I'm still pretty n00bish but This is my newest team idea

Porygon-Z
Ability:Download
Item:Choice Scarf
Nature: Timid
EVs: 6HP | 252Sp.Atk | 252Spd
- Tri-Attack

- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse/Hidden Power[Fight]

Genaral Sweeper, Download Has the chance of giving me a Sp.Atk stat of 553 and my speed is already at 459 with Scarf.
Standard Attack give quite nice coverage, HP[Fight] is for Magnezone who resists all of these attacks but you rarely see him as a lead so Dark Pulse can be used there. Dark pulse over Shadow ball, They will just switch in a normal type and flinch rate with high speed can be useful.

Scizor
Ability: Technician
Item: Choice Band
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 140HP | 252Atk | 118Sp.Def
- Bullet Punch
- Pursuit
- X-Scissor
- SuperPower

Switch In and kill pokémon, Bullet Punch for Priority and STAB Pursuit to stop Celebi and other things form running.
SuperPower is just for killing Mamoswine,Blissey(if it stays in),Almost anything that has a weakness to it.
And X-Scissor is reliable Bug STAB.
Huge Attack stat increased by Choice Band and Then a Priority move that gets STAB and technician.

Weavile
Item:Focus Sash/Life Orb
Nature:Jolly
EVs: 6HP | 252Atk | 252Spd
- Swords Dance
- Night Slash
- Brick Break
- Ice Shard

Focus Sash won't be as useful if Stealth rock/spikes or a sandstorm is going but it could be useful, Life orb just gives a huge boost in power.
Ice shard is better since DDSlamence may become very popular since it has just been given Outrage.
Other than that it is a standard Weavile.

Suicune
Item: Leftovers/Sitrus Berry
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252HP | 252Def | 6Sp.Def
- Calm Mind
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Toxic

I couldn't get HP[Electric] so I just put Toxic there which will help take any Walls or bulky pokemon Suicune can't take unless its empoleon which resists everything it has.
Standard Max Def Max HP and calm mind suicune.

Salamence
Item: Yache Berry/Life Orb/Persim Berry (the one that snaps out of confusion)
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 6HP | 252Atk | 252Spd
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide

After a Dragon Dance his speed is 448 and his attack is 607
This is a lethal sweeper.
After that Dragon Dance Ourage kills almost anything in 2Hits or less.
Earthquake is for coverage and Rock Slide hits Skarm Neutral as well as killing double rock weakness flyers quickly.

Blissey
Ability: Natural Cure
Item: Leftovers/Chople Berry
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252HP | 252Def | 6Sp.Def
- SoftBoiled
- Counter
- Flamethrower/Ice Beam/Seismic Toss
- Toxic/Stealth Rock

Wall. Counter can be a suprise to alot of people. I didn't want a predictble Blissey so Counter Helps me do that.
A Jolly weaviles Brick Break will only do around half damage to blissey even if it is life orbed. Swamperts Earthquake will on Cursepert sets 4HK0 Blissey with out getting a curse in.
Blissey can be oddly defensive on the Physicl side purely becasue oft he huge HP.
Flamethrower if toxic is chosen, Stell types Can't be poisoned.
Ice Beam for General use, Seismic Toss just Takes 100HP of them but dosen't hit ghosts and Counter dosen't either.
Stealth Rock is an option because it is genrally useful to have on our team.
Toxic Can help take down other walls in Stall wars but Suicune has that so Stealth Rock Seems supperior there.

I hope my Team is good I spent ages putting thought in to it.
 
I can see you having a problem with Bulky water with Toxic. Now these are not exactly "common" but they are worth looking out for. Sure Blissey may be able to outstall them if you are running Toxic but other wise they will take out Mence, Cune (possibly as your Cune can't heal as easily as Milotic / Vaporeon. I suggest piutting Rest > Ice Beam on Cune or something similar, this then allows you to outstall . This would be a bit like CroCune except Toxic > Sleep Talk. Either that or lead with something different. You could change weavile to lead weavile. If you encounter Deoxys you can take it out easily, if you encounter Bronzong you can switch to Cune and CM up, although try to rest when it explodes, so that you are caught on low HP and revenge killed. If you do that then you will have added coverage in the lategame versus bulky water assumin gthat you keep Porygon Z alive. IIRC Bulky Waters usually run Defence > Sp. Defence, so you will get the Download boost and be able to take them out with a Thunderbolt. I just Question Lead Pory Z's suviverability. Here is the Weavile Set:

~ Ice Punch / Ice Shard
~ Brick Break
~ Night Slash / Aerial Ace

The Reason Expert Belt is so useful is that you can use it to lure other things in. For example if you revenge a Salamence with Ice Shard, they may feel safe to come in with Lucario to Swords Dance up, as they see no Life Orb Recoil. They will SD as you Brick Break them for the KO. Choice Band does provide extra power and KOs.

EDIT: For future referance it would be helpful if you could explain what the problems that your team have been encountering are. Raters can't fix something that isn't broken (Thanks Tang) so I had to look at your team and see what I thought might cause a problem. Hopefully I Identified one area, but I can't be positive. (Oh and your seems to be a mis-mash of Set-uppers and Blissey with a Lead Scarf Porygon Z, if this is a problem come back and mention it, I'll try to help :D)
