I know a sandstorm team doesn't need all pokemon immune to sandstorm, so any suggestions on what to replace?

You cannot have a dragon dancer with choice scarf, because it will lock you into one move...

also, Gliscor wants Leichi berry to raise attack after a rock polish, because then you can deal massive damage fast. I would use waterfall on relicanth so you don't miss, and when speed is being passed to it it can use the flinches. Gliscor wants Roost over taunt, to use as a defensive wall. This team is very weak to garchomp or DDmence/nite, with 4 pokemon weak to Earthquake and one weak to Dragon. Also, not all pokemon on a sandstorm team need to be rock/ground/steel

Damn, I'm retarted haha. So i'll switch Choice Scarf with Life Orb, Liechi over Salac and Roost instead of Taunt. I'm a high risk high reward kinda guy so I'm keeping Aqua Tail. I'm thinking of switching out one of my pokemon for Mixape counter, but which one?

A Sandstorm team dosen't consist of 6 Pokemon that resist Sandstorm.

Natures, EVs, Movesets, and Items: Tyranitar wants to be Hasty with enough speed to beat Starmie, 42 SpAtk, and the rest dumped in Attack. The moveset should be Ice Beam, Pursuit, Crunch, and Earthquake. By the way, keep the Scarf.

Garchomp wants a Salac berry. 7% more in evasion? Forget it. It's not going to help at all. On the other hand, Salac Berry lets you beat threats that would normaly outspeed it and still keep the sick power of Garchomp.

Relicanth wants 188 HP / 252 Atk / 64 Spd instead. It only needs enough to break Skarmory.

Gliscor does not want Salac Berry. It needs Leftovers for survivaillity so that it can counter stuff like Lucario. Forget about Jolly, use Impish with 252 HP / 180 Def / 76 Spd to outspeed Jolly Tyranitar and EQ it to death. The moveset should be Roost / EQ / Ice Fang / Stealth Rock for survivabillity and support.

Lucario wants HP Ice if you can get it, though since this is Wi-Fi, Dragon Pulse if fine.

Empoleon needs Surf for Grounds and stuff. Scrap Stealth Rock for Surf.

Type Weakness: 4 of your Pokemon are weak to Fighting while you only have 1 resist. You have 4 Ground weaks and only one resist too. You have all the type weaknesses that Grounds, Steels, and Rock Pokemon have.

Threats: Any hard special sweeper with Nasty Plot destroys this team to an extent; especially if Empoleon is weakened. Deoxys-e absolutely destroys this team. SubSalac Garchomp will try and set up on Lucario and can poseess and huge threat to this team. You have a huge Mixape weak as it can OHKO all of your Pokemon. Gyarados also can 6-0 this team. Ice Punch Resttalk Machamp hurts this team extremely badly too. Swords Dance Scizor with Iron Head likes setting up on Gliscor and proceeding to sweep. Heracross will love this team so bad that it will sweep you 6-0 too. Really, almost any sweeper can sweep this team.

How to fix your problems: Before we start, ditch Relicanth and Empoleon; they're useless. Let's add Mespirit first, use Psychic/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt/U-Turn. You can cover Gyarados, Deoxys-e, Machamp, Heracross (to an extent), Garchomp, and Mixape. Then, let's add Vaporeon as Wish support and help cover the rest of your threats. Now, replace Lucario for Heatran for revenge killing stuff like Metagross.

Sounds great, however finding the right natured Mesprit and Heatran may be diffucult. Any other opinions/suggestions?

Tyranitar shouldn't use LO, the only thing you will be pushing for a 2HKO on with it is Swampert, which is why I suggest Black Glasses over LO. You still 2HKO Swampert with Crunch, soo yeah. Also Jolly over Adamant for every reason. You can always DD later to raise your attack, but being outsped and killed is a poor reason not to sweep.

BTW, you are Weavile weak. No smart player is going to let their Weavile die to a Lucario, knowing just about 90% of them run a priority move in Vacuum Wave or Bullet Punch. Get yourself a Forretress to spin and wall Weavile.

Life orb on Relicanth if you are planning on sweeping after a rock polish, you need the versatility to change attacks
