NO! Seconds is the time you hit continue. you just hit a little bit later at continue. from 600 to 610 is not long.
Confirmed, only did 90 steps and I hit it.
Once again i wasn't able to hit the right frame on Giratina.
The steps i did.
Frame 866 i had 5 pokes in my party i walked 128 steps
which gives me 861-1(for Giratina) = 860
then i divided it by 2 and got 430.
I then flip the journal 430 times and ended up with a modest instead of impish.

I know, I meant it starts from when you press those buttons xP Sorry for not being clear.
Do you have a GBA game in your DS?
If so take it out or put it in. It should change u Delay.
It sometimes does that with delays.
Did you check to see what frame you landed on? Just check the IV's and Nature of it, and use that to see what frame you hit. Then ajust accordingly. Also, you may have miscounted the flips.
Yeah, it's normal. I've found that with an AR/GBA game in, it usually will stay either even or odd though.
Another frame-related problem at breeding:
I'm aiming for seed 16020279, frame 3 or 4, but only 3 or 4. Multiple frame calibrations after re-saving (=> new positions of the NPCs) told me I had frame 5 or 7, although I did take the egg fast. The question: Is it possible to get to frame 3 or 4 by re-saving or is this spread kind of "cursed"?

Why only 3 or 4? There's plenty of good breeding spreads to be found in higher frames, you just have to search for them. It'll be much easier to use journal flips to achieve one of those then to keep resaving and hope for 3 or 4.

What seed, what frame? Are you using a syncher?
You've had so many consistant (and incorrect) results that you're probably not miscounting, but just doing something wrong (like targetting a method 1 frame for a method J pokemon).
