Does anyone have it? I just bought my laptop tonight (it rocks!!!) and installed it, but it won't work. I installed the two required programs:
Microsoft .NET Framework v1.1 (23.1 MB)
Microsoft Data Access Component (MDAC) v2.6+ (5.3 MB)
But to no avail. When I double click the icon to run the program, it just says:
"An unexpected error occured that cannot be recovered from! Couldn't get process information from remote machine."
Anyone know what to do? Could it have anything to do with that I am running home vista OS?
