If I had a male Gengar that knows Fire Punch, and a female muk that knows Fire Punch, will the new Grimer, since both Gengar and Muk have Fire Punch, learn Fire Punch as well in D/P?

No, Fire Punch is not an egg move for Grimer/Muk so it cannot learn it that way. The only way to get a Grimer/Muk with Fire Punch is with the Emerald Tutor.

You're thinking of level up moves, not tutor moves . . .

For instance, a baby shroomish can be born with spore if both of its parents knew spore (since spore is a level up move). BUT tutor only moves are impossible to pass through breeding NO MATTER WHAT (otherwise, we'd have poison heal + thunderpunch breloom) :/
