Moves
========

Flyinium Z turns Bounce into a 160-Base Power Supersonic Skystrike, which surprises other Fighting-types like Timburr and Croagunk as well as traditional Fighting-type checks like Foongus and Pumpkaboo-XL. High Jump Kick is the primary STAB option, giving Mienfoo more immediate power and 2HKOing most Pokemon that don't resist it. Drain Punch is an option as well, allowing Mienfoo to deal damage and recover health at the same time; however, this set doesn't have the bulk to spam it very well. Knock Off can give Mienfoo coverage against Ghost- and Psychic-types while also providing utility to its teammates by removing the foe's item. It also punishes switch-ins like Foongus by putting them in range to be KOed by Supersonic Skystrike. Fake Out is extremely helpful on this set, getting chip damage on the first turn Mienfoo is out and KOing Timburr and Foongus when combined with Supersonic Skystrike. U-turn allows Mienfoo to gain momentum and get chip damage while switching.

Set Details
========

Flyinium Z allows Bounce to become Supersonic Skystrike, a powerful Flying-type move that beats traditional Fighting-type checks such as Larvesta and Pumpkaboo-XL and surprises Timburr, Croagunk, and opposing Mienfoo. On sets lacking Knock Off, Supersonic Skystrike can hit Pumpkaboo-XL as well. Regenerator gives Mienfoo staying power, allowing it to gain some HP back when switching or utilizing U-turn. A Jolly nature and 236 Speed EVs allow Mienfoo to outspeed the Pokemon it lures as well as Speed tie with other fast Mienfoo and Snivy. 156 Attack EVs allow Mienfoo to hit hard, notably scoring the KO on Timburr with Fake Out + Supersonic Skystrike. Finally, 116 Defense EVs net Mienfoo an extra two points in its physical bulk, allowing it to take less from priority moves like Aqua Jet and Mach Punch.

Usage Tips
========

Be careful when using Supersonic Skystrike on predicted switches; it's a one-use move, so play it safe until the threatening Pokemon is on the field. Also, be sure not to reveal Bounce beforehand, as only this set utilizes it; switching into Knock Off can also tip off your opponent that you have a Z-Move, since Z-Crystals can't be removed. Be cautious when using High Jump Kick against teams with a Ghost-type, as they can switch in and force Mienfoo to take crash damage; use Knock Off to punish Ghost-types on the switch in. Be aware that Mienfoo is quite frail due to the lack of an Eviolite and won't be able to switch into attacks as easily as other variants. Otherwise, this Mienfoo can play similarly to pivot variants: coming in on resisted attacks, using U-turn to keep up its health and momentum, and using Knock Off to remove items to help teammates sweep.

Team Options
========

Pokemon that appreciate Fighting-types removed like Pawniard, Zigzagoon, and Carvanha can utilize Mienfoo's ability to easily dispatch them. Mienfoo fits on cores with other Fighting-types like Timburr, as they share checks like Croagunk and Foongus, which Supersonic Skystrike can take care of easily. Similarly, Pokemon that want Grass-types removed like Corphish and Chinchou are helped by Mienfoo's Supersonic Skystrike. Fairy-type checks like Alolan Grimer, Foongus, and Magnemite can ward off Fairy-types, which this set has a hard time with. Flying-type checks like Onix and Kabuto are useful as well, patching up Mienfoo's Flying-type weakness. Both these Pokemon can use Stealth Rock too, which is helpful for getting the KO on Timburr and Foongus with Supersonic Skystrike without needing Fake Out. Pursuit trappers like Pawniard and Alolan Grimer are helpful, as without Knock Off Mienfoo has no way to deal with Pokemon like Abra and Gastly. Electric-types like Chinchou and Magnemite can form a VoltTurn core with Mienfoo and take care of Flying-types that outspeed and KO Mienfoo like Doduo and Choice Scarf Rufflet.

Moves
========
  • Supstrike acts as a lure for other Mienfoo checks, such as Foongus and Croagunk, which are relevant enough that they should absolutely be mentioned here
  • High Jump Kick power is big for this set, and it should be slashed first
  • Fake Out gives valuable chip damage, since FO + Zbounce scores an immediate KO on foongus and timburr (check that calc)
  • Rearrange the rest of this to fit with the new moves

Set Details
========
  • Croagunk is a better example than Mienfoo here
  • Talk about the new EV spread

Usage Tips
========
  • Dont reveal bounce until you have to since this is the only set that runs it

Team Options
========
  • Talk about defensive synergy as well - since Mienfoo really has little bulk, stuff to check fairys/flyers is especially helpful
  • Pursuit trappers since it cant really even hit GastBra

amcheck and you know it, implement what you want and it doesnt count unless stamped.

