Add auths like drivers, moderators and more of these things in GCs instead of only Room Host and voices

Yea, this isn't gonna happen, afaik. The reason is that the GC's aren't made to be actual rooms and are only to be casual chats with friends, so they aren't supposed to have the ranks and dynamics an actual room does.

This won't happen for a few reasons.
1. There are alot less issues for the global staff team to deal with when we don't allow staff ranks in groupchats. When groupchats allowed this (and were only createable by staff) there were alot of issues we had to deal with. Now we hardly ever run into any issues groupchat specific issues.
2. Groupchats are meant to be group PMs not mini-private rooms. Alot of groupchats in the past were used as that and as a result bypassed our requirements and vetting system for chatrooms.
Basically the rooms work fine as-is and there are issues with the old system so no this wont happen.
