Team Monotype Winter Premier Finals (Won by the Sootopolis Sealeos)

I want to start by reiterating what Ticken said, thank you to everyone on the team for always putting in the necessary work to make sure we were as prepared as possible. It looks like the many hours of testing and building payed off!
This tournament was one of the best yet, and I had so much fun. One last shoutout to Vid and Decem for making sure everything ran smoothly, and to Ticken for doing a great job with the records spreadsheet.

Ticken When you asked to be my assistant manager, I couldn't have been happier. I knew that our team was gonna be great! Thank you for all the work you put into our Monothreat teams, it was a ton of fun getting to watch you build and grinding the damage calc to figure out the EVs of the Psychic team that we scrapped (LOL). Also, your organization over our team and over our discord server could not have been better. Our strengths complemented each other very well the entire season, and I am super excited to manage and get another championship with you in the future!
1 True Lycan Another great whose career was ended by Bouff, sad. I really enjoyed finally getting to team with you and witness the AAA goat in action. You had a huge part in carrying our team the whole season, and you were well worth the number one overall pick of the draft.
Pak I had seen you around in the WoA chats a ton, but we hadn't really talked at all before this MWP. It was a ton of fun getting closer with you and building and testing teams with you!
The "tour players" Star obii rozes I did not know you guys at all before this tournament, but I knew that you guys were hella good at this game. Ticken and I were able to put you guys in any of the tiers, and you would be able to dominate. Special shoutouts to star and obii for playing the attrocious tier that is Monotype LC. You three all did so well, and it was a hella good time getting to talk and test with all of you!
Shiba I know this tour didn’t go how you planned with all the haxy games and everything, but I know that you are still a great player. I was impressed how you never got down on yourself through all the shit that happened. It was fun getting to know you better, now give me my tutoring badge!
Funbot28 I had so much fun building Mono STAB with you this whole season. You were exactly the player I was looking for to fill the STAB slot on our team, and even though your record may not reflect it, I think you were easily one of the best Mono STAB players in the tournament.
Jase The World I'm sure you weren't happy with how your Ubers games turned out, but you helped so much with building our Ubers teams and Ticken and I are extremely grateful for that. Always enjoy talking with you brother!
Balto It took a little bit to get you started, but I knew that you would come around lmao. You had some super clutch wins, and it was a lot of fun watching your games. Always enjoy talking and playing with you, about time we got you a ring boss.
Vodoom We have been friends for a long time now, so it was super cool to finally be able to team with you! You were always available to test for basically every tier, and you got so many clutch wins for us. Once you can defeat your demon (Havens), I think that you could be one of the best of the new wave of players.
Bitana Biggest steal of the entire draft, easy. You got so many big wins for us, and helped prep for every single USUM game of the tournament. We were able to sub you in to any slot in the lineup, and we would always be able to count on you for a win. You are for sure one of the top up and coming players. #OnTheComeUp
The helpers GL Volkner Zukushiku TheThorn Moosical DBW You guys were here for us the entire tournament, always helping with building and testing and blessing our teams (Rossy). You guys were such a big help to us the entire season, and you were definitely part of the team.
HUGE shoutout to Leru for carrying us through the tiebreak, you are for sure the best Mono builder of this gen.
Attribute Sae Seager dhaarma Thank you to everyone who joined our server when playoffs started. You all were super helpful with team building and testing. Sorry if I missed anybody!
Also, shoutout to all the managers (except Charmflash) who worked hard to make this tournament as fun and as competitive as it was. You guys were all great.
I hope that I get to team with all of my Sealeos in the future, and I have absolutely no regrets drafting any of you. Love you all!
