Pity, really would’ve loved to win this one for the first time managing, but I suppose that’s how the cookie crumbles. GG Gourgeists, wp.
I’m no good with words, nevertheless shoutouts, so I’ll make this brief. S/o to all the goats on my team: Seager, skysolo14, Waszap, Mateeus_1, Ieki, Nailec, memomiguel, and Dragon Expert Soma. Ya’ll were really the best players I could’ve ever asked for for the first time managing and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. I hope to team w/ ya’ll in the future again sometime; was a pleasure~
Also shoutouts to MamOwOswine again for the godlike artwork; shame we weren’t able to pull through for ya but I’m definitely gonna inquire (and recommend) you for art again sometime.

This season was a rough one for me but I still had fun and it was better than my debut last year (rip mono LC). This was a really awesome team and we synergized so well, I loved the teamwork and the cooperation and planning (or lack thereof) that we all did. I'm so glad I was a part of this team not only because we won, but because we had so much fun together.
So without further ado lets get thanking!
Attribute: MACHO FINESSER helped us a ton in the cord (when we weren't beating his team) and I think his prep did help us win a few key matches. I know he was responsible for the team I brought against DJ breloominati, and it really should've backfired but I made it work. Other than that I loved his presence and as always I loved working with him (MWP2 baby!). I hope to see him or maybe team with him in the future.
average fella: The GOAT. Ever since I teamed with him in ULC I knew he was a legendary player, and he delivered here. Only losing one game in ORAS and winning the rest with ease, I couldn't ask for a better ORAS player and a better teammate. I love you man, I can't wait to play with you again.
Endal: Another GOAT. This boy pretty much had an outstanding season and a great final battle for our victory to cap it off. If I had any say, I would say he is the best player on our team (despite losing to Yami in ORAS). Real talk tho, great teammate and I would love to team again, good luck in future tours man.
Aparctias: Sorry about ur season man, it really should've been better but I've been where you are and there is definitely time to improve.On another note, you were one of our best prep men for USM imo, and made sure none of our teams had any silly or dumb flaws in them (except that one time I brought a team with no stealth rock). I've always loved teaming with you and I wish to do it again sometime, its always fun to work with you.
Cognitohazard: Same as aparctias you had a little rough season, but I think you can definitely do better. Just put in the work and I think you might have a breakout tour one of these days. Can't really say much else because I didn't see you often, but I wish you luck in future tours.
Ssalbap: I hate ssalbap
K3ppr: I would say you were the best player on our team if it wasn't for the absolute baller win that Endal did today, so you are definitely a close second. Our instant win in STAB was always appreciated, and with that much talent and knack in an OM like that, I think you might have a great future as an OM player for mono. Don't be scared of trying the others, especially because ssalbap won't be there to judge you ;).
Poison Adhesive: I'm pretty impressed with how well you did this tour, you had a pretty good season overall and I hear you are doing well in wcop. I'll know to never face you when you are tired, that was an important takeaway from this tour. Good luck in future tours!
And finally...
our helpers in the cord (mainly rhyperior folk) DugZa, Felines, Catalystic, Perish Song, Luckypiper, and Maskun. I think I speak for everyone when I say that we wouldn't have had this season were it not for all of you, so thank you all.

I want to shoutout all the other teams we faced (and beat) for their awesome individuals and making this tour awesome.
Rhyperiors: Great team, cool kids, sorry that bully ssalbap memed you guys. Attribute is a great manager and I hope all of you have a great future in competitive mons.
Lightning: You guys were the toughest team to beat, and you wouldn't go down once or twice, but third time is the charm right? Real talk tho you guys were really good and I hope you all have a great future, Havens I hope I get to see you managing in MPL soon, I think you deserve it.
Drilburs: Sorry you guys did so poorly, but I do think you guys were fun to face when we went against each other. I'm still mad that my snake manager didn't let me face MR. 7, but I guess that's fine (not). I hope you all have a great future.
Kingras: Way to disgrace KevinElf's team Chaitanya. I'm joking ofc, but what isn't a joke is how scared we were of you guys when we faced off. I don't think any of us thought we were gonna win, but we managed to pull it off. I wish we could've faced you guys in finals but unfort things didn't go as planned. I hope y'all have a great future
Clefables: I honestly can't say much about you guys, I didn't hear much or see much so I guess have a great future. Hope to see Harpp try managing out again.

