I have finally created an account after several years, because I wanted to see what people thought about my Mono-ice Hail team before this new generation comes into play. This team is designed for OU play and I would really enjoy critical feedback on stat distributions, moves and the like. The Pokémon I have are pretty much what I would like to keep with, though if you have any good ideas, they are welcome.
JtaRang, I hope you do not mind that I borrow your format from your post.

Overall team:
Abomasnow Mamoswine Cloyster Froslass Weavile Glaceon
Summary:
Abomasnow sets up hail for the team and is a great staller. Mamoswine is a physical sweeper. Cloyster is my rapid spinner (SR destroys my team without him). Froslass is my Spiker/Taunter/Destiny Bonder. Weavile is my revenge killer and assists in physical sweeping. Last but certainly not least, Glaceon for that monstrous special attack. The Team:
Abomasnow (Blue) @ Leftovers
Male, Timid
Ability: Snow Warning
EV's:
4 - Attack
252 - Sp. Att.
252 - Speed
Move Pool:
1. Blizzard
2. Leech Seed
3. Focus Punch
4. Substitute
Strategy for Abomasnow
Abomasnow lead sets up the hail. Froslass, Mamoswine and Glaceon all need it for their Snow Cloak. Most often he is switched out immediately from the lead depending on the counter lead. Any lead weak to blizzard (Aerodactyl, Crobat, etc.) he will most likely stay in. SubSeed+Hail Leaves Blissey and most other walls with nothing and are drained to death. Focus punch adds a little variety and with good prediction destroys the other team (Focus Blast's accuracy scares me too much). Timid gives the extra boost of speed, but I wish it did not hurt his FP (if you have better ideas Input here). The EV spread was placed so that in late game stalling his speed can outrun the other team’s late game walls and takes advantage of 100% accuracy Stab Blizzard. His most important role; however, is to set up hail.
Mamoswine (Tank) @ Choice Scarf
Male, Jolly.
Ability: Snow Cloak
E.V's:
252 - Attack
4 - Defence
252 - Speed
Move Pool:
1. Earthquake
2. Ice Shard
3. Stone Edge
4. Superpower
Strategy Mamoswine
I use to run a Roar-leftovers Mamoswine but Scarf Heatran destroyed my team. The ONLY way I could beat a Scarf Heatran was hoping for a Snow Cloak miss. Now with Superpower and Choice Scarf, Heatran is a bump in the road. If you have any ideas on how I can get Mamoswine unscarfed and still take out Heatran and other scarfed pokemon (Jirachi) please let me know. EQ is a necessity for Mamoswine to take out those pesky steels that give my team trouble. Ice Shard gives it a priority attack, though with Choice Scarf it is a little unnecessary (Input here). Stone edge destroys Gyrados. Superpower is my last resort move (Input here). The EVs allow it to outrun many Pokémon especially with the scarf and takes advantage of its spectacular 130 attack. Mamoswine is the only member of the team that takes normal damage from SR and takes no damage from Sandstorm. So he can switch in and out more often than other team members. If the other team leads with TTar I switch to him and Superpower=TTar's death. Mamoswine is mainly midgame sweeper because it can switch into several attacks and hit back hard.
Cloyster (Clamps) @ Leftovers
Male, Adamant
Ability: Skill Link
EV's:
252 - HP
160 - Defence
98 - Speed
IV's:
30 - Attack
30 - Sp. Att
30 - Speed
Move Pool:
1. Rapid Spin
2. Hidden Power (Fire)
3. Rock Blast
4. Explosion
Strategy Cloyster
Everyone says, "Why Cloyster?" and the main reason is SR. The ONLY ice Pokémon that gets rapid spin is Cloyster. Ice type being weak to SR is NOT fun. I need a lot of help making him better so please if you have any ideas for EV's and Natures please help. This is my justification: He is the only one that can take several Bullet Punches (~4, 3 with SR). With all the Scizor's out there HP fire is necesary (2 HPs kill Scizor) so he can even switch into a BP kill Scizor without causing any of my Pokémon to die (unless there is already a SR. Rock Blast takes out so many substitutes and continues to damage the Pokémon. It also rips through Gyrados. Explosion is my last resort move. I wish Icicle Spear did more damage like it now does in Generation V but in IV it only has a power of 10. Gameplay for this team is too fast for Toxic Spikes to play a major factor (Input here). EV's seem almost random to me. I tried upping Sp. Def. but it is so low it is almost pointless for him (Input here). His nature also should be adjusted because I am now using more HP than RB. What nature should I use? Overall he is my most questioned Pokémon but he plays a decisive role. I just need help making him better.
