[SET COMMENTS]

Mr. Rime has a small niche as a spinner with its unique good offensive typing and access to Slack Off, which lets it heal against more passive Pokemon, like Toxapex. Despite that, its own bulk isn't as amazing as it would desire it to be and its Ice / Psychic typing isn't that good defensively. If it loses its item, coming in to spin away entry hazards is going to be quite difficult due to the fact that it takes a lot of damage just to remove them. Freeze-Dry is a solid STAB move that lets Mr. Rime OHKO Gyarados, Dracovish, Pelipper, and physically defensive Seismitoad. Psychic should be used for the fourth move, since it lets it hit Toxapex and Rotom-H harder and punishes Electric Seed Hawlucha if it tries to set up on it. Encore helps Mr. Rime against some bulky Pokemon, like Toxapex, Corviknight, and Grimmsnarl, and gives a free switch into one of its teammates after spinning, especially Pokemon like Hydreigon that can set up freely afterwards.

Heavy-Duty Boots is the preferred item, since it allows Mr. Rime to come in more freely to spin the entry hazards away without taking any residual damage. Screen Cleaner should be used in all cases in order to remove the opposing Reflect, Light Screen, and Aurora Veil when coming in, unless you are running a Snow Warning teammate. The 36 Speed EVs let Mr. Rime outspeed 0 Speed Seismitoad, while the 8 Special Attack EVs ensure the OHKO on Seismitoad and Gyarados with Freeze-Dry; the rest is thrown into HP and Defense to improve its physical bulk with a Bold nature to go along with it.

Hydreigon is a great partner for Mr. Rime because it can come into bulky Ghost-type Pokemon like Galarian Corsola, Jellicent, and non-Close Combat Aegislash and set up on them quite freely. Defensive Clefable, Corviknight, and Tyranitar are also good partners for Mr. Rime, as they can check threats to it. Pokemon that appreciate the entry hazards being removed when they are not using Heavy-Duty Boots themselves, like Rotom-H, Togekiss, Gyarados, and Galarian Darmanitan are also good team options, with the added benefit of providing offensive pressure.

i mean they both fuckin suck but wouldn't eviolite mr. mime galar be better than this? quite a bit better defenses for 60 hp, although not having boots really sucks I guess (?)
MM Galar might end up being better in doubles formats because of its speed tier, but it lacks recovery right now which is detrimental to its use in singles esp when considering the lack of boots

Mr. Rime has a small niche as a spinner with its unique good offensive typing and access to Slack Off, which lets it heal against more passive Pokemon, like Toxapex and Ferrothorn. Freeze-Dry lets it OHKO physically defensive Seismitoad, Dracovish, Gyarados and Pelipper, while providing a solid STAB move. Psychic should be used over the other options for the fourth move, since it lets it hit Physically Defensive Toxapex, Rotom-Head harder and punish Electric Seed Hawlucha if it tries to setup on it. Psyshock, on the other hand, helps it with Specially Defensive Toxapex. Encore helps it against some bulky Pokemon, like Toxapex, Corviknight and Grimmsnarl and give a free switch in to one of its teammates after spinning.
Heavy-Duty Boots is the preferred item since it allows it to come in more freely to spin the hazards away without taking any residual damage. Screen Cleaner should be used in all cases, to remove also the screens of your opponent when coming in, unless running a Snow Warning teammate. The 36 Speed EVs lets it outspeed 0 Speed Seismitoad, and the 8 Special Attack EVs, ensure the OHKO on Seismitoad and Gyarados with Freeze-Dry, the rest is thrown in HP and Defense to improve its physical bulk with a Bold nature to go along with it.

Hydreigon is a great partner for Mr. Rime because it can come in bulky Ghost-Type Pokemon like Corsola-Galar, Jellicent and Aegislash and setup on them quite freely. Defensive checks of Mr. Rime's threats, like Defensive Clefable, Corviknight and Tyranitar also help it take hits that Mr. Rime could not do. Pokemon that appreciate the hazards away when they are not using Heavy-Duty Boots themselves, like Rotom-Heat, Togekiss, Gyarados and Darmanitan-Galar are also good team options while also providing offensive pressure.

Really nice job. Nitpicks:
Unslash Psyshock, it does negligibly more damage to spdef pex than Psychic. I prefer Encore as the first slash to give teammates like Hydreigon setup opportunities and to give more free switches out, but as long as Dynamaxing is around you can stick with Psychic as the front-slash if you'd like

I wouldn't highlight Ferrothorn in the Slack Off section since it can usually beat Rime.

Specify non-Close Combat Aegislash

Flesh out why it's not too great at the start, the tone of this analysis is too positive compared to Mr. Rime's viability, tag me when you're done doing that and I'll qc check it xJoelituh