Oh boy did you make us look good. We went 4-1 in pools, got the tie and won the tiebreaker. What an outstanding season we had and we only could've done it with you as our manager. Honestly I'm so greatful for the amount that you helped us and supported all of us, and I think I speak for everyone when I say you were the true Goatgeist of our team. I can't wait to see what manger shenanigans you pull off later on in your career. Thanks for everything!

For my first time managing it was honestly kinda lackluster considering I could only sorta help out with USUM Monotype, so I tried doing test games in other tiers such as Monotype STABmons in order to try to make up for it. Toward the end of the season I admit I got kind of lazy with the team prep and thats an area I should have worked on a lot more
anyways heres to the players on my team (and some others) that I'm proud of
Aparctias It sucks that your record wasn't the greatest but thats fine. You were particularly helpful in the teambuilding channels and that's something you should value in a team just as much as actually playing games in my book. I wouldn't be embarrassed at all considering you were probably more helpful to the team than I was lol
Namranan Overall record wasn't too great but you won when we needed you to. I'm happy your attitude about this game is improving and I'm sure you'd be able to make it into major Monotype team tournaments in the future if you work hard enough. You're also one of my best friends on this site and its surprising how you put up with all my crap
Endal, K3ppr, Poison Adhesive and average fella All four of you did a great job pulling the team forward with your wins throughout the season. Definitely could not have made finals without you guys's impressive record. Good job
Endal somehow you copped us ws while being ready to play on very short notice. The Golisiopod team is definitely worth a rate
K3ppr I know you in particular have been trying to get into the major tournament scene for Monotype despite being relatively new to the community. That's great, and with how ambitious you are I'm sure you'll be a good teammate in future tournaments, and the awesome BLT record says a lot about it
Ssalbap thanks for playing AAA for us despite originally signing up as a sub ;W;
Cognitohazard Very chill person both on PS / Discord and irl. An up and coming player that I hope to see in future Monotype team tournaments if type diversity gets thrown into the equation
Attribute I'd be lying if I said we could have pulled through the tournament without you. You were a big help to our team, building and talking about tons of teams and ideas for sets, which was good in particular to make up for my lack of knowledge in the OMs and ORAS. I love your enthusiastic attitude even when its not about prepping for BLT

Hello all! Man, for my first ever monotype team tournament I had a blast! Going 5-1 (5-0 in STABmons) was all I could ask for and more! I figured I may as well do some shoutouts to all the people who helped our epic team get here along the way!
My Team:
Decem Man, as a manager I think you did a good job. you were willing to start to learn OMs to help me, and you helped all of our USM slots prep a whole load. You always helped us stay motivated and relaxed, while also never failing to do whatever other many duties u have on PS! Thank you so much for managing our team and making the call to give me a shot, it was a ton of fun playing under you, especially with u being one of my best friends on the site! Endal The absolute USM GOAT, it always seemed like nobody could stop you. It was awesome being on a team with you, and seeing all of the techniques and tricks you had up your sleeve. Your personality always helped our team stay afloat. Imo you're way better than what most people think. If only me and you went undefeated man.....
Poison Adhesive Remind me how this man made it to the seventh pick of the draft? Man you had a great season, with only two losses, you were always reliable and got us some clutch wins when we needed them. Awesome job bro!

K3ppr - 5-1 king. Undefeated in stabmons....the sky's the limit for you bro.
Namranan - Never doubt me again you heathen. While your record wasn't the best, you played well enough in your games with those match-ups. Your chat presence and support to the team definitely justifies you being our third pick.
average fella - You gave us auto wins in the oras slot every week. Most importantly, you clutched wins in both finals and tiebreak, what a god.
Poison Adhesive - I've actually never seen you play live but you had a solid record and brought some fun teams. Hope you excel at this tier in the near future.
Aparctias - Go back to Boreas. Your record doesn't reflect your playing ability man. Never falter and keep grinding. You're good enough and it'll show.
Cognitohazard - Keep grinding man, you're going to improve and when that happens, make sure you tell me about your multiple wins over boba.
