My first team

I've never battled competetively before and wanted to start getting into it. So here's my team. (Took me almost 2 weeks to raise it up like this.)

Piccaso, the male Smeargle
Hold Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 Speed/252 Defence
Nature: Jolly
Moves:
Spore
Toxic Spikes
Spikes
Taunt

Reason for being on the team: Get him out, Spore the enemy (Focus Sash will keep me alive if the enemy is faster), and proceed to set up Toxic Spikes and Spikes. If I somehow am still alive, I can TRY to outspeed his/her Pokémon to inflict some damage with Roar.

Nurse, the female Blissey
Hold Item: Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 24 Hitpoints/252 Defence/232 Special Defence
Nature: Calm
Moves:
Softboiled
Wish
Stealth Rock
Seismic Toss

Reason for being on the team: A nice wall. I can Stealth Rock for additional switch-inflicting damage that my Smeargle already started to do. Seismic Toss for some form of offense. And Softboiled and Wish to heal. (Wish is for my other Pokémon that have no means of healing themselves.)
__________________________
Draco, the male Salamence
Hold Item: Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 24 Hitpoints/232 Attack/252 Speed
Nature: Adamant
Moves:
Dragon Dance
Roost
Outrage
Earthquake
Reason for being on the team: A Dragon Dance Life Orb physical sweeper that also has Roost to heal up some of my Life Orb damage. Not much more to say.
__________________________
Crimson, the male Scizor
Hold Item: Choice Band
Ability: Technician
Evs: 248 Hitpoints/252 Attack
Nature: Adamant
Moves:
U-Turn
Bullet Punch
Pursuit
Superpower

Reason for being on the team: A sweeper that makes it so my opponent doesn't want to switch out while against it. And my U-Turn can be used for a free switch if it's faster than the enemy.
__________________________
Houdini, the male Alakazam
Hold Item: Choice Specs
Ability: Synchronize
Evs: 40 Defence/216 Speed/252 Special Attack
Nature: Timid
Moves:
Psychic
Shockwave
Hidden Power (Ice)
Focus Blast

Reason for being on the team: I figured my team was lacking coverage for certain types and my Alakazam seemed like the best option to pump full of a variety of moves since it can use a wide variety. It's also there incase I run into a physical wall.
__________________________
Nova, the male Infernape
Hold Item: Choice Scarf
Ability: Blaze
Evs: 64 Attack/192 Speed/252 Special Attack
Nature: Naive
Moves:
Close Combat
Fire Blast
Grass Knot
Nasty Plot

Reason for being on the team: My special attack sweeper that covers the rest of the types that my Alakazam couldn't.

Your team seems to be in violation of Rule 3, requiring you to describe, in depth, how each pokemon benefits the team. I would advise you to change that.
EDIT:
RMT Rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

Alright. As you can see, I'm fairly new to this and only scanned the rules. Sorry. I'm editing my first post now.

Roar is a terrible move for Smeargle. With negative priority, you will almost always be killed before using it. I suggest taunt to prevent SR and shut down walls.

Choice Scarf and Nasty Plot on Infernape is a horrible idea. Choice Scarf locks you into the first move you choose, meaning you cannot use an attack if you use Nasty Plot with Choice Scarf. Replace Choice Scarf with Life Orb for a massive power boost.

Also, Alakazam is inferior to Gengar. Gengar has better typing and has access to Thunderbolt, which is much stronger than Shockwave. I would suggest the following set:

Gengar @ Life Orb
Naive | 40 Atk / 216 SpA / 252 Spe
Shadow Ball | Thunderbolt | Focus Blast | Explosion

Shadow Ball and Focus Blast hits everything in the game for at least neutral damage, giving you great coverage. Thunderbolt hits water types hard. Explosion is great for when Gengar is low on health. The 40 Atk EVs let you OHKO Blissey after Stealth Rock.

Lastly, drop Softboiled for Protect on Blissey. Using Wish+Protect is essentially the same thing as Softboiled. The advantage of Protect is that you get to scout what your opponent is going to do. This provides great protection against Explosion and Trick.

Roar is a terrible move for Smeargle. With negative priority, you will almost always be killed before using it. I suggest taunt to prevent SR and shut down walls.
Thanks for the advice. I honestly had no idea on what to put as his fourth move since setting up both the spikes was basically all I'm going to use it for. Roar was just there for hopefully some damage/poisoning/getting a look at his/her team. Just went to Pastoria and re-learned Sketch and went into a double battle. So now I have Taunt instead. :D

(First post edited.)

EDIT:
Bribery, I don't think I can do that one. I already have Life Orb on my Salamence. I was making this team for a standard battle.
