My First OU Team

I'm pretty new to wifi battling and this is the first OU team I have built I have lost matches but that is mainly because of over predicting. Anyways, any advice is greatly appreciated.

Gastrodon (F) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Storm Drain
EVs: 240 HP / 252 SAtk / 16 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Surf
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Grass]

I use Gastrodon as a threat because she can take on many pokemon in the OU tier. Sadly the Choice Specs can backfire at times and force me to switch out.

Mankey (Infernape) (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Overheat
- Close Combat
- Grass Knot
- Mach Punch

My powerhouse. I usually save him for a closer because I know he has enough power to take on most threats.

Fetus (Reuniclus) (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 192 HP / 64 Def / 252 SAtk
Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
- Trick Room
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Psyshock

My surprise sweeper. Once I get trick room up I can deal with most pokemon, but if I don't have time to get a trick room then things often become difficult for me.

Tire (Donphan) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Toxic

My Rocker and Spinner. He has taken stab scalds before and lived with over half health so he has proven to be pretty bulky.

Xbox 720 (Metagross) @ Life Orb
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 52 HP / 252 Atk / 204 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Agility
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch

Possibly my wall for this team. He hits hard and can take hits pretty darn well as well. Even with the EV spread he still seems to be pretty slow so Agility helps out in that department as I usually get a free one up when he enters the battle

Celebrity (Celebi) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Recover
- Leech Seed

I typically use Celebi in a variety of roles. Either stalling pokemon or dealing out heavy damage with HP which people don't seem to expect.

There really isn't much strategy I have. I lead with Donphan, gets my rocks up and just go from there. Sorry if I didn't write this very well as if is my first time.

I'm not really sure what else I should add to the description. I basically put what each pokemon does on my team? Should I talk about the IV spreads or somethings?

Expand on their jobs, explain why you picked the moves (even if it is obvious), add which team members benefit from their inclusion, and mention their weaknesses. Follow that formula and you never have to worry about being to short on the RMT.
