Guys my phone was lagging,i tried to join the battle many times,when i joined the battle,orch turned the timer on,and i lost due to timer,here is the replay:http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ubers-104672949
there is nothing to be sorted out. I spoke to orch and he put on timer the instant the match started. that his opponent used a mobile device unable to display the timer is not orchs fault. then his opponent proceeded to time out, not disconnect, and then time out- which rules out the possibility of a disconnection. lag time out =/= disconnecting meaning it was entirely the time outed player's fault for using a mobile device/had much lag/didn't ask for time to be turned off.
according to the usual time out rules: "A true timeout defaults to a loss, while the DC timeout is prone to the DC rules (did you submit or not)."
this must be interpreted as a true time out, therefore orch wins.

Unless orch is willing to throw away the win and do another game since recreating the battle is impossible without an impartial third party knowing both teams................. The match would be deemed as orch's win according to standard tour rules.
Anyways, I would like to request for next round that the rules are either something that you would want to use together but can't (like you have to use deo s, you can't use ekiller, or something similar) or that the thing you have to use is cool and underused, like greninja, aggron, etc. it's no big deal but it would be a lot more interesting and people would actually have to build teams, instead of just using old ones
Should be facing Namikaze tonight, as we scheduled last friday. Consider this post an activity "deposit" in case he doesn't show.
He will, we spoke about it earlier this morning and said that he will battle later in the day.
Played piss poor in the opening & underestimated Namikaze's sets, but I guess I can't really complain about a reasonably clean loss :p
