My First RMT(OU)

Okay, first things first. This is my first RMT so i can only base mine on how other people do theirs. Can't seem to put on the sprites though. Thanks for any help that is given.

Bold things are questioned, though suggestion for anything is fine(I am open to different pokemon as well)

Italics will be the new move/anything in question.

At this point I would like to mention I like to be random and that might be the reason for some of these less used or altered sets.

Lucario@Choice Specs/SD Lucario(Trying it out)
Nature: Modest
Ability: Steadfast
4 Def/252 Spe/252 SpA
  • Aura Sphere
  • Vacuum Wave
  • Dragon Pulse
  • Shadow Ball
Standard SpecsCario but with the Dragon Pulse variation. Dragon Pulse currently works fine but I might switch it out for something else. No ideas yet. Fine as my lead and a late game sweeper if it survives to then. I was wondering if I should carry HP Ice or Ground on Luke.(Note: Currently trying SDCario due to lack of physical attackers)

Starmie@Leftovers
Nature: Timid
Ability: Natural Cure
156 Hp/216 Spe/136 Def
  • Rapid Spin
  • Thunderbolt
  • Ice Beam
  • Recover
My Rapidspinner but with Ice Beam instead of Thunderbolt. Ice Beam works fairly well but is still up for dispute. Also works as a fairly good sweeper depending on the situation. Starmie currently can wall things fairly well right now with Recover. I also would like some comment on the EV spread and if the SpA should be transferred to Def.(Done)

Yanmega@Focus Sash/Flinch Togekiss

Nature: Modest
Ability: Speed Boost
4 Def/252 Spe/252 SpA
  • Bug Buzz
  • Air Cutter
  • Hypnosis
  • Protect
The Standard Yanmega. Picked more for awesomeness and less for coverage. It doesn't lead but it is another special sweeper. Protect to scout and speed up and then Hypnosis with its 40~90 accuracy.(Known to miss up to 3 times and hit very often too) Yanmega can stall like it should but I like it for a sweeper. This spot is a filler but is doing fine. Replacements are welcome.(Currently changed to Togekiss)

Tyranitar@Choice Specs
Nature: Quiet
Ability: Sand Stream
176Hp/80 Spe/ 252 SpA
  • Ice Beam
  • Thunderbolt
  • Superpower
  • Dark Pulse
This Tyranitar is nice for suprising when you smack someone in the face with Ice Beam for an OHKO. Dark Pulse for STAB, another special sweeper. It had Focus Punch but was recently changed to Superpower.

Salamence@Life Orb
Nature: Rash
Ability: Intimidate
120 Atk/136 Spe/252 SpA
  • Drago Meteor
  • Fire Blast
  • Roost
  • Brick Break
Nothing like a good Mixmence for DM for the kill and then staying in for another with Brick Break. Also a nice change from special sweepers and also good for killing a certain fat pink *Censored for you viewing pleasure* I have no problems with Salamence, except for the accuracy vs. power dispute on Fire Blast over Flamethrower and that's my choice.

Dugtrio@Life Orb
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Arena Trap
252 Atk/252 Spe/4 SpD
  • Earthquake
  • Stone Edge
  • Aerial Ace
  • Sucker Punch
The Revenge killer and only pure physical sweeper/attacker on my team.
It has priority with its Sucker Punch and is good for switching in on a weakened pokemon and then suprising them.

Wrap it up time
I like this team but it could do better. Open to any suggestions of any kind. I need help mostly based on how my team is overall which is why I need help on certain moves.
I would just like to put in that the win ratio is ~65%
Thanks guys (and girls :toast:)

Edit: OK I've made some changes&trying them out.More suggestions are still welcome.

CHoice specs tyranitar is on smogon dex lol, but different evset, u may want to go there and check out the other sets. I dislike the fact that the only pure attacker you have is dugtrio >.<. Switching either tyranitar or salamence or even both to physical is a nice idea. You could go for leadtar, have a mixmence and have a SDluke. The thing is, you need a pure physical attacker unless you are going for stall.

So consider changing them around. Specsluke and specsttar doesnt sound like a good pair.

