The seconds are the time from when you press L+R+Start+Select.
And try pressing at a slower rate to increase your delay?
NO! Seconds is the time you hit continue. you just hit a little bit later at continue. from 600 to 610 is not long.

It's possible that the step counter is saved with the game (I know the step counter for hatching eggs is saved) and then reaches 128 almost immediately (within the first 22 steps), advancing by 5. Then you hit 128 again in the remaining steps up to 140. try doing about 30 steps (and the journal flips of course), then catch Cresselia and see if you hit your target.

For some reason I seem to get a mix of odd and even delays. Is that normal?
Did you check to see what frame you landed on? Just check the IV's and Nature of it, and use that to see what frame you hit. Then ajust accordingly. Also, you may have miscounted the flips.Once again i wasn't able to hit the right frame on Giratina.
The steps i did.
Frame 866 i had 5 pokes in my party i walked 128 steps
which gives me 861-1(for Giratina) = 860
then i divided it by 2 and got 430.
I then flip the journal 430 times and ended up with a modest instead of impish.
Yeah, it's normal. I've found that with an AR/GBA game in, it usually will stay either even or odd though. For some reason I seem to get a mix of odd and even delays. Is that normal?
Another frame-related problem at breeding:
I'm aiming for seed 16020279, frame 3 or 4, but only 3 or 4. Multiple frame calibrations after re-saving (=> new positions of the NPCs) told me I had frame 5 or 7, although I did take the egg fast. The question: Is it possible to get to frame 3 or 4 by re-saving or is this spread kind of "cursed"?
Thanks.
Butters, if you have a 4 digit SID it would be
0(your SID).
EX// Say it came up as 3333. In this case your SID would be 03333.
I have a 4 digit SID. When using the RNG reported, am I supposed to put _#### or ####_ ?
I'm confused, so far I haven't gotten good results with this PRNG project. I've been trying to get shiny eggs. Any type of help would be appreciated. Thanks :(
I counted right and ended with the same thing again.
22 more frames but i think i need to subtract 12 flips so i can hit my frame
Yeah, it'll go infront. It doesn't matter if you put it or not, since the next time you open up the program, it'll just show the 4.
@NPS: Don't you mean 11 flips? 22/2=11.
