Ok because I was really confused on the part where it said that 128 changes the seed by the party members
... This has what to do with DPPt?
Topic is in Evergrande.
When IV RNG abusing, when I'm saving in front of the old man to SR for IVs, does it matter if the NPCs are off or on screen? I ask this because I assume if they move off the screen it won't advance the frame.
I am still really really confused when it comes to this stuff. I'll put in everything so I can get some better help.
delay* = 652 + 96 = 748
rs = 742/60 = 12.36
p = 47.64
My usual seconds are 13 so this is still <13, so I have no idea what to do from here. I'm just going to end up with my normal delay of around 626. So would I just keep adding 26 frames until I get what I want? Because that would be fairly time consuming and largely slow and pointless. Is there a better way? I'm terrible at figuring out this kind of stuff.
Also when figuring out what frame hold what pokemon do you take the method one frame before the "actual" method J (which is method 1) frame or what is listed on the far left.
Example; I want what is listed as method 1 frame 9, but method J with a careful sync as frame 4, so do I take the last 4 digits of frame three of method 1 or frame 8 of method 1?
i thought i would try my hand at this but for some reason my range is too wide to use(627-646) all 14 second from the the minute i SR on the same time and date SO is there anyway to try and narrow this down to a more workable number
I gotta figure out IV breeding so I've been looking around, and I need to get things straight since it seems my answers from before were ignored
1.When do you start counting the delay, as soon as the year/copywright screen appears, or on the black screen BEFORE the said screen?
Generally it does not matter since you should be going for things with delays found during calibration, especially if you are new at doing this. There are guides to using emloop on the first page, though.
2.Since it seems possible, can you instead use emloop to just count the delay for IV breeding instead of for legendaries?(Though it might be hard to figure out the frame, and I'll just compensate for that)
Not really for the frame, no. It's pretty inconsistent. You can certainly experiment, but I would stick with the guide for now.
3.I use x2 speed in place of any hatch related codes, will this affect my frame much(p.s. I'm in Solaceon)
Yes, it's going to make it that much harder.
4. I need a double confirm that hatching the egg before I catch the pokemon is okay for the calibration phase
No you should not do this because if the frame gets too high then you cannot get the initial seed.
Thanks guys!
Hey y'all, just thought I'd vent here.
I've been having really shitty luck with IV RNG abusing for eggs. I've hit the delay and target time spot on 3 times now - awesome; great!
Well, in my frame calibration I either landed on frame 2 or 3, so I figured I'd take a chance. I found a nice spread for frame 3, but lord behold; I landed on frame 2 instead...
Okay...frame 2...I then search for an ideal spread on frame 2. Great; I hit my delay and target time again! FUCK! Frame 3 - come on...
I'm gonna try frame 2 again because I'm having bad luck with switching...aww come on it's frame 3!
Right now I'm attempting my fourth try...wish me luck with my frame.
For IVs yes, but the nature uses a separate and largely unknown RNG call. So you have to abuse it as you would a normal legend and just have to fluke the nature.Forgive me for asking, but is the Wondercard system actually cracked this time? Or am I just seeing stuff? Pleas tell me I'm not dreaming and that I could get a perfect HP Fire Skymin. Or should I go w/Ice instead? I mean, really?
Find a spread in method 1 and change the clock, hit you delay to hit your seed and then do your flips and hope that you get the correct nature as any nature will be random on wondercard pokemon.So I have to do the same flips and such to get the right Nature?
So my journal didn't open up the first time so I had to go into my Key Items and open it up from there. Is that a goo thing (for Wondercard)?If you are fast enough and can open the journal up before any NPCs move then that is fine, but it is easier if it pops up at the start of the game. The only problem is that you will have to do the flips every time and just hope you hit your seed. There is no way to check your seed without having NPCs move around.
2. If I had to do 256 flips and had 3 days where I had defeated a Pokemon, do I just cycle through days passing each one? My first page (today) has a Caught Sableye.Yes just cycle through. Remember that when you open it up that counts as a flip.
C. And when I have finished the flipping, I can not press B to close the journal, I have to press Start, right? You could press B as long as it's your last page, but otherwise press start.