in moves, mention why Bounce is there (to use a 160 BP Supersonic Skystrike)
you could also mention Pumpkaboo-XL as a target of Supersonic Skystrike, as removing Pumpkaboo-XL means that Mienfoo's Water and Ground teammates can be used more liberally. Knock Off is even slashed on this set so if the user opts for Fake Out, they cant really touch it otherwise.
say that Hi Jump Kick is able to 2HKO most threats that dont resist it.
you should expand upon Fake Out being able to deal chip damage on the first turn Mienfoo is in, since you dont really talk about that and move straight into the calcs.

in set details, mention Pumpkaboo-XL again here in the Flyinium Z line.
talk about what Regenrator does (heal hp after switching out), since a new player may not know, then talk about how it gives it longevity and it synergizing with U-turn.
you seem to make the 36 Defense EVs significant. mention how its useful (against most priority moves)

in usage tips, i'm not sure how i feel about the "dont use ssss on predicted switches". yea its a one time use move so you must be careful when using it, but on the other hand, predicting a switch into Foongus or Timburr and using Supersonic Skystrike will be a massive reward for the user. definitely reword it or remove that part of the line cause right now the wording just tells me to never use it when predicting switches.
the "come in on resisted attacks" part in the last line is odd since you kind of touch upon this in the previous line. move it to the previous line and try to reword it a bit.
the last line should also be expanded upon, remove the etc. and replace it with more info on how it pivots, and on its other moves, such as why Knock Off is so useful (removing Eviolites) and more info on U-turn. the moves could even be their own points.
add something about being cautious of using Hi Jump Kick, as the crash damage it deals when it misses trying to hit Ghost types can be very costly.

in team options, in your "mons that want grasses removed", i dont think Timburr is an example of that at all, as it can carry Iron Fist boosted Ice Punch to muscle through them. rather, mention something like Chinchou or Tirtouga instead.
Foongus is the best Fairy counter in the tier so i'd definitely mention it in that line.
i like to have more than one example in most cases and Kabuto is relevant enough to be mentioned as a Flying type counter.
add Stealth Rock users or entry hazard setters here (Onix, Dwebble, etc), OR, you can merge this with your Flying type checks point, as Onix (as well as Kabuto) is able to set up Stealth Rock, making it easier for Mienfoo to OHKO primary targets of SSSS, such as Timburr and Foongus, without even needing to use Fake Out.

good shit btw

yea elec's check is good

I talked with drew and elec and we agree that slots 3 and 4 would be better off as
move 3: Knock Off / Fake Out
move 4: Fake Out / U-turn
as Knock Off is super useful in general, whereas this set doesn't need U-turn as much when it can just 2HKO most switchins. Make sure to reflect these changes in moves.

I think that a point of Attack should be moved to Defense, as it does not affect the KOs Mienfoo is trying to obtain with SSSS, and the extra point in Defense affects a lot of rolls, like Iron Fist Timburr's Drain Punch into Mach Punch from full. Reflect these changes in set details.

Usage Tips:
Mention that switching into Knock Off may tip the opponent off that Mienfoo is carrying a Z move.

Team Options:
Mention that Mienfoo can fit onto Fightspam cores by luring and removing Foongus and Croagunk.

Nice work! 2/3

Moves
* Mention Pumpkaboo-XL alongside Foongus when you mention traditional Fighting-type checks.
* I'd also say something in your Knock Off line (or maybe just add another sentence) about how it helps Mienfoo to punish some of its switch-ins (give examples) and put them in range of a KO from SSSS.
* 'Fake Out + Supersonic Skystrike KOes Timburr and Foongus.' - this honestly doesn't flow very well, so please find a way to incorporate this into the first sentence about Fake Out to merge the two into one.

Set Details
* 'a powerful Flying-type move to beat traditional Fighting-type checks such as Foongus' - use Larvesta and Pumpkaboo as your examples to avoid repetition.
* Give more examples of Pokemon Mienfoo can tie/outspeed, since just opposing Fast Mienfoo isn't enough.
* '156 Attack EVs allow Mienfoo to score the KO on Timburr with Fake Out + Supersonic Skystrike' - I wouldn't say that this Attack investment is only for KOing Timburr, so slightly rephrase this sentence into something like "156 Attack EVs give Mienfoo a considerable amount of power, notably allowing it to KO Timburr with the combination of Fake Out + Supersonic Skystrike."

Usage Tips
* Be cautious when using High Jump Kick against teams with a Ghost-type, as they can switch in and force Mienfoo to take crash damage.' - this is good, but I'd specify that if you're predicting a Ghost-type to switch in, you should use Knock Off to hit them super effectively.

Team Options
* 'Flying-types that that outspeed and KO Mienfoo like Doduo.' - just because I'm a nitpicker and one example isn't enough, use Choice Scarf Rufflet as an example as well.

Good work. Make sure all of this is implemented, and give yourself 3/3 afterward.
