Welcome to Minior Circuit I: Pick-Your-Team Shared Power Random Battles! Showcase your creativity of unique ability combinations in this Single Elimination best-of-3 series (best-of-5 in Quarterfinals onward) tournament. This is the fourth tournament in our first ever Minior Circuit, featuring some of the more niche but still popular randomised metas on offer!
The winner of this tournament will receive the Room Prize Winner rank for a month, be inducted into the Randbats Hall of Fame, and be awarded points for the Minior Circuit (standings spreadsheet pending), with the winner of the Playoff Round for the circuit earning their choice of a PS! username colour change or username reset, and Room Prize Winner rank for a year!
How does this tour work?
1. Contact your opponent on their Smogon Wall and decide on a time to battle.
2. Battle each other in the format "Random Battle (Shared Power, B12P6)" (found under the "Randomized Metas" dropdown menu).
3. The first player to 2 wins (3 for Quarterfinals onward) advances to the next round.
How does the "Pick-Your-Team (B12P6) Shared Power Random Battle" format work?
Each battle, you will have 12 unique Pokemon to choose from! You will comprise a custom team of 6, with the first Pokemon selected being your lead. The "Shared Power" clause means that once a Pokemon has been sent out in battle, its ability will be shared with the rest of your team. Will you opt for stacking immunities to build unbreakable walls, or combining unique offensive abilities to try and overpower your opponent? The choice is yours, so choose wisely!
Please note:
1. All scheduling attempts MUST be done publicly on Smogon Walls. No other proof of communication will count for act calls regarding scheduling attempts.
2. If participate in any of the future tours in the Circuit after changing your Smogon name, LET US KNOW in your future signup post.
3. You MUST post replays of your wins. Any battles without replays will need to be replayed.
