Other Information and Exceptions

Because they are in Ubers, Ho-oh, Lugia and Yveltal are not allowed despite being birds.

The Lotad family are not included as the only bird-like feature they have is a beak. Lotad is also based on a Lillypad, Lombre is based on a Kappa and Ludicolo is a Mexican Pineapple.

Sigilyph is nothing like a bird.

Archen and Archeops are kind of like Proto-birds. They will be overpowered anyway.

Togetic and Togekiss are closer to flying eggs than birds.

The Porygons are more virus than bird.

Cresselia is more moon than bird.

I've never realized how many axolotls/frogs there were. O_o

The Bulbasaur family IMO are dinosaurs, and they are virtually unstoppable with this mainly-water-micro meta (apart from Toxicroak family).
But I believe this is a cool unique idea. :)

ESpeed > Mach Punch because it has double BP and gets STAB. The damage formula involves multiplying by the BP, then adding two, and then multiplying by damage modifiers. So ESpeed would do 1.5 times damage, minus 1.7-2.

I have never in my life looked at Cresselia and seen a bird. Or anything remotely similar to.. a bird. I just see a bunch of very weird shapes.
If you're putting in Cresselia which looks nothing like a bird. Then you might as well put the Porygons.

But back on the topic of cresselia...

Cresselia has a blue, swan-like body with a yellow underside. It has pink eyes, a dark pink, round tuft on its head, and a pointed, beak-like snout.
The general body shape of Cresselia seems to be based after a swan.

Patrat has the joint highest Attack stat in the micrometa, (tied with Poochyena) but is much faster. Seems like a threat to me. O_o
Inkay has the second highest, and with bulk better than azurill, better movepool and speed, Inkay seems like a threat too.

One thing I've noticed: There is only one Pokemon in the tier that has STAB supereffctives moves on Ice, which is Tyrogue, making Ice a surprisingly good type.
