really not necesarry, there is a myriad of good targets for twave and common Choice Scarf users there isn't really a reason to make a distinction between scarf users and non scarf users, an offensive mon is usually dead if its paralyzed, even non scarf variants with Thunder Wave. Pain Split allows Rotom to have, although unreliable, some form of recovery to avoid being chipped down, while also potentially chipping down the target threat in front of it in range of it’s teammates. Defog is also useful for removing hazards for it’s teammates, avoiding them and itself from getting chipped down by them in the long term self explanitory, this section should be used to highlight what makes rotom a solid fogger, which is beating most rockers in the short term. Leftovers is the preferred item for Rotom-W as it is is very susceptible to getting chipped down over the course of the game, which Leftovers counteracts, as well as it being Rotom-W’s only recovery option if Pain Split is dropped lacks reliable recovery. Tera Poison is useful for turning Rotom-W’s only weakness in Grass into a resistance, while synergizing with Levitate, and dealing with Pokémon like Kartana and Great Tusk reliably also toxic immunity, arguably half the reason you even tera. Tera Steel is also and Option to have an overall greater resistance pool, as well as being an emergency check to Tapu Lele, but it gives you more weaknesses you have to worry about same as previous. Rotom-W fits best on Offense and Balance teams that appreciate Rotom-W giving teammates like Tapu Lele and Ogerpon-W a free switch to deal massive damage onto the opponent opportunities to switch in. Pokémon like Gouging Fire and Weavile also appreciate Rotom-W luring in Grass-Types trying To check it, giving them a free switch-in and/or set-up opportunity weavile is a fine mention but it should be in the section with lele and pon so that you have breakers then setup sweepers, replace it with like volc or smth. Rotom-W’s biggest weakness is it’s lack of reliable recovery, making it easy to chip it down during the course of a game, especially without Pain Split, so Pokémon that can make sure that Rotom-W is consistently healthy to check threats is appreciated, either from hazard support by Great Tusk and Corviknight, to wish support from Alomomola rotom's frailty isn't something that can really be fixed by a single teammate, you just need to build a team offensive enough to win/get value out of rotom fast enough instead. Corviknight crown/gking/ferro are all better mentions, esp since they fit far better in offense in particular is useful, as it also takes the strong Grass-Type Pokémon that Rotom-W struggles to check . Landorus-T, Slowking-Galar, and the aforementioned Corviknight all work well as partners, as they can form a VoltTurn core with Rotom-W that opposing teams can struggle to break.

speed is for min speed lando which is a very important detail that has to be mentioned

ping me after you've implemented, then i'll give 1/2

The EV spread allows Rotom-W to outspeed uninvested Landorus-T, allowing it to get off a Will-O-Wisp to cripple it or threaten it out with Hydro Pump this is self explanitory

while having the added benefit of taking strong Grass-Type Pokémon like Ogerpon-W and Rillaboom that Rotom-W struggles to cannot check struggles to is a bit misleading, as it just is never able to answer them

one more look before 2/2 since i dont normally do second check
Rotom-W‘s unique typing, good utility movepool, and ability allow it to become a great defensive pokemon capable of pivoting in Pokémon that can threaten the opposing team this is worded really strangely, replace this with something simpler like "allies" or "wallbreakers" using Volt Switch. Rotom-W is also capable of inflicting status onto the opponent, permanently weakening physical attackers like Urshifu-R, Weavile, and Mega Mawile with Wil-O-Wisp while also denying recovery from Leftovers from Pokémon like Landorus-T, or allowing them its allies to outspeed the other team’s wallbreakers like Gouging Fire, Mega Lopunny, and Samurott-H with Thunder Wave. <= GP thing but this can be split into two sentences Pain Split allows Rotom to have, although unreliable, some form of recovery to avoid being chipped down, while also potentially chipping down the target. Rotom-W is also a great abuser of Defog, as its ability to threaten solid damage on check common entry hazard setters like Landorus-T, Gliscor, and Heatran allows it to reliably keep hazards off in the short term. Leftovers is the preferred item for Rotom-W as it lacks reliable recovery. Tera Poison is useful for turning Rotom-W’s only weakness in Grass into a resistance, while synergizing with Levitate, granting an immunity to toxic, and dealing with Pokémon like Kartana and Great Tusk reliably. Tera Steel is also an option as along with the toxic immunity, it grants an overall greater resistance pool, as well as being an emergency check to Tapu Lele, but it gives you more weaknesses you have to worry about <= super informal, state some examples of mons that now beat you i.e. tran lop etc. The EV spread allows Rotom-W to outspeed uninvested Landorus-T. Rotom-W fits best on Offensive that appreciate Rotom-W giving teammates like Tapu Lele, Ogerpon-W, and Weavile opportunities to switch in while being fast enough pase to where it’s lack of longevity is mitigated. Pokémon like Gouging Fire and Volcarona also appreciate Rotom-W luring in Grass-Types trying to check it, giving them a free switch-in and/or a set-up opportunity. Rotom-W’s biggest weakness is it’s lack of reliable recovery, making it easy to chip it down during the course of a game, especially without Pain Split, so you should use Rotom-W to it’s fullest potential before it gets worn down what are you trying to say here? be concise, maybe shorten this to something like "Rotom-W should be used more aggressively" or something along those lines, but putting Rotom-W on a defensive core with Pokémon like Ferrothorn and Iron Crown is useful to as to not have Rotom-W take all of the hits, allowing it to stay alive for longer, while having the added benefit of taking take on strong Grass-Type Pokémon like Ogerpon-W and Rillaboom that Rotom-W cannot check. Landorus-T, Slowking-Galar, and the aforementioned Iron Crown all work well as partners, as they can form a VoltTurn core with Rotom-W that opposing teams can struggle to break.