Froslass (Lady) @ Focus Slash
Female, Timid
Ability - Snow Cloak
EV's:
248 - HP
8 - Defense
252 - Speed
Move Pool:
1. Spikes
2. Blizzard
3. Destiny Bond
4. Taunt
Strategy Froslass
Froslass is the usual go to Pokémon after Abomasnow sets up the hail. Snow cloak adds a little protection from people trying to take out the Snowman. Any Fake-out or fighting leads give her a free switch in. SR-Roar Pokémon get taunted, others get Spikes. When Focus Slash gets activated Destiny Bond takes the attacker down with her. She takes advantage STAB 100% Accuracy Blizzard when needed (she can do a lot of damage too!). EV's give her speed and bulk to set up as many spikes as possible. The speed is the key here. Taunt-DB can cause lots of switch outs if they discover the combo, and with spikes she spreads around the damage. She is my second lead and I think I have her down pat.
Weavile (Whisp) @ Expert Belt
Male, Jolly
Ability - Pressure
EV's:
36 - HP
252 - Attack
222 - Speed
Move Pool:
1. Ice Punch
2. Ice Shard
3. Low Kick
4. Pursuit
Strategy Weavile
The core member and the reason why I decided to make a Mono-ice Hail team. Other than being freaking cool he is also very powerful. He is the opener on several leads when Froslass would not do too well. He switches in on taunt leads like Azelf and can pursuit them to death. He also is an awesome revenge killer with Low Kick/Ice Punch which is rarely resisted. Ice Shard is for those priority happy Pokémon that I need to hit faster before they kill him. Mamoswine's Ice shard comes in and helps finish off those priority happy pokemon that Weavile may not have finished off. His EV's allow him to take advantage of good Attack and Speed. Almost all Weaviles have 40/218 in HP/Speed to outrun just about everything so I took it one more step so that I could outrun them. His Defenses are not that great anyways so the extra speed is welcomed. The Expert Belt gives the illusion of Choice Band which many Weaviles carry, so it adds the element of surprise when TTar switches in on a pursuit and gets hit by Low Kick. He is one of my favorites. I see him changing little (I do not use Ice Punch that Often so if you know another move that may come in handy sometime).
Glaceon (Snake) @ Expert Belt
Female, Modest
Ability: Snow Cloak
EV's:
4 - HP
252 - Sp. Att
252 - Speed
IV's:
30 - Attack
30 - Sp. Att
Move Pool:
1. Blizzard
2. Hidden Power (Grass)
3. Signal Beam
4. Water Pulse
Strategy Glaceon
When Mamoswine changed from Leftovers to Choice Scarf Glaceon changed from a more bulky special attacker to a leaner Special Sweeper. I use Glaceon as a Jack-of-all-trades. He has just enough defenses to take a couple of hits so when there is a ground type lead she can switch in and obliterate it as my pseudo-lead. She also makes a good mid-late game sweeper once all the faster Pokémon are taken out of the game. Also the moves allow me to take advantage of the most powerful blizzard in the game. I have not found a Skarmory that can take it (though I did not do the math). Everything which does not resist blizzard should and hide. HP grass takes care of the waters (I decided to take the hit on the Sp. Att and use it for the water/ground type coverage). Signal Beam hurts those pesky darks and psychic types, and no one expects Water Pulse when they switch in their fire types (unscarfed Heatran and Infernape).
The moves stayed the same for Glaceon when Mamoswine changed roles, but her EV's changed drastically. Her Sp. Att. shall always be maxed, it is too good not to. Her Speed use to only be 100 and the rest was in HP to let her take more hits. Once Mamoswine needed the scarf took the scarf off her and gave her an expert belt to raise her ridiculous damage. She then became too slow so her bulk went down Speed went up and she is just fast enough to cause some panic (Input here). She is my main special attacker on my team due to Abomasnow's and Froslass's specified roles.
Team Weaknesses
Bronzong - (I hate steels but this one takes the cake) GyroballTrick Room - (again refers to Bronzong) I can outlast it but used again I am done
Jirachi - still gives me a little trouble
Kingdra - I have no Dragon type moves... though he is rare on anything other than RD teams
Rain Dance teams - Too many water types for Glaceon to handle
Batton Pass teams - I use to have roar on mamoswine but I took it off
Bronzong - I hate him
Conclusion
I understand that my weaknesses are due to my Mono-ice typing and you cannot have pure coverage if you are going to play such a team but to have one Pokémon role through my team is kind of sad. However, I have found that this set is capable of causing a lot of trouble in OU. Let's see if we can make it better. Please rate and comment,
