thats what ive got so far. I went along the lines of using the pokes you like and doing best to cover their weaknesses. Trying to go for an offensive style while using pokes i like.

just a couple of tips.
Tell us why you used these pokemon and why they have those moves. If you take a look at other RMTs you will see about a paragraph per Pokemon.
Also, add pictures because noone wants to read a wall of text.
Fix it up or else you might end up with an infraction instead of advice.

Hi, nice team, but you have several weakness to common Pokes.

Choice Scarf Terrakion: Terrakion can OHKO just about every Poke on this team, even Dragonite, if Rocks are in play. Which brings me to my next point, this team is weak to Stealth Rocks, and without a spinner Dragonite's Multiscale is useless. Since you team has strong offensive momentum, Starmie is probably the best choice as a spinner. Gyarados seems like the weakest link, and Starmie can preform a similar role, so switch out Gyarados. Now that rocks can be removed, Dragonite and Politoed, are now a 2HKO and either one of them can dispose of Terrakion.

Volcarona: Not as much of a threat as Terrakion, but he can still cause problems. Since Volcarona is almost always run on sun teams, you have to assume that sun will be up when he is out. Volcarona can come in against Magnezone and Toxicroak and start to set up, then procede with the sweep. This isn't too much of a problem with Dragonite still in play, but switching Spikes to Stealth Rock would be great for decimating Volcarona, and sun teams in general.

Offensive Improvements: Roar on Dragonite is completely outclassed by Dragon Tail, which does the same function, but does a nice bit of damage. Since it is repetitive to have two of the same type attacking move on anything, Dragon Tail should either replace Outrage, or be dropped for a coverage move like Earthquake or better, a priority move like Extremespeed. Magnezone should have Thunder instead of Thunderbolt, since this is a Rain team. Focus Blast could also be replaced with something like Toxic or Perish Song, that will help you win the stall war, and will actually place more pressure on your opponent. Hydro Pump has horrid accuracy, so it is completely unreliable. Politoed should have Surf, since it is the only powerful and reliable STAB available to Politoed. It wouldn't hurt to have Jolly nature on Toxicroak either, since attack can be boosted, but the speed stat will be static, and Toxicroak needs the sweeping ability.

Spreads:

Starmie @ Life Orb
252 Spe/252 Sp.Atk/4 Hp
Timid
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Thunder
-Rapid Spin

Play around with this spread, and try to make it as offensive as possible, keeping pressure on your opponent. Bolt Beam has great coverage, so thats a good start, and I find Surf much more reliable than Hydro Pump, but its yours to test.

Good Luck, lemoncoolers
