Mew's versatile movepool and access to both Stealth Rock and Spikes make it a great lead for hyper offensive teams. Taunt prevents slower foes from using Mew as setup fodder, removing its entry hazards with Defog, or setting their own entry hazards. Fire Blast hits Excadrill so it can't freely switch into Mew and use Rapid Spin. Bulldoze has useful utility in lowering foes' Speed for teammates to take advantage of, punishes Cinderace if it attempts to switch in and use Court Change, and prevents Zacian-C and Eternatus from getting free Substitutes on Mew. The combination of Bulldoze + Fire Blast KOes Ribombee and Excadrill, forcing the former to choose between setting Sticky Web or breaking Mew's Focus Sash, and letting Mew reliably beat the latter in a one-on-one scenario instead of potentially getting KOed by Rapid Spin followed by Earthquake. Skill Swap can be run in the fourth moveslot to let Mew set entry hazards against Magic Bounce users like Hatterene; however, forgoing Fire Blast means that Excadrill can comfortably anti-lead Mew, and if Mew's team lacks a spinblocker, it can easily switch into Mew and remove its entry hazards with Rapid Spin. Toxic Spikes can be run over another entry hazard, but the move is an inferior option most of the time. If Bulldoze is run, an EV spread of 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe with a Naive nature should be used. If Fire Blast isn't run, an EV spread of 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe should be used.

Setup sweepers like Gyarados and Polteageist are a natural fit on the hyper offensive teams Mew finds itself on. Wallbreakers such as Zacian-C and Galarian Darmanitan appreciate entry hazard support to wear down their checks; for example, the former has a significant chance to 2HKO Unaware Quagsire after a layer of Spikes. Other utility Pokemon, such as dual screens Grimmsnarl, and revenge killers, such as Choice Scarf Ditto, are also considerations for hyper offensive teams. If Mew lacks Fire Blast, Ghost-type Pokemon like Dragapult can be helpful partners to make Excadrill think twice before using Rapid Spin.

Seems to have everything that I want for a suicide lead. I dont think Galvantula is very viable when youre competing with shuckle and ribombee.

Toxic Spikes can be run over another entry hazard, but they're generally ineffective in the current metagame the move is an inferior option most of the time. (Toxic Spikes [the move] is a singular noun, and you shouldn't reference metagame trends.) If Bulldoze is run, an EV spread of 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe with a Naive nature should be used. If Fire Blast isn't run, an EV spread of 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe should be used.
