Timid Nature
IVs: 1 Atk / 30 Def / 30 SpD / 30 Spe
- Energy Ball / Leaf Storm

Poison counter

Dragalge @ Brightpowder / Black Sludge
Ability: Poison Touch / Adaptability
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rain Dance
- Dragon Pulse
- Thunder
- Hydro Pump

ok so your opp leads char y and you lead dragalge and your opp stays in thinking ok ill just fire blast and see how much damage he does so i can scout the set but thats when you set rain against him. now your opp is like wtf is this low ladder trash and expecting just a dumb set he stays in and thats when u reveal the thunder
252+ SpA Dragalge Thunder vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mega Charizard Y: 192-226 (64.6 - 76%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
now your opp wants to save charizard for the free win vs poison so he switches to his lando t to tank the obvious thunder and thats when u hit the hydro button
252+ SpA Dragalge Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Landorus-T in Rain: 388-458 (121.6 - 143.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
now your opp has a weak charizard and no lando and has no other choice to send in their own dragonite because outrage beats dragalge ez right? nah jk outrage is ez brightpowder bait and you dpulse his dnite for another ez ko
252+ SpA Adaptability Dragalge Dragon Pulse vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Multiscale Dragonite: 168-198 (52 - 61.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
now your opponent is screaming in rage in the chat that low ladder scum like you just memed your way past his generic flying squad and he has no other choice then to send in his zapdos but you ezpz beat that as well since heat wave does nothing in the rain. now your opponent is missing his mega scarf and spdef wall and will be an ez win this set does wonders against the generic flying squads that plague the ladder

Normal check.

ChAnsey @ Evoilite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aromatherapy
- Soft-Boiled
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic/Thunder wave

Can switch into any of mega charizard y's move and cripple it with toxic. There's another option for using Thunder wave + Seismic toss, it too cripples it but it's always risky if the opponent has a ground type.Other than switching in and walling M charizard Y , it also works effectively as a heal bell user.

Here are the calcs if you need:
Without crits
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Fire Blast vs. 4 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Chansey in Sun: 160-190 (24.9 - 29.5%) -- 100% chance to 4HKO
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Solar Beam vs. 4 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Chansey: 78-92 (12.1 - 14.3%) -- possible 7HKO
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Focus Blast vs. 4 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Chansey: 156-184 (24.2 - 28.6%) -- 98.6% chance to 4HKO

With crits
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Fire Blast vs. 4 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Chansey in Sun on a critical hit: 241-285 (37.5 - 44.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Solar Beam vs. 4 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Chansey on a critical hit: 117-138 (18.2 - 21.4%) -- possible 5HKO
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Focus Blast vs. 4 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Chansey on a critical hit: 234-276 (36.4 - 42.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Even with crits, Charizard Y has a bad chance to be successful.

Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe

- Earthquake

outspeeds and clicks stone edge to kill. rock slide is also an option to kill it more reliably since both are guaranteed OHKO's. doesn't necessarily need to mega evolve since it outspeeds while non mega.

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Charizard Y: 656-776 (220.8 - 261.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Hasty Nature
- V-create
- Blue Flare

outspeeds, has a very huge chance to OHKO with bolt strike. also resists all its moves so it can even switch in if it needs to (although fire blast still does a lot).

Sawsbuck is not a viable mon, it isn't even in the viability rankings. The rules state that you must use viable mons.

I'll suggest a viable grass pokemon.

Grass/Rock Check

Cradily @ Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Rock Slide / Stone Edge
- Giga Drain
- Earthquake
- Recover

Kills with either Rock Slide or Stone Edge, doesn't matter which one. Doesn't like to switch in though.

252 Atk Cradily Rock Slide vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Charizard Y: 436-520 (146.8 - 175%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Cradily Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Charizard Y: 588-696 (197.9 - 234.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 252+ SpD Cradily in Sun: 217-256 (69.3 - 81.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Focus Blast vs. 0 HP / 252+ SpD Cradily: 210-248 (67 - 79.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
That set is sub optimal as a whole a better set for Cradily would be;

Cradily @ Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Rock Slide
- Curse
- Earthquake
- Recover
0 Atk Cradily Rock Slide vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Charizard Y: 336-396 (113.1 - 133.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Focus blast and Fire blast still 2HKO but the damage is lowered, the main difference comes against flamwthrower which is a possible 3hko which it isnt vs your set.

I underestimated Cradily's attack a little bit, did not need to have the EVs. I'm gonna change it up a bit.

Normal Counter for Specs kingdra

Chansey @ Evoilite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Soft-Boiled
- Seismic Toss
- Thunder wave
Chansey can switch in and takes roughly 20% from rain hydro pump, this forces it out unless it wants to risk twave crippling kingdra as a sweeper, having hazards set up as it switches out, or being KO'd by seismic toss and recovery
Chansey Seismic Toss vs. 28 HP Kingdra: 100-100 (33.5 - 33.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Kingdra Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Chansey in Rain: 183-216 (28.5 - 33.6%) -- 0.2% chance to 3HKO

Dragon check.

Goodra @ Assault Vest
Ability: Gooey
EVs: 252 HP / 200 SpA / 52 SpD / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Sludge Bomb
- Fire Blast
- Muddy Water

When it's not raining, nearly every common cold-blooded Dragon-type smashes Kingdra to tiny bits, but during dark showery days... it's other way round. Goodra and healthy Multiscale Dragonite are almost only ones to actually live a strike of wrath from the king of depths and retaliate back with a mighty one-hit knockout.

252+ SpA Choice Specs Kingdra Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 52 SpD Assault Vest Goodra: 254-302 (66.1 - 78.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Kingdra Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 52 SpD Assault Vest Goodra: 118-140 (30.7 - 36.4%) -- 59.5% chance to 3HKO

Azumarill @ Assault Vest
Ability: Huge Power

Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Aqua Jet
- Knock Off
- Superpower / Waterfall

Resists every one of Kingdra's moves and OHKO's with Play Rough. Can switch into a rain boosted Hydro Pump and force Kingdra out if need be. Water also has a hard time switching into this monster.

252+ Atk Huge Power Azumarill Play Rough vs. 28 HP / 0 Def Kingdra: 372-440 (124.8 - 147.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Flying Counter - RestTalk Gyarados

(Gyarados-Mega) @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch

252+ SpA Choice Specs Kingdra Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Mega Gyarados: 169-199 (42.8 - 50.5%) -- 2% chance to 2HKO
Gyara can switch in + Kingdra can't really do anything to gyara because of draco's spa drop, and basically gives it free setup as well as stalling out rain turns.
Did your headass really just post 252/252+ spdef mega gyara, and then call it a counter. Smh the audacity.
^ and can you even call that a counter, when before mega evolving, it has a chance to get 2hko'd on the switch, and if theres rocks thats a guaranteed 2HKO.

Well anyways, Ice check:

Lapras @ Assault Vest
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Freeze Dry
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Fire]

252+ SpA Choice Specs Kingdra Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Assault Vest Lapras: 195-231 (42 - 49.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252+ SpA Lapras Freeze-Dry vs. 28 HP / 0 SpD Kingdra: 396-468 (132.8 - 157%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Kingdra can more often than not just freely spam Surf against ice monos, but with lapras, it gets forced to use Draco, and then switch out after using it when it cant 1hk0 the next mon after the SpA drop. Even then, Lapras takes a Draco, and threatens the entire mono water/dragon team back with a freeze dry.
