I know my last Warstory was a bit of a disappointment, so I hope this is an improvement. I wont bore you , but the backdrop for this battle is some random guy named montyhoe(props on the name)PMed me: Werent you #1 on the Uber Ladder?
I honestly dont know how he remembered that as, yes I was #1, but this was back in September/October, before Mind and Absol went beserk again.
I say, "yea, but i dont play anymore, why?"
(this is the truth. I dont like Ubers anymore, as it used to be fun but now its turned gay with quite a few things becoming irritating. Plus, Im having much more fun in UU, altho you wouldnt find me on any UU leaderboard.)

Anyways, about the battle. I hate Deo E leads with a passion. SR + Spikes is so gay. Blame it on Train man for popularizing it.
Luckily, I have the perfect counter lead. Scizor is so monster as a Deoxys check but is actually overrated vs. things like Latias, because they should be carrying HP Fire anyway.

Since it did all the his health anyway, he has no clue if im Banded or not, but he’ll probably stay in since I Xscizored instead of Bullet Punching.

Anyways I could switch to Rayquaza who is my only Ground immune but I’ll take SR Damage and I doubt I can KO it at its current health since my Rayquaza doesn’t have Meteor which is about the only thing that can OHKO a Groudon.
I’ll stay in with my own Don, and weaken it some.
BTW, both our Dons have leftovers so I’ll leave it off to avoid dragging this longer lengthwise than it has to be.

Hell yes! The analysis recommends lefties(not a bad idea), Lum(only for leads), and Life Orb.
I actually didn’t know what Blackglasses did, I knew it either upped Dark attacks by 20% or it’s the equivalent of a Muscle Band on the special side, but whatever works right?

Lucario in Ubers? Seriously? I actually saw one in Ubers a few months ago, when Absol played Train Man with his OU team that featured a SD Lucario that kicked ass.
That being said, SD Lucario is probably the only set viable for Lucario for it to compete, as everything else is outclassed, even the Special attacker with STAB Aura Sphere as Mewtwo does it better.
Seeing how montyhoe went through so much trouble to set up 2 entry hazards, its probably the SD version as +2 CC and Xspeed arent joking matters.
Anyways, even @ +2, I doubt Dark Pulse can do much to a 4x resist(even though something with 70/70/70 defenses shouldn’t count as a resist at all.)
I switch to Wobbuffet which is the only thing on the team that can handle it, hopefully it doesn’t have Crunch…

I wasn’t kidding. Lucario can run through this team now that my Groudon is gone, and it can run through a lot of teams that don’t carry Lugia or Scarf Dialga. I mean, 110 Atk isn’t anything like Rayquaza, but it still has a STAB base 120 move. Im not even sure if Groudon can take that, esp with Spikes + SR.

And of course, it not having Crunch was too much to hope for. Why wouldn’t it have Crunch? What is Stone Edge doing in Ubers? Lugia? Lugia takes Groudon Stone Edges like Rock Smashes so it can definitely take a Lucario Stone Edge.
Im actually sort of happy that Wobbuffet is dead even though its on my team, I hate it soooooooo much. I don’t even know why I added it to the team. Perhaps its the only thing that I could think of at the time to stop Scarf Dialga/Scarf Palkia from 5-0ing my team.

And now Im really scared. What on my team can handle a +2 Lucario? With at least 25% coming off of my Pokemon, nothing can take it. My Palkia is Hasty so no chance there. Rayquaza is my best shot at it.
P.S. Its pretty dumb that Lucario can KO with Crunch, but Adamant Rayquaza cant KO Wobb @ +2 with Dragon Claw. It may be SuperEffective vs STAB, but supposedly, Wobb "cant handle any real physical assault"

I got XTREEMLY lucky there. I have to start preparing for SD Lucario now? Another reason to leave Ubers, its turned completely ridiculous with the advent of stupid OU Pokes and UU Pokes.
Ive seen teams with both Tyranitar and Metagros on the same team, not including Train man’s team, and it makes me laugh how people can be so naïve these days.

