Side Monotype BLT IV - Week 5

We're out now so I'll do some quick s/os. Shoutouts to Caspell and Jolly Togekiss ^-^ for being great friends and working hard, even though caspell had a rough tour and jolly togekiss is fairly new at managing. Ronman5 despite the hate you got you put a good amount of effort, copped us good wins, and i respect that. @Fírnen Bondie you guys are chill and i enjoy working w u guys as a team and as staff. Twilight Solace you didn't have a great tour but its fine, happens to all of us and i know you'll come back strong in another team tour. last but not last Ssalbap thanks for getting us wins even though you had a rough start on the team. I'm glad we were pretty close to making playoffs and i hope to team with you all again in the future.

Good luck to the rest of the teams that are trying to make/have made playoffs!

I agree with all of this and I wish the teams luck in the playoffs, for now this might have been the first and possibly last time for me to do BLT... who knows if I retire by next year
Give us a nice finals everyone remanding in this tour
 
haha wow Decem, I sure hope cognitohazard has an infraction too for something he said on the forums themselves.. sure would be childish of you to infract someone for what they say in a game and not infract someone for saying the same things on the forums..

Though.. you aren’t receiving notifications of this thread since you had no win to post so perhaps thats why you didn’t see it.. I sure hope you moderate fairly from now..

Alrighty lads lemme post some quick shoutouts since my team may be out but they deserve some recognition :3, I'd also like to say that as my first time managing I was honestly pretty lackluster, Not knowing how to motivate my teamchat to be active, A slight mistake(zugu) during the draft, but I'm really grateful I got to manage and get some experience.

Wyn I'm really glad I drafted you, fun ass dude and you went crazy in oras as expected, I hope you play some more Mons and don't go back into retirement but I'm glad I got to get you in the tour you came back for, sorry we didn't perform as well as we'd all have liked to.

taide you had a really rough tour and honestly I think if we stuck to the original teams we made you'd have like 2 more wins than u do, I really love building with you because nobody else is willing to slap on the pursuit sucker punch regular Houndoom on their fire teams. I hope you don't quit to play only TemTem because I think if we prep more for our opp's You'd do well despite the hate u get.

yedla glad I drafted you bro, I didn't know you before the draft but I knew you were a competent player and I wanted to pick you up since you also had an anime profile picture :3.I hope you stick around Monotype because you're definitely good at it with a bit more work and knowledge you'd be a powerhouse.

Cognitohazard you toxic fucking clown what did I do. All jokes aside you're fun as fuck and I'm glad we got to team for some shit, I'd like a LITTLE BIT MORE motivation since you smashed your fucking keyboard when you thought you didn't make it in LOOOOOOOL.

Namranan Nam I really think you could be a lot better off if you stopped acting like the world is against you after every loss. your self destructive mental was stressful for me and honestly if you didn't act that way I'd have nothing but good things to say, you're a good enough player you just need to work on your mental and attitude, Gl bro.

zugubu royale Thank you so much for all the work you put in Zugubu Royale. Your ONLY Line in the entire discord may have literally been "bench me for the season I'm not playing" but that doesn't do you justice, the fact that my R2 benched after losing to Ronman was truly just what this team needed to make it all the way,thank you so much for being the person that you are.

Crashy for having more lines than literally every member of my team. if I could change one thing this tour I would have picked you up instead of the guy who quit blt but I see him playing his GPL games every week. sorry I ended up greeding and trying to get you both.

Splash for passing that team that Cog used because I was too lazy to build that protect spam dark we talked about all week

Kaguya Lys for joining the last week and probably surpassing half my team's word count.

lastly RAP Yogurt I don't think you literally ever said a single word after I invited you and I told you to qualify and you didn't so fuck you honestly.

Thank you very much for recruiting me at this BLT despite my mitigating results. Anyway I had a lot of fun, and to me the most important thing, the team was great and I have great memories of it. :blobnom:.

I apologize for breaking down that one day, but I'm glad to hear you thought my ability to play was good. I'm working on the mental every day and sometimes there will be setbacks, but eventually, I'll overcome it and become a great player as a result. Thank you for taking the chance to draft me and good luck with your future endeavors.

Yeah I know about those issues too it kinda sucks, I hope you find some help since I had problems like that for a lot of my time here so I just like to let things go to prevent it to get worse

My scenarios a bit different though but yeah I think I’ve found what calms me down a bit and I hope you find what calms you down and relaxes you too. Please take good care Nam, trust me you have improved a lot as a player over the time I’ve seen you on PS, you went from an almost nobody to someone who is quite respectable as a battler
