MLB 2016

So we've got all our guys, right? Let's try to get something going for next week/weekend. I think multiple people have already stated that April 2nd isn't good for them, and waiting until the 3rd and missing the first week of the fantasy season is entirely unnecessary.
 
I see no reason from the chart we put together why we can't find a time next Saturday. Everyone (who filled it out) is available both day or night to fit Stallions weird time zone. I don't see why we can't set it up then unless anything changes.

Keep in mind that the night of the 26th (in your timezone) is Easter morning for me, a time that I'm not available. The ideal for me is Saturday for most of the day, but that might not correlate with the best times for you Americans. I need a specific time mentioned around before confirming! If you guys can do morning, that would be fantastic, but the Friday night in your timezone (good Friday, a night where nobody does anything) is Saturday morning for me, which is the ideal.

I fucked that up. The 24th is a Thursday and is my other fantasy draft date. The 26th is the Saturday in question where we all filled out open availability, but Stallion's issues still render that useless.

Literally all the other dates on that schedule have some kind of conflict, but they were only weekend dates. We have not asked about weekday dates for this coming week. Maybe we should. As it stands for me, I'm available every day/night this week besides Thursday.
 
Can we just do it without Stall present? Would prolly preserve some of my sleepers that way

The 23rd is not good at all for me. I have another draft the night of the 24th. Either the 22nd or 24th, during the morning/afternoon, I'll have a conference so that's a no go. And if we need to fit the draft in the 25th, I'll be flexible if it needs to be at night or during the day.

But yeah, all the other dates have conflicts like BT said.

Thursday is a hard no. Saturday is doable but a preferred no. Other weekdays/weekends have a high degree of flexibility

Maybe Friday morning or evening is best? 25th at 9/10 AM or 7/8ish PM on Friday?

Assuming you're EST (GMT-5), 7/8pm Friday is perfect for, as ButteredToast puts it, my "weird timezone". The morning options end up being 2am for me, so that won't be doable.
 
I am scheduled to work Friday night but I should be able to switch with one of my coworkers.

Edit: Successfully switched shifts so Friday works for me.

Updated the draft time. I am keeping a running total of the keepers and keeper costs on the list I provided earlier in the thread. Still waiting on keepers from cbt, nLTk, and Imanalt.
 
sorry for late post this but i cant do that time, i wont have reliable internet until around 11 pm-midnight friday, it could be earlier or later but i have no idea when (ill be traveling to and from soccer games played 2 1/2 hours away at 5 and 7) saturday is much better though!

Idk it seems like we might have to ask you to bite the bullet here. If Bird Up can do it that's 9/10 of us that are good for Friday night, and had to explore weekdays because weekends like the Saturday all had conflicts for someone. Seems like there's no way to accommodate everyone and at least one person will have to autodraft.

Only thing I can think of is to push back the time a little to 9 or 10 (or maybe 11 if that's doable) so you wouldn't miss all of it, but obviously with the draft usually taking close to 3 hours we won't want to start toooo late.

If you're in a car, you can do the draft from your phone. I know it might drop out depending on location, but I've done it before and it's honestly better than nothing.

I'm also happy to do it later if absolutely needed, but I'm more concerned about my american friends who might not want to finish the draft at say, 2am.
 
id be fine with doing it from my phone but i would prefer it to be pushed back to 9/10 to ensure my presence if a majority would prefer an earlier time after 8

That's honestly the only day that works for everyone else, and as Texas said we don't want to start a long auction draft at that late a time. At this late in the preseason we're kind of limited in our options. I'd be willing to push it back to 9 or so but not too much later after that. Guys going forward this is why we need lots of communication about these sorts of things.