Yes, Go Sub. I was right that it packed Twave, but Sub protects me and scouts, which is why it’s the best move in the game. Sub that is. Anyways since it has leftovers, I can Dark Void hoping for the sleep. If it misses, I still have a Sub behind me. If it switches whatever comes in is asleep so I cant lose either way.

I used to run a ScarfDialga for NP Darkrai duties, and for obvious reasons it was spectacular. I guess Scarf Palkia isn’t bad overall but it couldn’t stand up to Darkrai.
And my Darkrai’s secret item is….

I actually didn’t know what Blackglasses did, I knew it either upped Dark attacks by 20% or it’s the equivalent of a Muscle Band on the special side, but whatever works right?

Lucario in Ubers? Seriously? I actually saw one in Ubers a few months ago, when Absol played Train Man with his OU team that featured a SD Lucario that kicked ass.
That being said, SD Lucario is probably the only set viable for Lucario for it to compete, as everything else is outclassed, even the Special attacker with STAB Aura Sphere as Mewtwo does it better.
Seeing how montyhoe went through so much trouble to set up 2 entry hazards, its probably the SD version as +2 CC and Xspeed arent joking matters.
Anyways, even @ +2, I doubt Dark Pulse can do much to a 4x resist(even though something with 70/70/70 defenses shouldn’t count as a resist at all.)
I switch to Wobbuffet which is the only thing on the team that can handle it, hopefully it doesn’t have Crunch…

And, it is a SD Lucario. Im not surprised as much as Im scared because remember what I said about Wobbuffet, the only thing that can take it IF it doesn’t pack Crunch?
I wasn’t kidding. Lucario can run through this team now that my Groudon is gone, and it can run through a lot of teams that don’t carry Lugia or Scarf Dialga. I mean, 110 Atk isn’t anything like Rayquaza, but it still has a STAB base 120 move. Im not even sure if Groudon can take that, esp with Spikes + SR.

And of course, it not having Crunch was too much to hope for. Why wouldn’t it have Crunch? What is Stone Edge doing in Ubers? Lugia? Lugia takes Groudon Stone Edges like Rock Smashes so it can definitely take a Lucario Stone Edge.
Im actually sort of happy that Wobbuffet is dead even though its on my team, I hate it soooooooo much. I don’t even know why I added it to the team. Perhaps its the only thing that I could think of at the time to stop Scarf Dialga/Scarf Palkia from 5-0ing my team.

And now Im really scared. What on my team can handle a +2 Lucario? With at least 25% coming off of my Pokemon, nothing can take it. My Palkia is Hasty so no chance there. Rayquaza is my best shot at it.
P.S. Its pretty dumb that Lucario can KO with Crunch, but Adamant Rayquaza cant KO Wobb @ +2 with Dragon Claw. It may be SuperEffective vs STAB, but supposedly, Wobb "cant handle any real physical assault"

Luckily I didn’t. Aqua Tail Kos Lucario, as Lucario shouldn’t be able to survive a Tail coming from something as long as Rayquaza. What would’ve been really funny is if Aqua Tail missed..
I got XTREEMLY lucky there. I have to start preparing for SD Lucario now? Another reason to leave Ubers, its turned completely ridiculous with the advent of stupid OU Pokes and UU Pokes.
Ive seen teams with both Tyranitar and Metagros on the same team, not including Train man’s team, and it makes me laugh how people can be so naïve these days.

That was really painful on the eyes to see it on a log. Imagine seeing that in wifi, with like 3 hours of text just being how much health Palkia and Giratina-O lose because of Spikes/SR?
Not to mention, that Giratina O image looks cooler than usual, at least when compared with its DP standard sprite.
Him switching in TinaO probably meant he expected Scizor, and so I think I made the right choice by going to Palkia.
Here I can either Rend or Outrage. Outrage locks me in and if he has something like Bronzong/Forresstress Im fucked. Rend should be able to KO it, but Tina O is surprisingly bulky…
