Miltank (F) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Milk Drink
- Heal Bell / Stealth Rock

A fast Miltank sounds like an amoosing joke, but it combines a revenge killer and wall in one slot! Seismic Toss and Toxic wear down walls and attackers like Stunfisk and Rapidash; Rocky Helmet tacks on more chip damage to trade with wallbreakers like Cinccino and Klinklang. Sap Sipper lets Miltank switch into Sleep Powder from defensive Grass-types like Tangela and Eldegoss. Miltank fits nicely on bulkier builds to take on setup sweepers such as Silvally formes, Rotom, and Nasty Plot Uxie, surprising them with its Speed advantage. Fighting-resistant Pokemon like Alcremie and Altaria cover Miltank’s vulnerability; special walls like Stunfisk and Wishiwashi can provide Stealth Rock or pivoting support. In turn, Miltank covers their weaknesses to Grass by switching into Gourgeist-S and Thwackey. Miltank can surprise Pokemon that outspeed its defensive set, like Rotom and Thievul, trading with them by using Toxic.

A fast Miltank sounds amoosing, but it compresses Speed control and a wall in one slot! The combination of Seismic Toss and Toxic wears down walls and attackers like Wishiwashi (Wishiwashi runs rest so it doesn't care too much about Toxic, High Health as well so you can't actually wear it down as such, so I'd use another mon as an example such as Articuno or Stunfisk), Rapidash, and Kangaskhan; Heal Bell or Stealth Rock can be tailored to get rid of status or further wear down the opposition. Rocky Helmet tacks on additional chip damage to more reliably trade with wallbreakers like Cinccino, Klinklang, and Silvally-Dark. Sap Sipper allows Miltank to wall popular Grass-types like Thwackey, Gourgeist-Small, and Tangela.(Feel like it's more important to mentioned it's role of being able to switch into Tang and Elde Sleep Powder here, and then later on mention that it can check the offensive grass-types for the specially defensive mons you mentioned) Miltank fits nicely on bulkier builds to take on setup sweepers such as Silvally formes, Rotom, and Kangaskhan, surprising them with its Speed advantage. Fighting-resistant and -immune Pokemon like Gourgeist formes (add Alcremie here as another example if you have the characters for it since it's very relevant atm) and Altaria can alleviate Miltank’s vulnerability to them; special walls like Stunfisk and Wishiwashi (In return Sap Sipper helps cover the latter two's grass-type weakness) can provide Stealth Rock and pivoting support, respectively. Miltank can surprise Pokemon with Toxic that normally outspeeds its defensive set, like Rotom, Jynx, and Thievul in order to outpace and trade with them. (Would remove Jynx here since it threatens you out really hard with fblast)

A fast Miltank sounds like an amoosing joke, (amusing by itself implies good, not bad) but it combines Speed control and a wall revenge killer and wall in one slot! Seismic Toss and Toxic wear down walls and attackers like Stunfisk and Rapidash; Heal Bell or Stealth Rock can eliminate status or further wear down foes. (that's just objectively what they do) Rocky Helmet tacks on more chip damage to trade with wallbreakers like Cinccino and Klinklang. Sap Sipper lets Miltank pivot switch (pivot isn't a catch-all term) into Sleep Powder from defensive Grass-types like Tangela and Eldegoss. Miltank fits nicely on bulkier builds to take on setup sweepers such as Silvally formes, Rotom, and Nasty Plot Uxie, surprising them with its Speed advantage. Fighting-resistant Pokemon like Alcremie and Altaria cover Miltank’s vulnerability to them; special walls like Stunfisk and Wishiwashi can respectively provide Stealth Rock and or pivoting support. In turn, Miltank covers their weaknesses to Grass by switching into Gourgeist-S and Thwackey. Miltank can surprise Pokemon with Toxic that outspeeds its defensive set, like Rotom and Thievul, in order to outpace and trade with them. that outspeed its defensive set, like Rotom and Thievul, trading with them by using Toxic.
