Hi, I'm interested in your shiny Latios (w/ HP Fire) . Nothing in my thread will probably interest you enough but I do have a flawless (no Atk.) RNG Calm Fukuoka shiny Kyogre on my Black 2. I could trade it to you on your gen 5 cartridge and then you can migrate it to your gen 6 game (I assume you can do that considering you have all these RNGed legendaries). It's probably asking a lot but it doesn't hurt to try haha.

As far as I know, Masuda only works with language differences. So I don't think so, no.
