Approved /ms parameter for moves that trap the opponent indefinitely (Block, Mean Look)

I am aware that we currently have the "trap" parameter but that command only shows moves that temporarily trap the opponent and damage them per turn, which is quite different from moves that trap indefinitely.

The parameter itself could be called "Lock" or something similar