Lucario@Choice Specs
Nature: Modest
Ability: Steadfast
4 Def/252 Spe/252 SpA
  • Aura Sphere
  • Vacuum Wave
  • Dragon Pulse
  • Shadow Ball
Standard SpecsCario but with the Dragon Pulse variation. Dragon Pulse currently works fine but I might switch it out for something else. No ideas yet. Fine as my lead and a late game sweeper if it survives to then. I was wondering if I should carry HP Ice or Ground on Luke.

No need for HP Ice if you are using Dragon Pulse and HP ground would only be really useful, (for a lead pokemon) on heatran or Metagross. Heatran gets destroyed by aura shpere, HP ground could work for metagross but you already hit him neutrally and there is not much room for it on this set.

Starmie@Leftovers
Nature: Timid
Ability: Natural Cure
160 Hp/216 Spe/132 SpA
  • Rapid Spin
  • Surf
  • Ice Beam
  • Recover
My Rapidspinner but with Ice Beam instead of Thunderbolt. Ice Beam works fairly well but is still up for dispute. Also works as a fairly good sweeper depending on the situation. Starmie currently can wall things fairly well right now with Recover. I also would like some comment on the EV spread and if the SpA should be transferred to Def.

For the Evs. definetaly move the SAtk to Defense. You want bulk over power for this starmie set. If you wantd special attack power you might as well go with the offensive set.

Yanmega@Focus Sash
Nature: Modest
Ability: Speed Boost
4 Def/252 Spe/252 SpA
  • Bug Buzz
  • Air Cutter
  • Hypnosis
  • Protect
The Standard Yanmega. Picked more for awesomeness and less for coverage. It doesn't lead but it is another special sweeper. Protect to scout and speed up and then Hypnosis with its 40~90 accuracy.(Known to miss up to 3 times and hit very often too) Yanmega can stall like it should but I like it for a sweeper. In not too sure but try Togekiss. It seems to fit in better.

Flinch Togekiss @ Leftovers
Calm
252 HP / 6 Def / 252 SpD
  • Thunderwave
  • Air Slash
  • Roost
  • Aura Shpere
Very annoying and useful set.

Tyranitar@Choice Specs
Nature: Quiet
Ability: Sand Stream
252 Hp/4 Spe/ 252 SpA
  • Ice Beam
  • Thunderbolt
  • Superpower(was Focus Punch)
  • Dark Pulse
This Tyranitar is nice for suprising when you smack someone in the face with Ice Beam for an OHKO. Dark Pulse for STAB, another special sweeper. It had Focus Punch but was recently changed to Superpower. I'm hoping for an opinion on this, Focus Punch >Superpower? Or Earth Power or HP Grass?

Definately superpower, I used to use Specs Tyranitar and Superpower was more useful than anything else.

I would go all physical for this set, Try this selemence, the specially defensive sweeper:

Salemence @ Leftovers
Adamant
236 HP / 64 Atk / 116 SpD / 92 Spe
  • Dragon Claw
  • Dragon Dance
  • Earthquake
  • Roost
This guy can set up much easier then the normal set and he gives you team another strong phyical attacker. Remember, this guy can do plenty of damagw wihhout bosting.

Dugtrio@Life Orb
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Arena Trap
252 Atk/252 Spe/4 SpD
  • Earthquake
  • Stone Edge
  • Aerial Ace/Pursuit
  • Sucker Punch
The Revenge killer and only pure physical sweeper/attacker on my team.
It has priority with its Sucker Punch and is good for switching in on a weakened pokemon and then suprising them. Works better than Luke's Vacuum Wave for speed killing. I need an opinion on Aerial Ace as it doesn't do much.

He's fine, keep areal ace though, it might not seem useful but can be extremely useful in key situations, so keep with it.

Thanks guys (and girls :toast:)

PS, you can work around this but your team does have 3 grass weaknesses. Thats one reason why I suggested Togekiss, to deal with grassers.

Hmm...
Use Air-slash on Yanmega over Air cutter, for the flinchrate.
How' bout Yanmega as Lead?

And you have problems with DD-Gyara, put Thunderbolt over Surf or Icebeam.

Kay changes are up.
Using SDLuke(thanks vGX)
Trying Togekiss(thanks to Overcast2020)
and trying new set on Starmie(thanks to Banasplit for the idea)
