Edit : He was late to scheduled time during the weekend too and sat there and didn't say he was locked until I had to go and in general wasted a lot of my time being afk.

Since the deadline has passed for extensions, had to coinflip this matchup. Both players are at fault due to insufficient efforts to get the game done. Both players missed/showed up later for their previously scheduled times and rescheduled for a third time on Wednesday. XSTATIC COLD never showed up at the scheduled time although he claimed act (or tried to?) hours later while Kaguya Lys only posted on his opponent's wall one hour later than the time they scheduled for.
