Hey people
Thank You for reading this!
I really need some help im new so i will welcome any advice
My TEAM

Ninjask
Evd 255 speed 255 Attack
Timid Nature
Item focus Sash
Moves
Sword Dance
Protect
Subsitute
Baton Pass
I use him to speed up my ttar or my metagross
HE usually does very well when he gets going. He usually gets about 3 turns of speed boost and 1 turn of swords dance. HE uses swords dance with focus sash to fall back on then uses protect twice and uses baton pass

Tyranitar
Evd in 255 Attack 255 Def
Naughty Nature
Item Leftovers
Moves
Earthquake
Crunch
Thrash
Stone Edge
I use him to hit hard and with the speed boost and maybe attack boost he does it fast too. At lvl 100 he has 403 att with the speed boost he has wiped out whole team of ubers. His different kinds of moves help him defeat many types. If none r super effective i usually use earthquake. HE can take hits as well but only a few.

Metagross
Evd 255 att 255 def
Item Expert Belt
Nature Adament
Moves
Earthquake
Hammer Arm
Zen Headbutt
Meteor Mash
He is a defensive ttar for me more def less attack but his attack is still 383 he can survive hits and give harder ones especially with expert belt. Can take more hits than ttar and once again vertity of moves to help him out

Jolteon (shiny)
Evd spd 255 sp att 255
Item focus sash
Nature Modest
Moves
thunderbolt
signal beam
thunder
shadow ball
I use him as my fast sweeper. He can give out hard hits and is great in battle. He out speed 99% of all poke and hits them with a quick thunderbolt usually plus again with focus sash to lean on.

Heracross
Nature Adament
Evd 255 att 255 spd
item Leftovers
Moves
Megahorn
Earthquake
Shadow Claw
Close Combat
I use him as my speedy attack sweeper he has over 260 speed with over 300 attack. He can attack almost anything and hurt it bad He cant take flying but i hav others for those. He usually kills a good poke in at most 2-3 turns.
And Finally ....

Togekiss
Nature Timid
Evd Spd and Sp attack 255 each
Item Focus Sash
Moves
Air Slash
Thunder Wave
Swagger
Hidden Power (grass)
He is used as .. . u guessed it a parafincher. He can be a great equalizer in a tight spot. Swagger is used to decrease the already bad chances of hitting him. He also has great sp attack at over 310 which while the oppent is finching is dealing heavy damage. It has only a 6.25% chance of hiting me and i hav focus sash again

I know my team is not the best and i would like many suggestions even if u say the whole team is bad and needs to be fixed fine then just give me some advice plz
Thank you
May the force be with you!!!!!!!!!
Remember post help plz

Okay.. Ill try to give you some advice, or opinions (mainly opinions)

Focus Sash.. on Jolteon, and Togekiss..
Once your opponent sets up a stealth rock, the focus sash becomes useless for both Togekiss and Jolteon.
I dislike your swagger option for Togekiss, as it gives them a chance to hit you hard, why not just add a nasty plot, so Togekiss can hit them hard.
For Jolteon, I feel as if thunder is redundant, and unnecessary.. since you already have thunderbolt.

When nesan said more descriptions, he meant that you should aim for at least 5 sentences.

The Rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

First, ninjask is a terrible lead in general. It is incapacitated by anything with taunt, which hits through substitute, priority users in general (like the ever so common scizor), and phazers.

As DavidCanFly said, ninjask can't stop SR from being set up, which means that sashes are useless outside of lead position.

255 EVs are really inefficient. Although the extra 4 EVs don't usually matter very much, there are better spreads for togekiss and metagross.

Take off thrash on ttar, as it leaves you locked into a move, which means that the opponent can switch in to a resistant pokemon during the thrash and KO you (i.e. scizor, metagross, ghosts)

I also don't see why you're using expert belt on metagross. Your moveset only hits 9/18 types super effectively. The mixed attacker is your best bet for expert belt - otherwise, you'll want life orb.

Don't use thunder on jolteon. Accuracy is way too low without rain, and redundant coverage with thunderbolt.

Heracross is not speedy. Its most common counters, gliscor and mence, outspeed it and can OHKO. if you want speed, you should scarf it.

Togekiss isn't exactly strong in its defenses, which means you don't want to swagger your opponents.

Don't use 255 Atk/255 Spe, you are losing 4 EVs there.
Never use focus sash on a non lead, unless you actually have an extremely valid reason, like rapid spinner + shedninja.

Your lead CAN work, but why does it have 255 Atk when it has no attacks. If anything, make it Impish and run an extremely bulky set, its fast enough as it is. Use this set if you still want to use Ninjask.

Ninjask @ Leftovers
Impish - Speed Boost
EVs: 232 HP / 252 Def / 24 Spe
~Protect
~Swords Dance
~Substitute
~Baton pass

The Speed EVs let you start at 362 Spe, just outspeeding Starmie for the Protect + Sub Stall, against aerodactyl you can still Protect + baton pass out. Also the defensive EVs allow you to take only 57.32% - 67.60% from a 252 Atk +Atk Choice Band Scizor, meaning you can still set up a substitute + Protect and baton pass away without the receiver taking any damage.

Also you need a much better baton pass receiver, Metagross works great, however needs a better set.

Metagross @ Life Orb
Adamant - Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 20 Def / 232 Spe
~Earthquake
~Meteor Mash
~Thunder Punch
~Ice Punch

Metagross tanks all the popular priority moves, specifically Bullet Punch and Extremespeed, while also being able to dish out incredibly powerful moves, with great coverage. Clear Body stops intimidate from ruining your ownage, and Meteor Mash hits everything damn hard. The Speed EVs allow you to outrun 252 Spe + Spe base 115s after a single speed boost.

it isnt bad for your first team faces a little problem with the likes of electivire / agiligross
due to your heavy weakness to ground / electric. might want to try fix that with a scarf flygon as it takes both. also your team could use some defencive pokemon in it such as skarmory / blissey. ninjask on the other hand is a problem as it has 255 wasted evs in attack but no attack moves, i agree with Shizzle about changing its set. as for Heracross i'd say replace it with a rapid spinner if your going to use all of those focus sash. nice try anyway

Your descriptions are lacking sufficient detail, which means that you're violating rule #3. At your convenience, expand on your descriptions to include more information. Once you've done that, private message me the new set of descriptions. I will then I'll edit them into your thread and re-open it as well. Thanks.
