-I have no problem with you rebreeding my Pokémon, also take into account I may do the same with yours.
-If you scam me, trade me a hack, or trade me a clone without saying it's a clone, I'll report you, just trying to stay legit here.

You'd need the mother to be a blue Shellos/Gastrodon if you want it to be blue, aside from that, yes, I can breed it for you. About the egg moves, if you provide them, the process would be a lot faster, but it's not necessary, just remember that I'd have to get the egg moves manually and therefore it'd take a bit more time.

If so, I'd love to trade! I don't have many great Pokémon to offer, but my friend might have something or we could try to get you something in return! Thanks (:
