My First RMT!

Hello everyone, I'm new, and I want to ask your advice on this team, but I also, in being new to this, have a list of my favorite Pokemon and am looking for assistance in creating/generating balanced teams from that list, so this post's goals are twofold: 1. RMT, and 2. A request for help with that list and generating some teams from that list. I would really appreciate your input!

Swampert (M) @ Rindo Berry
Ability: Damp
Level: 50
EVs: 220 HP / 252 Def / 36 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Liquidation
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch

I chose it because of its electric immunity and use of entry hazards. The EV spread is designed to take advantage of its bulk and use it as a physical setup defender. Ice punch for coverage, earthquake for ground coverage and STAB, and liquidation for STAB.

Dragonite (F)
Ability: Multiscale
Level: 50
EVs: 244 HP / 12 Def / 4 SpA / 244 SpD / 4 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Air Slash
- Ice Beam
- Flamethrower
- Roost

The EV spread capitalizes on Dnite's high SpD stat and it serves as a nice complement to Swampert's physical defense. Icebeam and Flamethrower for dragon/ice pokemon coverage; roost for sure recovery move. Dnite is one of my favorite pokemon


Charizard (M)
Ability: Solar Power
Level: 50
Gigantamax: Yes
EVs: 100 Def / 204 SpA / 204 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Scorching Sands
- Air Slash
- Solar Beam

Charizard is my special sweeper and G MAX pokemon in this set, and serves as an additional protection against ground type moves so swampert can use Equake safely. He also covers Swampert's 4x grass weakness. The EV spread gives him a little defense bulk to help against water attacks and low defense stat. Solar beam and scorching sands for coverage, fire blast/air slash for STAB.

Lucario
Ability: Justified
Level: 50
EVs: 128 Atk / 252 Def / 128 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Meteor Mash
- High Jump Kick
- Ice Punch
- Blaze Kick

Lucario's EV spread is meant to give it some survivability and surprise my adversaries. Meteor mash/HJK for STAB and destruction, blaze kick for coverage against grass types again and ice punch to cover Lucario's ground weakness.

Gardevoir (F) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Synchronize
Level: 50
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 128 SpA / 252 SpD / 12 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Moonblast
- Energy Ball
- Shadow Ball

Gardevoir is another one of my fav's, and is the special defender/sweeper of the set, EV"s to take advantage of it's already high SpD. Shadow ball for ghost coverage, energy ball for coverage, psychic and moonblast STAB's.

Magnezone
Ability: Analytic
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Flash Cannon
- Body Press
- Volt Switch

Finally Magnezone for his incredible set of resistances and defensive bulk. Body press takes advantage of its high defense stat to crush Ferrothorn and other steel types, Volt Switch for scouting, thunderbolt and flash cannon for reliable STAB. EV"s and ability meant to be low speed for Analytic and to give him survivability in battle as special tank.
