To be frank, the Pokemon and movesets on your team are outclassed or unoptimal, such as Glastrier being a poor Trick Room attacker and Indeedee not carrying Follow Me. I would recommend looking at the Viability Rankings thread (and the sets linked there) to get a better idea of what's viable.
