My First 5th Generation OU Team

This is my first 5th Generation OU Team. I had stopped playing Pokemon competitively for a while during 4th Gen but the release of Pokemon Black and White had sparked my interest of getting into competitive battling again. This is a team that I made while I had some spare time and it has been doing surprisingly well in battles. Well without further ado, this is my team:

Volcarona@Life Orb
Ability: Flame Body
Ev's: 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed / 4 Hp
Nature: Timid
-Quiver Dance
-Fiery Dance
-Bug Buzz
-Psychic

Volcarona is the superstar of my whole team. After it's most dangerous counter's have been taken care of, it can come in on something that can't harm it at all such as Ferrothorn and then set up a Quiver Dance on the switch and proceed to sweep. Fiery Dance is my STAB choice because it is more reliable than Fire Blast and has a great side effect which would make it more powerful than Flamethrower. Bug Buzz is it's secondary STAB. I have been using Psychic as my last coverage move over Hidden Power Rock or Ground. I have noticed that it has been quite helpful dealing with Fighting types such as Conkeldurr and Mienshao. The Ev's maximize Volcarona's sweeping capabilities and Life Orb provides that extra bit of power.

Forretress@Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Ev's: 252 Hp / 252 Defense / 4 Attack
Nature: Relaxed
-Gyro Ball
-Stealth Rock
-Spikes
-Rapid Spin

Since Volcarona has such a crippling weakness to Stealth Rock, I decided to add the King of Entry Hazards onto my team. It can set up Stealth Rocks at the minimum due to Sturdy but if played correctly, it can setup all of it's hazards. Rapid Spin gets rid of opposing entry hazards and Gyro Ball is a STAB attack that can hit for good damage due to it's low speed. I chose to maximize it's Hp and Defense because I don't need it to take Special Attacks so adding Special Defense ev's to it was unnecessary in my eyes. Relaxed natures boosts both it's Defense and the power of Gyro Ball.

Dugtrio@Choice Band
Ability: Arena Trap
Ev's: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 Hp
Nature: Jolly
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Sucker Punch
-Shadow Claw

Now I know that some of you might think "What in the world is a Dugtrio doing on an OU Team?" but it actually is a really good revenge killer. It can easily take out some big threats such as Terrakion and Heatran. When one of my Pokemon die, I can send in Dugtrio to outspeed the opponent and clean up the mess. Earthquake is it's powerful STAB move and Stone Edge completes the EdgeQuake combination. Sucker Punch is for priority and Shadow Claw is to kill Psychic and Ghost types that are slower than Dugtrio and have no priority moves. The Ev's maximize it's Attack and Speed and the Choice Band gives it some good power because Dugtrio's base 85 Attack is not something you would call frightening.

Gastrodon@Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
Ev's: 252 Special Attack / 124 Hp / 132 Special Defense
Nature: Calm
-Earthpower
-Ice Beam
-Toxic
-Recover

Gastrodon is a Special Wall of sorts and an excellent counter to Drizzle teams. I can bring Gastrodon in against almost any Special Attacker or Water type and proceed to either poison it or attack with a STAB Earth Power. I chose Ice Beam over Scald because Scald sort of contradicts Toxic. Recover is to heal off any damage taken. I chose this Ev spread because I wanted Gastrodon to be a bit more powerful and not to become completely setup bait for other Pokemon. Gastrodon also completely walls Rotom-W which are very common.

Salamence@Life Orb
Ability: Moxie
Ev's: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 Hp
Nature: Jolly
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Dragon Dance

Salamence is the physical sweeper of my team. I chose Moxie as it's ability because it really helps sweep teams. I chose Dragon Claw because Outrage is illegal with Moxie. Dragon Claw still does a decent amount of damage though. Earthquake and Stone Edge are 2 coverage moves that can kill a wide range of threats. Dragon Dance is to set up a sweep against something that can harm it or cripple it with Thunder Wave or Will-O-Wisp. The Ev's are pretty basic for a physical sweeper.

Rotom-W@Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Ev's: 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed / 4 Hp
Nature: Timid
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Trick
-Hidden Power Fire

Rotom-W is in my team because I thought that it rounds out my team. It is a very effective scouter and can take out every weather setter (Ninetales, Tyranitar, Politoed, Abomasnow) and it also gives more coverage on all of Volcarona's weaknesses. It can also be an effective revenge killer as well. Volt Switch is for scouting and Hydro Pump is a powerful STAB attack. Trick is used to severly cripple dedicated walls and setup sweepers. Hidden Power Fire is to take care of it's grass weakness.

Possible Changes:
-I am thinking about replacing Volcarona's Life Orb with Leftovers to give it some extra Hp. I don't think the extra power of Life Orb would be noticed because of Quiver Dance.
-I might replace Salamence's Life Orb with a Lum Berry just in case it gets in the way of an incoming Thunder Wave, Will-O-Wisp, or Scald.

Threats:
-Hydration Vaporeon seems to semi-wall my team because it can take special electric attacks with ease and proceed to Toxic or Scald everything on my team. It can then Rest off any damage it has taken and get rid of it's sleep status with Hydration.

I have worked really hard on this team and making this thread. I would really appreciate it if anybody could give some constructive criticism and advice so that I can make my team better. Thanks.

Replace Psychic on Volcarona with HP Rock or Ground. Rock is for other Fire-types who can somehow wall you. It also helps against Dragonites who utterly wall Volcarona's dual STAB. Ground is especially for Heatran who walls all Volcarona sets without it. Also helps against some Fire-types. On Salamence, I'll just correct you. Outrage is legal with Moxie. In PO, it is not yet legal but soon to be. But the combination of Dragon Dance + Outrage + Moxie is illegal everywhere. Also, replace Stone Edge with Fire Blast and change the nature to Naive or Hasty. The only type resisting Dragon is Steel anyway so Stone Edge is not needed.
